Hi, I have fatty liver Conditon and scalp psoriasis only in my hair

Namaste Aparna, We understand that it must be challenging for you to deal with this. Fatty liver and Psoriasis are both connected. Our body needs to store fat to provide insulation as well as energy. However, when there is excessive fat it starts getting deposited in different organs and starts affecting their functioning. When there is excessive accumulation of fats in the liver, it is called a fatty liver. Now, the liver is responsible for detoxification of the body and because of loaded fat, it is not doing it effectively. The skin has the largest surface area organ and one of the channels of elimination of toxins. The state of our skin truly reflects the state of our health. Having a skin issue such as psoriasis means there is a lot of toxic waste in the body that it is unable to eliminate. You can reverse both conditions Naturally, You can follow these steps: 1. The affected area should be bathed twice in hot water containing Epsom salts. The skin should be kept clean by daily friction or a sponge. 2. Please follow a clean diet: avoid Tea, coffee, all kinds of dairy products, processed food items, fried foods, colas and other drinks. 3. If you can and your body allows biological, please do a minimum 3-day juice fasting. it helps your body to do internal cleansing. If you need more guidance and support you can our 1-Month Fat to Fit Liver Naturally Group Coaching program starting on 27th April| 6:30pm with Dr Prashanthi Atluri (MBBS, MD) and Asha Shivaram (Natural health Coach). Both will help you to overcome these conditions. Remember, the body is highly intelligent. It is always in self-correction and Survival mode. You just have to provide the right environment to do so. Hello Deergha, Oily skin is a problem more common than you think. it is experienced by all the age groups and is mainly due to the toxins in the body that need elimination, a detox is recommended. The hyperactivity of the sebaceous glands tends to cause excessively oily skin. Oily skin is also a treat for the bacterial colonies which in turn is responsible for outbursts of acne and other skin infections. 1. Dietary advice: Eat green leafy vegetables, salads, and fruits as much as you can. They help in detoxification of the body. This will relieve all your skin problems in general and not just oily skin. Drink plenty of water every day. Water has been known as a natural cleaner and it cleanses all the toxins and flushes them out of the body. Eat an oil-free, fat-free diet. Excessive oils in the diet will contribute to your problems. Use neem fack pack or neem toners. They will not only help you with oily skin but also clear bacterial growth preventing the burst of acne and other infections. 2. Physical advice: Wash your face at least two to three times a day with nothing but plain water. It will cleanse your face and remove excess oil and dirt. Avoid touching your face unnecessarily and with dirty hands or wiping your face with a common towel. Have a good skincare routine. A serum at night, a sunblock in the noon when out traveling and a soap mild on the skin will help you considerably. Exercising daily for 30 minutes to an hour with moderate intensity should get your skin in action and clear out excess dirt and oil by sweat. 3. Mental advice: Stress has been known to cause various skin issues including oily skin. Try meditation for 30 minutes daily to cut out stress-related issues. Drink green teas and replace them with your regular tea and coffee. If you think your oily skin is related to the menstrual cycle then do not worry as it will subside with the cycle. 4. Routine and lifestyle advice: Avoid caffeine or don’t overindulge yourself. Avoid smoking or drinking as they have been known to cause bad health let alone oily skin. An active lifestyle is advisable. I hope I have covered all the points. Do let me know in the comments if you have any doubts. Thank you. Dr. Sukan M. Rajpurohit M.P.H (Gandhinagar)

These problems are all interconnected with each other. Whenever we have a lot of problems they all are interconnected with each other. An overall change in your daily regime will only get you through all these problems and will help you a lot. It is time to start your day with 2-3 glasses of water which will help in giving your stomach a good cleanse, Jaggery water, this will help in detoxifying your liver which improves GUT health and deal with acne problems For hair fall and greying of hair you can use the following ingredients as Hair packs: 1. Onion juice paster with lemon water. 2. Methi seeds powder paste with honey. 3. Massage your hair with aloe vera gel and coconut oil which will help in all hair-related problems. Induce more calcium-rich food for dealing with back issues, green leafy vegetables, cashews, almonds. Applying Hot fomentation helps in relaxing back muscles. Yoga postures will help in strengthening back posture. Hopefully, these things will be helpful. Thank you

Hi there , Consume more natural foods based on whole, unprocessed foods. Eat a lot of green vegetables and fresh fruits Remove refined sugars and every other processed food. Take out milk and dairy products out of your diet which will lower your intake of trans-fats. This will also mean cutting out fried foods, margarine and other hydrogenated vegetable oils and hydrogenated oil products. Increase the number of other foods such as those containing Omega-3 fatty acids. Cut out junk foods and carbonated drinks, sodas, coffee and other beverages. Herbs such as garlic, amaranth, aloe, lemon, coriander, basil, cucumber, grape, chickpea and beet might be a part of the herbal supplement Apply a hot washcloth to the affected area for 45 seconds then apply a cold washcloth for 15 seconds. Do this three times in succession always ending with the cold. Repeat several times during the day.

Hello Snehal, Our body is getting affected by our day-to-day lifestyle which is high-fat diet and sedentary living which is affecting our body and, in your case, the cause is steroidal cream which is very heavy on chemicals and definitely not going to do any good to your skin. Skin giving the first reaction to everything going inside the body which is not helpful. Now that we are clear about the cause, an initiative for holistic change can help you from within and treat you the best. Eat: Starting your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Refined sugar and salt, dairy products, and gluten should be completely avoided in your situation. The application of coconut oil is important. One tablespoon of coconut oil and 2-3 drops of tea tree oil will help in keeping the skin moist, apply thrice a day. One tablespoon of olive oil mixed with your bathing water while taking a bath. In the evening, two hours after your meal in the afternoon, take one inch of ginger, one teaspoon of honey and half teaspoon of turmeric in one cup of water, bring it to boil for 5-10 minutes, and consume daily. This will help in treating inflammation which is caused by the cream. Exercise: Surynamakar helps in increasing blood circulation doing 12 sets will help, start with 6 if you are a beginner. A brisk walk in the early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is the best source of Vitamin D taking brisk walking around 6-7 will help in treating. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.15-minute relaxing meditation with the help of light music before sleep will help you in relaxing. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our bodies. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you

Hello User, Yes, it is possible to regrow hair after baldness. You have to keep few things in a appropriate manner for that. You should have a nutritious diet rich in proteins and all other nutrients, a good blood circulation is also necessary and a good lifestyle for maintaining the circadian rhythm. It may sound difficult but it will help to maintain your overall health along with regrowing your hair. Here are some tips that need to be followed - Diet Have only plant based natural foods in your diet. Have protein rich natural foods like peanuts, walnuts, etc. Have Vitamin C in your diet like blueberries, oranges, amla, lemons, etc as it has antioxidants. Eat fresh green leafy vegetables in your diet. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated. Local application Apply onion juice on the scalp. It will promote the growth of new hairs. Rub garlic on your scalp. It will help in regrowing of hair along with removal of dandruff. Yoga Perform shirsha asana. It will help in blood circulation to the head and hence in hair growth. Hello Kiran Kumar R. Protein intake being low is the cause for decreased hair growth, as our hair is made up of proteins. Eating a low-quality diet with complex carbs also does not allow protein in the food to get absorbed. Hence, we need multi dimensional effects in order to treat hair growth problem. It should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Proteins in the form of fruits and vegetables, seeds like chia and flax also have good proteins, and will be light on the stomach and will help in complete absorption. Hair packs which you should try for controlling Hair fall: 1. Onion juice helps in increasing hair quality. 2. Massage hair with coconut oil with aloe vera gel natural extract to improve blood circulation in hair. 3. Methi seeds powder mixed in water helps in giving shiny hair and treat hair growth effectively. Exercise: Rubbing nails of both hands with each other tends to increase blood circulation in the scalp. This leads to show healthy effects on hair. Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practising it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you.
I'm a mother of 3 kids facing problems of hair loss. Hair greying, indigestion, teeth decaying, n boils on the scalp pls suggest.

Hello Arwa, Protein intake being low is the cause for decreased hair growth, as our hair is made up of proteins. Eating a low-quality diet with complex carbs also does not allow protein in the food to get absorbed. With your multidimensional problem if we combine these things to one which teeth decay, indigestion and boils on scalp they ultimately point out to one thing which is your nutrients not getting absorbed like the above. This happens because of the inflammation of the body's defense mechanism triggering to protect our body that is why it is showing symptoms in all areas. Hence we need a multidimensional solution, in order to treat hair growth problems, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health. A mineral-rich diet addition like carrots, apples, guavas, cashews for your teeth will help in controlling the decay soon. Fennels seeds after consuming your meal will help in aiding digestion. Hair packs which you should try for hair fall and grey: 1. Onion juice helps in increasing hair quality. 2. Massage hair with coconut oil with aloe vera gel natural extract to improve blood circulation in hair. 3. Methi seeds powder mixed in water helps in giving shiny hair and treat the hair greying effectively. Exercise: Rubbing nails of both hands with each other tends to increase blood circulation in the scalp. This leads to show healthy effects on hair. Sitting in Vajrasana after meals help in promoting good digestion. Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. Hello people I have pre matured grey hair. Plz suggest natural hair color. Thanks
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
01:26 PM | 04-06-2021
Hello Kirti, The main cause when we deal with hair greying is when we get exposed to pollution and chemical products. Yes, our digestion and bad eating habits are also part of the same as the hair is made of nutrients itself. The main thing to take care of, diet is to increase our protein intake. Our body has the power to regenerate only if we provide our body with the right type of nutrients, by following a natural lifestyle you not only correct the hair fall problem but also treat yourself well with correct nutrients. Hair is made out of protein named keratin, by eating the right kind of food items, we can increase the protein intake and deal with the same. Hair and nails are made up of some type of protein, so you can also co-relate when your hair is in bad shape even your nails become brittle. So here are a few things which need to be corrected. So let us focus on what lifestyle changes we can make: Eat: Eating food that has a high amount of proteins are legumes, green leafy vegetables, nuts like almonds, walnuts, etc. Seeds like chia, pumpkin, and flax seeds are also necessary. Coconut water and even eating shredded coconut are found to be very beneficial for hair health. Regular massaging of hair is important to take care of pigmentation. Here are a few hair packs which you can try to deal with hair loss problems. 1. Methi seeds, methi seeds powder two tablespoons mixed with rose water it helps in getting the hair stronger and thicker with greying issues cured and help from hair to roots. Before applying the methi seeds pack make sure you apply the oil at night, so the pack does not stick to hair. 2. Onion juice paste is another beneficial thing for hair health. This will ensure to deal with the hair fall. 3. There is one more way of coconut oil massage, where you warm the coconut oil and add curry leaves to it, let it splutter, and then use it for massage. Exercise: Here is some exercise that you can start for your hair and scalp health. Rubbing your nails with each other helps in the treatment of hair health as it boosts the blood circulation to the scalp, hair, and nails have the same type of protein involved. Chakrasana is another asana that would be recommended for healthy hair. Meditation: While massaging your hair what you can do is close your eyes, and visualize your hair becoming stronger and shinier making it healthy. You can take a deep breath, start healthy music in the background you can feel the blood circulation getting a boost. This will help in relaxation and ensuring healthy hair health. Sleep: Having a sound 7-8 hours of sleep is helpful in treating anybody's problem, a healthy sleep leads to a healthy mind and body. So make sure you are free your room from any gadgets an hour before sleep so you get a radiation-free room and a good tension-free sound sleep. Hopefully, this will help you Thank you
My sister's age 22, she is suffering from irregular periods, unwanted facial hair, acne, headache. Investigation done, Usg and hormones are normal. What are causes and treatment?
Nikita Mishra
11:44 AM | 14-12-2020
Hello Rajvindar, Irregular periods, unwanted facial hair, acne headache all these problems are inter-related. A disturbed circadian rhythm results in hormonal imbalance, poor blood circulation and disturbed metabolism which results in all such health issues. It is very important to follow the correct lifestyle and correct eating habits for a correct hormonal balance and circadian rhythm. Diet to take Start the day with 2-3 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Eat only plant-based natural foods. Take overnight soaked raisins in the morning. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices like pomegranate juice, beetroot juice. This will provide the body with easily absorbable nutrients. Drink coconut water. Include green leafy vegetables, salads, sprouts to your diet. Foods to avoid Avoid processed foods and packaged foods. Avoid tea, coffee, and other caffeinated drinks. Avoid dairy products as they are not meant for the human digestive system and hence facilitates the accumulation of toxins in the body. Avoid animal products. Avoid carbonated drinks. Physical activity Exercising is very important to improve the body's metabolism and blood circulation. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Do bhujanga asana, trikona asana, vriksha asana, tada asana. Take a short morning walk of at least 30min daily. Take sunlight in the morning. Meditation and pranayam Meditation and Pranayam, both help to relieve stress. The vibrations that are generated during the pranayam heal many health issues along with relieving stress. So, practice meditation for 20 minutes daily. Perform bhramri pranayam, ujjayi pranayam. Sleep A correct sleep cycle is very important to maintain the circadian rhythm. Hence, take 7-8hours of sleep regularly. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Thank you
