नमस्ते, कभी-कभी पर्याप्त पोषण तो मिलता है लेकिन तनाव ,रात्रि में पर्याप्त मात्रा में नींद ना लेने ,क्रोध, ईर्ष्या ,चिंता की वजह से बाल झड़ने लगते हैं। नींद -रात्रि में 7- 8 घंटे की नींद अवश्य ले इससे शरीर को नई ऊर्जा मिलती है! प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी, नींबू एवं शहद का सेवन करें उसे पेट से अशुद्धियां बाहर निकलते हैं । प्रतिदिन सूर्योदय के पश्चात 45 मिनट धूप में व्यतीत करें इससे शरीर की समस्त अंतः स्रावी ग्रंथियां सुचारू रूप से अपना कार्य करते हैं। जूस- प्रतिदिन एलोवेरा, नारियल पानी, चुकंदर या पालक केेेे जूस का सेवन करें। भोजन -आप पहले सेे ही 80% मौसमी फल व हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों को अपने भोजन में शामिल किए हुए हैं उसेे जारी रखें! उपवास -सप्ताह में 1 दिन दूषित पदार्थ शरीर से बाहर निकलते हैं। प्रतिदिन ठंडे पानी से बालों को धो लें ,बालों की जड़ों को अच्छी तरीके से रगड़े। नारियल के तेल को बालों में लगाकर उसकी जड़ों को अच्छे से रगड़े रक्त संचार बढ़ता है प्रसन्न चित्त रहें सकारात्मक सोचे ! निषेध -जानवरों से प्राप्त भोज्य पदार्थ, चीनी और मैदे से बनी वस्तुएं, डिब्बाबंद -मसालेदार चीजें ,क्रोध ,ईर्ष्या ,चिंता, तनाव ,रात्रि जागरण ,सोने से 2 घंटे पहले मोबाइल, टेलीविजन ,कंप्यूटर का प्रयोग।
Sir I am in pitta Dosha since two months I have lost five kg weight since two months inform what to eat or not to eat inform permanent cure naturally or medically also I am having gastric problem and insomnia.

Hello Panduranga, With nature, nothing becomes impossible, because nature has designed our body in harmony, in sync with nature. Insomnia is large, due to over-thinking. We generally think our mental issues are caused by the mind, but our food also has a special role to play in it. The kind of food we eat is the way we think. There are three types of food described in yoga that have an effect on the mind. Sattvic food, eat light, stay calm. Rajasik food is highly spiced making us overactive in everything and the mind feels uncertain. Tamasik food which makes our body lethargic. Negative thoughts are caused by stimulants such as tea, coffee, which give our body less sleep. By taking an initiative in a holistic way, you can overall help yourself. That is why, by taking a step towards holistic health, you can effectively treat yourself in nature's way. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. Mineral-rich food sources like seeds for example in evening soak chia seeds in a glass of water for an hour, soak them and add one tablespoon of lemon juice. Consume it two hours after the meal, this will help in preventing insomnia. Take tomato with black pepper an hour before your meal to treat constipation. Fennel seeds after the meals help in aiding easy digestion. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshens us for the whole day, it stimulates our system and strengthens our immunity. An early morning walk is recommended. Suryanamaskar will help in treating the health issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Sukhasana, Balasana, Shavasana are very much helpful. Practice each pose for 5-10 seconds after the session of Suryanamaskar. Do under expert guidance. Practicing vajrasana after meals help in aiding digestion. Meditation: Stop using the gadget on hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils, and then with the smell itself, you will start feeling calm. Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful. During the episode of anxiety, you can inhale it by putting two-three drops on a handkerchief. Take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes, let it go do not resist. Say the affirmation, "I am healthy and happy" with each breath. This will help in curbing all your issues even in the long run. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.

Dear health Seeker Vikas, Since age has not been mentioned, it is perceived that it is not age-related, and you are in your prime of age and health. At the outset I may mention that all your health issues can be reversed back to health provided you follow the eternal laws of nature governing our organism, hearing loss can be reversed back to normalcy. Out of the four eliminating organs viz, skin, bowels, urine and breathing, the health of skin plays a very important role in eliminating laid down toxins in the body and if the health of skin sluggish means elimination is lagging behind, and will ultimately result in many health issues. Most people punish their bodies with strenuous exercise which only harms it more. In the equation for weight loss, food plays a higher part than exercise. Check these yourself. Are you eating only when truly hungry? Are you eating 2 to 3 hours before bedtime? How many fruits and vegetables in raw form do you consume everyday? How much of high density, acidic foods do you consume - animal-based foods, oils, high starch foods etc? Once you know the answers, you can start making corrections.

Losing weight is a byproduct of a healthy lifestyle. You don’t need to aim on losing weight. Instead just incorporate healthy habits into your daily routine. 1 Go out in the fresh air and sun light. Either do yoga or play a sport. 2 Eat healthy. Whole foods. Living foods are the best like fresh fruits and vegetables. 3 Eat only if you are genuinely hungry. Don’t eat if you are craving a food for its taste alone. Don’t eat when you crave food in an emotionally disturbed state of mind. It’s better to just drink a glass of water in such situations and observe your self to see if you are truely hungry. 4 Don’t ever over eat. Even if it means that you may have to waste food. Don’t waste it. Try to decompose it for your garden or plants. 5 Stay well hydrated. As it will help the food in your body move easily. It will help in metabolism too. 6 Keep an eye on your bowel movements. Empty your bowels everyday, more than once if possible. The more you eliminate your body will function better. 7 Rest well. A decent amount of sleep at the right hours of the night is a must. Going to bed late and sleeping into the middle of the day disturbs the body’s rhythm. The bodily rhythm works best synchronisation with the sun. 8 Be happy. Make happiness your priority. No matter what. Happiness and peace of mind help our body to function at its best. Here weight of my body is around 85 kg but i want 60 or 65kg around so what steps or precautions taken to loose their weight.....

Hello Ji, Excessive weight gain is caused when people consume more calories than the body needs—occurring most commonly due to eating a diet high in fat and calories. This imbalance between calories consumed and calories burned, however, can also be caused by a number of different Obesity-related factors such as genetic, hormonal, behavioral, environmental and, to some extent, cultural. Avoid high carbohydrates like polished rice and potato. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. Have more bitter vegetables like bitter gourd and the bitter variety of drumsticks. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. Increase intake of fruits, salads and vegetables. Vegetable soup, juice will be good as a part of diet. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. Take one teaspoonful of fresh honey and mix with a half of lime juice in a glass of lukewarm water. Take several times a day at regular intervals. You can fast on this drink during the day without the loss of energy. Highly effective in reducing weight. Takecare.

For reducing the weight, it is necessary to remove the excess fats from the body, and along with this following a natural lifestyle and correct eating habits is also important. Diet Start the day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice in it. This will help to improve the metabolism and also to flush the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Soak the cumin seeds in a glass of water overnight. In the morning, boil the water and add a slice of ginger to it. Strain the water and drink it. This water will be beneficial for reducing fat. Always eat only plant-based natural foods. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibers. Have sprouts, nuts, and beans. Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Exercise Daily exercising and yoga are also important to improve the metabolism and also to improve blood circulation. Start the day with a short morning walk or jogging for at least 30min. Boil the water in the morning, add a slice of ginger and honey to it and then strain it and drink. This drink will be helpful to remove the extra fat. Always have natural plant-based raw foods. Include salads, sprouts, nuts, beans to your diet. Have fresh green leafy vegetables. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc instead of refined grains. I was following Ketogenic diet last year for three months and lost 12 Kg’s. More than the weight, I was happy to see the stubborn fat in my troubled areas - calves, thighs, butts melt away. Now more than the weight, I hate to see the love handles, fat on the troubled areas creeping back. I eat thoughtfully, but do not want to eliminate any food group. I try to limits my carbs, but maybe as I am suffering from hypothyroid, the carbs create havoc with my fat loss with healthy eating! Pls guide.

Hello User, Let us start with an understanding of healthy food and diet, a balanced diet comprises of all three components fats, proteins, and carbohydrates in good proportion so as to fulfil each's function. When you have good plant-based carbohydrates there is a surety it won't create negative effects on your body. As you have a background history of suffering from hypothyroid. These are due to what we have been putting in our body, which is eating a tamasic diet(adulterated, rotten and unhealthy junk is considered as tamasic).In this case, when we load our body with this kind of food, our metabolism becomes sluggish, and hence, "hypo" thyroid happens. Here, our body starts pushing on more to reach an optimal level of functioning. When this high fat gets accumulated in the blood vessel it starts putting more pressure on the blood to reach all the parts of the body. The main thing here is, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health and reach your optimal solution. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. हेलो, कारण - मोटापा और शरीर का वजन बढ़ना, ऊर्जा के सेवन और ऊर्जा के उपयोग के बीच असंतुलन के कारण होता है। अधिक चर्बीयुक्त आहार का सेवन करना भी मोटापे का कारण है। कम व्यायाम करना और स्थिर जीवन-यापन मोटापे का प्रमुख कारण है। असंतुलित व्यवहार औऱ मानसिक तनाव की वजह से लोग ज्यादा भोजन करने लगते हैं, जो मोटापे का कारण बनता है। समाधान - कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती। जीवनशैली - 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। 5. पृथ्वी तत्व- कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Hello Charmi, It is time to go light on your body and cut down any food item which is making your body sluggish, the tamasik diet makes our metabolisation slow and does not allow the correct nutrients to reach our body. The example of tamasik diet is cheese and other milk products, gluten, rotten food items, smoking, alcohol and what it is leading to is a sedentary lifestyle. It is time to make our body energetic and go light. With the following tips, you will not only get the desired weight but also a healthy body and glowing skin. Your body needs a lighter type of food to regain its natural process and that is how we can help you. By following a natural way we can definitely treat the cause. Eat: A good amount of water is needed in the body, 5-6 litres of water is at least needed in the body, the blood is there 5-6 litres so at least that much of water is needed in the body. These toxins which come and make our immunity vulnerable to diseases need to be flushed out to shed the extra kilos. Start the day with glasses of warm water, at least two. Have spinach and tomato juice in your breakfast with a bowl of sprouts with one teaspoon of turmeric and rock salt. It will accelerate the body's digestion. Don't compromise on your breakfast. Eat regular meals and eat lots of fruits and vegetables.Drink plenty of water. Eat high fibre foods and use a smaller plate. Don't stock junk foods and carbonated drinks. Cut down on alcohol and foods rich in sugar and fats and also spices should be in limit. Plan your meals (take small and frequent meals) and include all the food groups and remember moderation is the key rule. Do perform yoga and exercise as it is beneficial for your key purpose.
