हेलो, कारण - रुबेला एक संक्रामक रोग है। जो जीन्स रुबिवायरस के वायरस द्वारा होता है। हालांकि रुबेला को कभी-कभी “जर्मन खसरा” भी कहते हैं। गर्भपात एक पीड़ा दायक घटना है जो शरीर मानसिक और शारीरिक रूप से कमज़ोर करती है। शरीर में कोई संक्रमण तभी होता जब की शरीर को पोषक तत्व की कमी से गुज़रना पड़ता है। शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता हो जाती है। इस स्तिथि में सेल्फ़ हीलिंग मैकनिज्म ठीक से काम नहीं करता है। समाधान - भ्रामरी प्राणायाम,ताड़ासन, नटराजासन वृक्षासन,हस्तपादासन, सर्वांगासन, हलासन, पवन-मुक्तासन, अनुलोम-विलोम प्राणायाम करें। प्रतिदिन आप ख़ुद को प्यार दें अपने बारे में 10 अच्छी बातें कोरे काग़ज़ पर लिख कर और प्रकृति को अपने होने का धन्यवाद दें। मानसिक समस्या भी इसी शरीर की समस्या है सब कुछ इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि हम किसी भी परिस्थिति में सकारात्मक सोंच रखते हैं या नकारात्मक। प्राकृतिक जुड़ाव आपको सकारात्मक सोंच प्रदान करेंगी क्योंकि प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली अपने आप में पूर्ण भी है और जीवंत भी है। पाँच तत्व से प्रकृति चल रही है और उसी पाँच तत्व से हमारा शरीर चल रहा है। एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। वाद्य यंत्र शास्त्री संगीत (instrumental classical music)सुनें। लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। अपने कमरे में ख़ुशबू दार फूलों को रखें। सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें। फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें। वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ। अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें। जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें। दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।ओ सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Hi there, Back pain is one of the common back problem experienced by almost everyone in day to day life which can occur even without any underlying disease or conditions such as excessive use of back muscles while work out (gym, lifting weights ), overstraining of back muscles while stretching or doing exercises, wrong posture ( sitting, standing or sleeping ) etc..; It is very important to learn and maintain or keep your back healthy. Back pain may occur due to spine ailments or muscle problems ( spasm, strain ). • Avoid lifting heavyweight, this can overstrain your back muscles and cause problem to your spine as well. • Stick to the whole plant based diet which includes fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts. They can provide you all the nutrients required to maintain your body healthy. • Correcting the postures is very important. Wrong postures including sitting, standing or sleeping can worsen the conditions. • Full or partial body massage can help relieve back pain by increasing the blood flow over the affected area. The main causes of insomnia are due to poor sleep hygiene, sleep habits, stress disorders, chronic illness, sedentary lifestyle habits and excessive use of medications. Healthy sleep meaning getting quality and peaceful long undisturbed sleep for 6-8 hours. In order to maintain a healthy sleep, a better lifestyle habit is very important which includes eating healthy food, regular physical activity and maintaining sleep hygiene. Make sure that the medications you're taking are not responsible for your sleeplessness. • Consume more plant-based diet such as fresh fruits and vegetables, seeds and nuts. Enrich yourself with plenty of fluids and remain hydrated throughout the day. • Avoid overeating as it can cause discomfort and disturb your sleep. I have suffered a lot of side effects of calcium tablets for many years only because I had a belief that taking that will compensate the bone loss in old age and I don’t limp like other seniors. I have suffered extra calcium accumulation in my bones and only after continuing a high raw lifestyle have those reduced and finally last month a big one I had on my wrist broke. These growths are painful. My suggestion is to avoid supplementing calcium but follow a diet that does not leach calcium from your bones and your levels will be normal and you don’t have to supplement. With animal products in your meals, acidity in the body increases and the body will suck all the alkaline enzymes to maintain homeostasis. If high acidic foods ( not coming under category of fruits veg veggies greens majorly) are injested, their ph is less than normal, the stomach does not need to make it acidic to process. The pancreas won’t produce the alkaline buffers to the blood to neutralise the acidity raised by the stomach. So this acidic food in its state reaches the next few levels like the duodenum which are not geared for this ph level and bile from liver and gallbladder is called to rescue this balance. As this bile continues to be overproduced, liver becomes tired. If liver and gallbladder are not in a good working condition, enough Bile is not made available in the duodenum, and this is how acidic food reaches the intestines. . As liver weakens, the body cleaning is also compromised and blood continues to carry acidic toxins that have the liver could not manage and have reached the intestines where nutrients get absorbed. I went to acidity in the blood goes up, the blood first uses of the alkaline buffers present in its blood plasma to bring the blood closer to an alkaline pH. Unfortunately because of continuous supply of acidic foods to the body, the level of alkaline buffers is often very low. If the blood pH value falls below this range, then all the bodily fluids such as urine, lymphatic fluid, semen, Cerebrospinal fluids, saliva everything starts becoming acidic. This disrupts all the cellular function in the body and disturbs the balance. To prevent such a state of decline, the blood starts reducing its acidity by neutralising it with one of the most alkaline substance in the body that is calcium from the bones. So blood starts dissolving the calcium from the bones in its self to reach an ideal pH level. This is also called leaching of calcium. Blood is a supplier and also a retriever . It will choose parts of the bone where it can leach very quickly such as the ends of the bones . As it continues to do so, that part of the joint weakens that’s producing a pain and inflammation. There will also be severe obstruction of blood flow, the viscosity of blood will be thicker. All these factors lead to the accumulation of toxins across the body. I just cut my thumb today while cutting fruits. The wound is deep and making it difficult to type, as my work involves around typing a lot. Any natural remedies to heal this quickly? Currently I am just using a band-aid.

Namaste Priyanka The fastest way to heal any cuts or bruises is to under go a fast. Rest and relax and let all the vital energy be used for healing without any interruption. Instead of a bandaid I would just wrap it with a wet cloth. Leave the wound open for air for sometime. And wrap it up again with a wet cloth. I have seen many wounds cuts and bruises just heal fast and without any infection when under natures care. Eating cooked food during a wound may result in pus formation.
