हेलो, कारण - पेट में अतिरिक्त चर्बी ख़राब हाज़मा के कारण हो रहा है। जो खाना देर तक पचता नहीं है। वह चर्बी के रूप में परिवर्तित हो जाता है। अपने खान पान में high fiber युक्त भोजन लें। शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया कलाप में संतुलन बनाएँ। योग अपनायें। समाधान -शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाए। दौड़ लगाएँ।सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें। लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। जीवन शैली - जीवन शैली- 1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें। फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें। 2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ। 3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें। 4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। 5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें। दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashguard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें। 6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। 7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। 8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Hi, Both your health issues, insulin resistance, and lean PCOS are due to hormonal imbalances in the body. Lifestyle changes would help you overcome both these issues. Most people punish their bodies with strenuous exercise which only harms it more. In the equation for weight loss, food plays a higher part than exercise. Check these yourself. Are you eating only when truly hungry? Are you eating 2 to 3 hours before bedtime? How many fruits and vegetables in raw form do you consume everyday? How much of high density, acidic foods do you consume - animal-based foods, oils, high starch foods etc? Once you know the answers, you can start making corrections.

I have both pcod and kidney stone and low bone density and body strength. The diet I take for pcod is not good for my stone as i m not allowed to eat protein because of stone. I am getting weak day by day. Unable to understand that how should i cope up with both the issues?

Proteins are not necessary. We need amino acids Naina. That's good for both your stones and PCOD. PCOS is a result of the body malfunctioning due to lifestyle. Once the lifestyle is corrected and back on track, the body gets back to normal too. Whether it was emotional stress or physical stress and wrong food choices, a sedentary lifestyle, they all help each other mess the body’s normal functioning. I believe that people who are disciplined can reverse it in a few months. But this is a lifestyle and not a diet. Cysts are growths in the body that store toxins in it. Cysts are at the hardening stage of a disease progression in the body. If those toxins were roaming freely, it would have caused more damage. It’s hence the way of locking those toxins and viruses in a sack. Once a healthy plant-based lifestyle is followed, they will melt and be thrown out of the body. Your weight will also come under control once you remove the causes that have caused this imbalance. Kidneys are one of the 5 major excretory organs with a vital function in the body. They clean the blood at least 300 times per hr. They excrete the metabolic waste from the blood including medicines and bad food wastes. People who consume medicines, stimulants like tea, coffee, tax their kidneys considerably. Wastes like Urea, Uric acid, creatinine and byproducts of metabolic waste from excess proteins , excess salts, excess sugar ( due to sugar or carb metabolism that did not get used by the cells in cases of diabetes and glycosuria for expelling glucose from urine), excess acid from the blood that was generated to keep the blood alkaline, bad habits like excess water everything is expelled by the kidneys. Due to wrong living habits over a long period of time, kidneys filters get clogged and inflamed and develop congestion. If you don’t wash your tea filter, then imagine what happens to your tea? It remains outside the filter and can’t be filtered to the mug. To remove that plaque, you need to take extra steps, isn’t it? So you have a lot of waste in the blood that is constantly getting collected and poor filters are still working. Even if it’s surgically removed, the body condition is still capable of producing stones because the lymphatic is still toxic and thick. The body must be about 80% alkaline and only 20% acidic. If we become too acidic from our diets and lifestyle, we create a condition that leads to stone formation and inflammation. To reverse this, we need to alkalize and make it anti-inflammatory. This will break and liquify the calcium deposits, cellulite and lipid/fat-based stones. You will need a diet rich in raw fruits, vegetables. If not, you won’t get the alkaline electrolytes to neutralize the acids. Dehydration also compounds the acidosis in the body. For the stones to melt:- Go on a 100% raw fruit and vegetable diet. Or to make it deeper and faster - go on a 100% fruit diet. Along with this around 2 liters of fruit juices and vegetable juices Long term lifestyle changes:- Morning on an empty stomach Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice/cucumber juice/ green juice with any watery vegetables like ash gourd /cucumber/ridge gourd/bottle gourd/carrot/ beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice. Afternoon from 12:- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus fruits alone Followed by a bowl of veg salad. Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Gluten-free, oil-free, unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggies. Please take enema for 30 days with Luke warm water and then slowly reduce the frequency, this is not a substitute for a daily nature call. Consult an expert as needed. Include some exercises that involve moving all your parts (neck, shoulder, elbows, wrist, hip bending twisting, squats, knees, ankles). Join a gym and start weight training. Do yoga for flexibility. This is an excellent decision madam. You have come to the right forum. Healing naturally is the only way to stay healthy and also reverse diabetes and also lose weight at the same time without having to consult with multiple medical practitioners. Nature performs miracles. There is a belief that food helps people stay healthy and alive and also food destroys. Anything in excess - good or bad is detrimental. Nature has designed us humans to survive having fruits veggies greens, but we have diverged from the ideal and moved on to dairy meat eggs fish refined foods like sugar oils packaged foods from outside excess grains etc which are absolutely not designed for us to have. When you look at the irony, we live our lives just eating foods we are not designed to have. That’s how our body slowly suffers and keeps accumulating toxins resulting from undigested food. These rotting foods attract pathogens and that’s how the organs fail too. Your np and sugar both will also be reversed in addition to weight loss if you adapt the lifestyle that’s designed for humans. This is my suggestion on a successful reversal of all your problems Follow this :- Morning on empty stomach Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice/ Green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice . No fruit juices Afternoon from 12 :- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone . You can eat as many fruits as you want in the whole day.
