Bulging Disc- A common spinal injury due to sustained injury in inter vertebral disc. Commonly occurs in lower back-lumbar region, Thoracic region- upper middle back, and cervical region (neck area). It is also known as slipped disc or protruding disc. Symptoms: Loss of Bladder or Bowel Function Reduced or altered sensation- numbness, prickling sensation etc. Weakness in your limb muscles- weakness in arm, hand and leg. Pain in spinal area Aim of the treatment is to restore normal joint alignments of spine and range of motion (ROM), spinal and back muscle strength and endurance. Treatment: Posture correction, muscles strengthening exercises, breathing exercises. Improving abdominal and neck muscle core strength by practising regular exercise and Yogasanas. Hot and cold application to reduce pain and prevent inflammation: cold compress or ice pack, on the back helps to reduce pain-numbing the area and prevent/reduces the swelling. Hot application by using a heating pad or hot fomentation bag helps to soothes and relaxes aching muscles and increases blood flow lead to healing. Regular intake of fruits and vegetables helps to improve antioxidants, requires vitamins minerals etc, which are necessary to reduce inflammation and for healing. Acupressure and acupuncture, in precise points in the body heals to to release blocked energy and helps to relive pain in the back due to disc bulge. Avoiding weight lifting and jerking movements. Avoid too much of bed rest. Avoid using soft beds. Maintain healthy weight. Do pranayama and meditation release stress. Use proper ergonomic chair in office for good posture and spinal alignment. Swimming, gentle walk and some stretching under proper guidance is more beneficial. Therapeutic massage followed by steam or hot fomentation to relax painful muscles. Oats are semi-concentrated foods and require substatial amount of VITALITY in its digestion/assimilation process. We need semi-concentrated food very less (approx. 10% of the total food consumption, consumable weight-wise). Oats and other semi-concentrated food needs application of heat/water to steam/boil to facilitate the consumption. We should not try to enhance the taste to lure the consumption. Please read the following note on pH scales. In brief, let us understand what is a pH scale: Science has introduced a logarithmic scale to specify the acidity or basicity/alkalinity of an aqueous solution. Acidity and Basicity/Alkalinity are two opposite properties of an aqueous solution. Like everything else, in Nature, aqueous solutions too try to achieve a homeostatic state or the state neutrality. The neutral state of a solution is pure Water. In pH scale the value of water as defined is 7. Below 7, all the solutions are acidic and above 7, are basic/alkaline. Acid and Alkaline always try to neutralize each other to become water. The pH value of blood is approx 7.4. That means it is almost neutral being slightly basic/alkaline. In diseased condition the pH value becomes more than 7, usually. With this understanding we confuse ourselves by concluding that we need to make our blood alkaline to have better state of wellness! It is another superstition! If we make our blood highly alkaline that is also a health hazard! Change in pH value or its Alkalinity or acidity in blood is an EFFECT of health. The CAUSE is somewhere else! Addressing the EFFECTSinstead of addressing the CAUSE, is a limited and shallow approach. We cannot carry a pH strip with us to measure the pH value of food that we choose to eat! Nature has sketched an excellent indicator to identify the right food. THE VOICE OF THE ORGANISM (V/O) is that indicator. The taste sensation is one of the major executions of V/O. Other important V/O in identifying the right food are smell, sight etc. The first condition is the food should be in its natural state without any modification; then we need to use our V/O to identify if it is beneficial for us. We should feel good about the food in terms of its smell, sight and taste.If it feels good, it is good for us. Simple! We can skip bothering about pH values. Thank you... नमस्ते, भोजन में अधिक मात्रा में चावल ,चीनी ,अचार, मिठाइयां, मांस ,मैदे की बनी चीजें, ठंडे पेय पदार्थ ,नशीली वस्तुएं इत्यादि के सेवन से भोजन का सही से पाचन,अवशोषण एवं मल का निष्कासन न होने की वजह से आंत में ही सड़ने लगते हैं ,जिससे वजन बढ़ने लगता है और उसका पूरा भार घुटनों पर पड़ता है जिससे घुटनों में स्थित कार्टिलेज घिसने लगते हैं व दर्द प्रारंभ हो जाता है ! *रात में कच्चे आलू को पतले पतले टुकड़ों में काट दे व एक गिलास पानी में डूबा दे प्रातः खाली पेट उस पानी को पी जाएं ! *एक चम्मच सोंठ और आधा टुकड़ा जायफल ले दोनों को पीसकर तिल के तेल में मिलाकर गरम कर ले और इसमें कपड़ा भीगा कर जोड़ों पर बांधे ! *कच्चा आलू पीसकर दर्द वाले जगहों पर लगाएं ! *गर्म किए हुए नारियल के तेल या सरसों के तेल में कपूर मिलाकर जोड़ों पर मले ! *प्याज, मूली ,टमाटर व खीरा के 400 ग्राम सलाद प्रतिदिन खाएं !

My mother was anaemic all her life and the reason given by doctors was that her red blood cells had a different shape by birth. Sounds weird to me. But this went on for all her life until she turned vegan around 2016 or so. She is 65 now. She has changed her lifestyle to a vegan lifestyle, switched her cooked to whole food millets and rice. No sugar maida etc. She does not take dairy. She was already regular in yoga and pranayama, but these food changes made drastic changes in her conditions. We also realised that her haemoglobin count became Normal and also good enough to donate blood. Some of the key changes that will help Remove all animal-derived foods like dairy eggs meat fish sugar maida processed and packed foods refined oils and foods containing refined oils only fruits for breakfast till 12pm green juice upon waking Every 15 days fasting on juices or fruits or full raw yoga and pranayama. switch to oil free cooking thanks and in 3-5 months it will become normal unless I don’t know about other complications you are suffering from. Dont Eat for pleasure .we have cravings for glucose sweets becoz when our our brain dont get enough energy they send you a signal in form of cravings, so first you should take care of brain health also for that you should learn to relax your mind n body choose healthy food n chew it more times so that your brain can get the signal n your digestive system can properly to convert the food into energy. stay away from that food which are highly acidic starchy and undigestive .
