Namaste Mohan As you are familiar with nature cure you know that there is only one disease and only one cure. The best diet for diabetes is going completely into raw food. Eat only when hungry and never over eat. Give enough rest to the digestive system by listening to it and eating only when hungry. Not eating after sun down goes a long way as our digestive system goes into rest mode. So to let it relax and do its other cleansing and healing activities when the body and mind relaxes. हेलो, कारण - प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा में शुगर को कोई बीमारी नहीं मानते। शुगर कोई बीमारी नहीं है। ख़राब हाज़मा और ग़लत खान पान के वजह से शरीर इस रूप में प्रतिक्रिया कर रहा है। शरीर को नहीं अपनी आदतों को जाँचे। जब तक प्राण सकती है तब तक शरीर के अंदर का कोई भी अंग जो की निष्क्रिय हो गया वो सक्रिय हो सकता है। सही खुराक जो की शरीर की ज़रूरत है। समाधान - शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाए। दौड़ लगाएँ।सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें। 10% कच्चे हरे पत्ते और सब्ज़ी का जूस बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।30% कच्चे सब्ज़ी का सलाद बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।10% ताज़ा नारियल सलाद में मिला कर लेना है। 20% फल को लें। पके हुए खाने को केवल एक बार खाएँ नमक भी केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने लें। पके हुए खाने में सब्ज़ी भाँप में पके हों और तेल घी रहित होना चाहिए सब्ज़ी की मात्रा 20% और millet या अनाज की मात्रा 10% हो। वर्षों से जमी टॉक्सिन को निकालना ज़रूरी है। किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में पहली बार लें। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।ओ शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।र 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। जो की आपको ज़बर्दस्त फ़ायदा करेगा। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से कच्चे सब्ज़ी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डाले। ताज़ा नारियल मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन छोड़ने से ज़्यादा लाभ होगा। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Our digestive system becomes very sensitive with age it depends on what your daily routine should be because only a healthy regime can help you. Get up early morning and have a early morning walk on grass this will help in improving your core health. Yoga poses like Bhujangasana and Cat cow poses will help in improving your gut health. The next thing you can do is have bottle guard and ginger juice as your breakfast meal which will provide enough energy for the day with sprouts and a fruit. Make sure you keep two hours gap between your meal and your sleep. Do not drink any liquid after 8 pm. Eat tomatoes with black pepper an hour before your meal it will improve digestion. सुप्रभात, शुगर कोई बीमारी नहीं है। ख़राब हाज़मा और ग़लत आदतों के वजह से शरीर इस रूप में प्रतिक्रिया कर रहा है। शरीर को नहीं अपनी आदतों को जाँचे। जब तक प्राण सकती है तब तक शरीर के अंदर का कोई भी अंग जो की निष्क्रिय हो गया वो सक्रिय हो सकता है। सही खुराक जो की शरीर की ज़रूरत है। शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। जो की आपको ज़बर्दस्त फ़ायदा करेगा। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से कच्चे सब्ज़ी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डाले। ताज़ा नारियल मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन छोड़ने से ज़्यादा लाभ होगा। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

hii, Nothing hurts more than unhealthy body. First of all if you really love your life then you should take care of your body in right way. Dont Eat for pleasure .we have cravings for glucose sweets becoz when our our brain dont get enough energy they send you a signal in form of cravings, so first you should take care of brain health also for that you should learn to relax your mind n body choose healthy food n chew it more times so that your brain can get the signal n your digestive system can properly to convert the food into energy. stay away from that food which are highly acidic starchy and undigestive . Stay away from refined sugar ,flour ,boiled potato ,non veg,salt,oils,butter,peanut butter. start eating lotus seeds ( makhana) use musrard oil or seeds in your diet, eat pinaaple (little amount), citrus fruits,plum,peach,kiwi, strawberry,salads, green leafy veggies, Do breathing exercise stretching,n meditation. walk barefoot into green grass can help you a lot .
