The problem of arthritis can be broadly divided into two categories which are Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis. Osteoarthritis is mainly due to the friction between the two bones resulting in the erosion and degradation of the joint. Rheumatoid arthritis is the autoimmune disease in which a body’s own immune system destroys the joints of the body resulting in inflammation of joints. I’ll try to cover the domain which is common for both of them. 1. Dietary advice: Eat food which is rich in calcium and iron. Numerous vegetables like spinach etc are an excellent source of the vital minerals. A plant-based diet and a natural approach is advisable. Add turmeric to your diet. Turmeric has a compound called curcumin which has been known to reduce inflammation and aid healing. Ginger tea, and adding ginger in the diet will help you with soothing the inflammation.
