I am a Diabetic for 9 years. Until last Wednesday my sugar levels were quite stable. Fasting was around 130 and PP around 160. Not sure what has changed since diet and exercise remain the same and I had no outside food but the sugar levels have jumped high. Fasting these days is around 220-240 and PP around 275. What could be the reason. Someone mentioned about possiblility of infection in body, not sure. Please guide.

Dear Kalyani, they are all caused due to toxemia. Toxic accumulation over a period of many years. One would have led to another. When undigested matter accumulates, we have all unwanted virus and bacteria coming to feast on it - scavenger variety. They also release their own poop and pee which cause harm to the body. They also infect many organs. The defence system of your body will continue to weaken because of the toxins and improper functioning of your own cleaning organs. Hence the issue. We suggest you go on a whole food plant-based diet also a lifestyle forever and include a lot of raw natural fresh life-giving foods like fruits veggies greens nuts and seeds. Don’t consume anything that is partial like oils which have been stripped off the fibre. So start your day with a big glass of cucumber juice, followed by some yoga / pranayama ( go to a class and start this), come back and have a green juice made with green leaves and another watery vegetable like ashgourd, next for lunch big bowl of seasonal fruits available around your place. Namaste, Duodenitis result of aggravation of pitta Dosha. Aggravated pitta leads to increase of acidic content in stomach fluids. Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages. Avoid processed and fermented foods. Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. Also avoid rich gravies, sour, salty, and spicy foods. Curd should be strictly avoided. There are many options we can give to child as nutritional diet and avoid diary products. you can boil apple and remove its skin and make a paste of it and add spoon of honey for taste and give to the child. same can be done it for Nenthram banana as well. boiled vegetable water, pomegrante juice hand made can be mixed in dhal rice and can be feeded. multigrain porridge like ragi can be given.

Namaste Ji, Conjunctivitis may occur due to a viral or bacterial infection. It may be also caused by allergic reactions triggered by substances like pollens, cosmetics or certain chemicals. Additionally, it may occur due to an autoimmune disorder. Person will have Red eye, Watering of the eyes frequently. This is occured due to pitta and kapha doshas. Eyes should be washed with clean water and wiped by clean towel to protect them from infections. Use of dirty cloth pieces, handkerchiefs or towels for cleaning eyes should be avoided. Hello Mehak Ji, First we should find the reason why hair fall, loss, thin happens. It is an indication that your system is having side affects which results in hairfall. It might due to Anemia, Thyroid, taking any particular pills for a longer period which leads to hair fall as well. Or Constipation issues, Stress or depression, lack of sleep, not taking proper nutrient diet which is required. Most hair loss is not associated with systemic or internal disease, nor is poor diet a frequent factor. Hair may simply thin as a result of predetermined genetic factors and the overall aging process which leads to hormonal changes. Sometimes due to pollution and chemcial water or shampoo used for rinsing hairs also a major cause. Lets see some solution: prepare a home made herbal hair oil which is purely made up of extra virgin coconut oil by adding some curry leaf, methi ( fenu greek ) seeds. Apply this oil regularly on your hair scalp and gently massage and allow it to sit for 30min and then rinse your hair by home made hair wash powder. This is a skin moisturiser that I learnt from my friend Vardhini. It's quite strong and best for people with a dry skin issue. The essential oils makes this quite aromatic to use too. It's quite greasy because of the Shea and a little goes a long way. It can be used as a night cream for people with rough and cracked hands. I have rough hands and with gardening and other tasks, I tend to wash my hands quite often and even without soap it stays rough. So after using this, my hands are better moisturised.
