Hi, I'm 33 yrs old with hypothyroidism and using thyronorm 50mcg from the past 5 yrs. I'm trying to conceive but my amh level is very low 0. 08 and fsh is high(18). The doctor said that I'm having low ovarian reserve and I cannot conceive naturally only donor eggs are helpful. Can I heal thyroid and increase my amh level naturally. Is there any chance to conceive naturally?

Namastey Sirisha, Thank you for sharing your concern with us. Yes, you can conceive and heal Thyroid Naturally. I urge you to follow a ‘whole’ approach to look at your health. Hypothyroid, low AMH, high FSH etc are different names but your body is one ‘whole’. The food nutrients, oxygen, and thoughts you supply to each of the 50 tn cells in the body are the same. The blood carrying all these to the cells is the same. So if the blood is toxic or not sufficiently loaded with the nutrients, oxygen, and positive thoughts, it will keep manifesting in the form of one health issue or the other. When you look at the body as one ‘whole’ & nourish it with all these inputs, all issues start getting resolved. Simple ways to boost fertility: 1. Morning empty stomach: A glass of lukewarm water with the juice of half a lemon. 2. Breakfast: Fresh Seasonal and locally available fruits. Please avoid grain-based breakfasts. 3. Wet pack on abdomen and neck region twice a day: early morning empty stomach and evening after 2-3 hours of meal. Blood circulation will help in removing all the toxins. Anchal Kapur, Fertility Coach, herself struggled with hormonal imbalance, low AMH, and poor egg quality in 2014. She overcame those with Nature Cure & is on a mission to help women TTC get their desired results naturally. You can join the Boost Fertility Personal Coaching program with fertility experts. So many women have benefitted by embracing Mother Nature. No side effects, and no expensive fertility treatments. You can hear the experiences of some of them. Meanwhile, you can listen and learn more about how to increase AMH naturally and how thyroid imbalance impacts the chances of conceiving For queries regarding the program you can contact our teammates: 9238611952 (Sanjana), 9411817885 (Neha) Wishing you good health
Can someone tell me that if drinking coffee could affect my chances of conceiving?

Coffee per se will not deter your chances of conceiving.Having said that however, your terrain has to be “clean”in order to sustain life. Have lotsa fruits veggies cold pressed veggie juices nuts seed sprouts .Other than nutrition ,rest exercise sunlight deactivation are also important.Your mental health emotional health perception of life attitude all play a vital role .A cup of coffee here and there wont matter. By the way I conceived after 8 years of marriage.Did whatever everybody told me to do,ate what everyone told me to eat , followed all the “spiritual gurus advice “,used to get my ovulation monitered every month, was totally on bed rest from day one when I conceived twice which eventually ended in miscarriages, Dr Dang used to send his technicians home for my blood samples since I was on bed rest.Nothing worked.I was fed up of doctor shopping .... even went to Anirudh Malpani ... the famous infertility specialist( he was my college mate) Finally I was under Dr Soonawala’s ( from Mumbai )care. I used to meet him every month that he came to Delhi .... had umpteen check ups done .... results were all clear .... nothing wrong with either of us.Tocut a long story short finally when I did conceive I was in my third month climbing 900 steps of a famous temple in my 4 inch heels and not aware that I had conceived. POINT :Que Sera Sera .In retrospect what matters isjust be healthy & happy. Leave the rest in Almighty’shands. A cup coffee kuch nahi bigadega. All the best to you. Btw my kids are 22 & 17 today .Loads of love to them. Gratitude always 🙏
I m 35 yrs old already have one child. Jan had abortion now planning for baby for 2 months very stressed will I ever get pregnant again..... Any positive strories!!!

Hello User, Hormonal imbalance is the main reason for difficulty in conception. Hormonal changes are caused by our wrong eating habits and sedentary lifestyle. A wrong living style leads to accumulating toxins within the body which disturbs the functioning and hormonal balance. Possible reasons Stress. Incorrect sleeping pattern. Poor nutrition. Hormonal imbalance. Diet to take Start the day with 2-3 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Eat only plant-based natural foods. Take overnight soaked raisins in the morning. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices like pomegranate juice, beetroot juice. This will provide the body with easily absorbable nutrients. Drink coconut water. Include green leafy vegetables, salads, sprouts to your diet. Foods to avoid Avoid processed foods and packaged foods. Avoid tea, coffee, and other caffeinated drinks. Avoid dairy products as they are not meant for the human digestive system and hence facilitates the accumulation of toxins in the body. Avoid animal products. Avoid carbonated drinks. Physical activity Exercising is very important to improve the body's metabolism and hormonal balance. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Do bhujanga asana, trikona asana, vriksha asana, tada asana. Take a short morning walk of at least 30min daily. Take sunlight in the morning. Meditation and pranayam Meditation and Pranayam, both help to relieve stress. The vibrations that are generated during the pranayam heal many health issues along with relieving stress. So, practice meditation for 20 minutes daily. Perform bhramri pranayam, ujjayi pranayam. Sleep A correct sleep cycle is very important to maintain the circadian rhythm and hence the hormonal balance. Hence, take 7-8hours of sleep regularly. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Thank you
I am a 25 year old female. I am following a plant based diet for a couple of months (detox juice in the morning, fruits breakfast, grain meal lunch and soup or salad for dinner). I do yoga everyday. Have seen a lot of reduction in my allergy levels. However I am experiencing irregular periods. I am trying to conceive and have mild PCOD. My cycles came once in 50 days for past 2 months. Now it's more than 60 days and I have not got my periods. Facing hairfall and constipation too.

Namastey! Thanks for sharing your query with us. We do understand your concern about PCOD. Women-health related issues such as PCOD or cyst etc. are often linked to hormonal balance. Toxemia is the root cause for this. As you cleanse your body from within following Nature Cure principles & also nourish yourself with fertility supporting thoughts, the body will be able to get rid of the accumulated toxins. Once that happens, the pH of your blood will normalise & you’ll reclaim homeostasis. Since you are following a plant based diet. We would like to suggest a few tips based on nature cure than can help you out to reverse your condition of irregular periods, constipation & hair fall. Take 10-15 soaked raisins on an empty stomach. Chew the raisins & drink the water also in which you soaked the raisins. This will help you relieve the problem of constipation. You can read more about it here. Have Flaxseeds on daily basis. They are iron rich, good for gut health, source of healthy fat, important for hormonal balance, fiber rich, good for gut health & supports healthy endometrium lining, promotes regular ovulation and full of antioxidants that protecting egg health Practice water based wet pack therapy - wet pack. These changes are sustainable and should be practiced lifelong. Hello Sada, AMH levels are determined by the number of developing follicles in your ovaries. The most important determining factor in the number of follicles is age, as ovarian reserve diminishes over time. Ovarian reserve begins to decline in the mid and late 30s and AMH levels tend to be low in women in their 40s. Age is not always a factor in low AMH. However, some women continue to have high AMH levels into their 40s, while others have declining AMH levels in their 20s or 30s. This can be due to environmental factors such as cancer treatment or down to inherited genetic causes. Here are some of the ways to deal with low amh naturally. Diet Eat a balanced diet to improve your fertility. Choose foods that are rich in antioxidants, healthy fats such as omega 3s, lean proteins and vitamins. Eating a healthy diet can improve the health of your ovaries and eggs. Include beans, broccoli, berries such as blueberries and strawberries, green leafy vegetables, spices such as turmeric and ginger and seeds (pumpkin, sesame) in your diet. Take sunshine daily Vitamin D has been shown to directly increase AMH levels, so take early morning sunrays daily for atleast 40 - 45 minutes, so that, your body can have the sufficient Vitamin D. Vitamin D can also help to keep your ovaries healthy. Say no to smoking Smoking permanently speeds up egg loss in the ovaries. The chemicals in cigarettes mutate the DNA in a woman's egg cells, making some of the eggs unsuitable for conception. So, it is best to keep eggs healthy and free of unnecessary chemicals. Manage stress levels Stress can produce hormones such as cortisol and prolactin that can interfere or halt ovulation, which also hinders egg production. Stress-reducing activities such as yoga, meditation, exercise or a warm bath can help keep stress and frustration at bay. Yoga Good egg health is aided by oxygen-rich blood flow to the ovaries. Blood flow in the body can quickly decrease from dehydration, so aim to drink atleast 10 glasses of water each day. Yoga is a healthy and relaxing way to improve blood flow. Perform yogasanas such as the lotus pose, child’s pose, reclining hero and seated forward bend.
I am 35 years old and my wife is 30years old now. We are married for past 3 years. We tried several times to conceive for pregnancy, but hard luck. We have not gone under any treatment for this. I came accross a group of "Nature care community" where I tried to find any information which can help us. Please guide us so that we can work towards finding reason which is not helping us to achieve pregnancy. If any tests required please advise us accordingly.

Hi Abhijeet Sawant, Thanks for sharing your concern with us. Nature cure lays emphasis on viewing the body as a single unit and any disease/discomfort is not seen in isolation. Eat soaked raisins and other dry fruits to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Drink coconut water. Foods to avoid- Avoid refined oils, refined grains, and refined sugars. Avoid dairy products and animal foods. Avoid tea, coffee and other caffeinated drinks. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid preserved, processed, packaged, oily, and spicy foods. Exercise Exercising regularly is very important for good metabolism and improved blood circulation. Start the day with a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Perform 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Do ujjayi pranayam regularly for 5min. It is very effective in curing thyroid disorders. Do paschimottan asana, trikona asana, gomukha asana and padahasta asana. Sleep Good quality sleep is essential for a healthy body and mind. It affects our immunity and also hormonal balance. So, take good quality sleep for at least 7-8hours daily. Namastey! Thanks for sharing your query with us. Although low AMH, para ovarian simple cysts, etc. are different names, your body is one 'whole'. The food nutrition, oxygen, and ideas you provide to everyone of the 50 trillion cells in the body is same. The blood that transports all of these to the cells is the same. Hello User, Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal disorder which is common in women of reproductive age. Women suffering from PCOS may have prolonged menstrual periods or infrequent periods. The exact cause of PCOS is not known. However, Obese women and women having a family history of PCOS are more prone to this disorder. If it is left untreated, some cysts can decrease fertility. This is common with endometriomas and polycystic ovary syndrome. To improve fertility, treatment of the cyst is needed. Here are some tips to follow for management. Is varicocele curable
Mohan M
11:50 AM | 25-07-2019
Namaste, Varicoceles affect about 10 to 15 per cent of men. A varicocele occurs when a bulge results from enlarged veins inside the scrotum. ... Sperm health affects fertility, so it is essential that the veins can cool down the blood. Most people with a varicocele do not have symptoms, but some may experience fertility issues. Take sufficient amount of vitamin and fertility supplement. Try to maintain a healthy well-balanced diet so that you should not be overweight. Since overweight affects the testosterone and estrogen levels. Exercise regularly but do not overdo the procedure. As intense and over-exercise could lead to low sperm count. Stay away from toxins such as junk food, outside foods, fast foods etc. Do not overstress. Do yoga to keep your mental as well as physical health calm and controlled. Massage your body with herbal oil so as to increase the blood circulation which in turn increases your sperm count. Maintain a well-balanced diet and be hydrated all throughout the day, eat fruits, nuts and fresh organic vegetables. Disorders like anaemia or malnutrition could also lower your sperm count. Also cut down on caffeine products such as soft drinks and coffee. Do not put your cell phone in the trouser pocket or laptop on your lap, avoid too much heat. Take deep good night sleep. Try all the above and work it out. live and let live Natural.

Increases or decreased levels of FSH, LH or any other hormones indicate hormonal imbalance. Hormonal imbalances result when we disturb our circadian rhythm and don't follow a correct lifestyle. Disturbances in hormonal balance also lead to various health problems like thyroid, pcod, anxiety, etc. It also disturbs the metabolism and results in irregular menstrual cycles. For a healthy body and mind, it is very essential to have a proper hormonal balance. This can be cured by adopting a natural lifestyle and by making some changes in the diet. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Have a breakfast which is light in nature and also easy to digest. Have a bowl of sprouts in your breakfast. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Eat soaked raisins and other dry fruits to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Drink coconut water. Use cold-pressed oil instead of refined oils for cooking. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am. Avoid the use of electronic devices 1hour before sleeping. Thank you
