I had recurrent or resistant UTIs last year for which I took 7 rounds of antibiotics. Last antibiotic resolved my uti. But the previous one wiped all my gut microbiome. I now get autoimmune attacks in different parts, have sinus, and varicose veins symptoms. I have white patches on tongue which fade when I eat something spicy and then reappear. I tried many antifungals, probiotics, and diet changes. I have chances of a leaky gut due to the candida overgrowth in intestine. What can i do?

Namaste Farzeen Trying to suppress the body’s attempts to throw away the toxins results in the body giving up at further attempts. But the moment one realises his mistake immediately he can change his lifestyle and food habits and support your body in slowly getting back it’s lost health. The gut bacteria can always be brought back by healthy food habits and lifestyle changes. Start with your food. Start eating clean. Remove all refined flour ,oil, processed sugar, white salt etc from your daily diet. Stop eating outside food. Stop consumption of processed and packaged food like stuffs. What can you eat? Lots of fresh ,locally grown, seasonal fruits. You can start your day everyday with it. Have more fruits for lunch. And let your dinner be a large bowl of salad withlots of greens, sprouted grains or soaked nuts. Finish eating before sunset, so that your body gets enough time to digest, assimilate the nutrients and send the waste towards the exit for elimination. If you continue eating late at night the body will not get enough time to do its functions properly. Become active. Go for walks, do yoga or participate in some active sport daily. This will also improve your metabolism. Connect with nature. Go out in the sun. Get enough exposure to the suns rays, breath fresh air and do some gardening too. Sleep well. rest well. Look into your life for energy vampires. Do you have a stressfull life? Do you have a stressful job? Do you drink alcohol? Do you smoke? If yes for all then stop and change. These are basic guidelines. But for better guidance you may get in touch with me and get a diagnisis done and get a personalised plan for improvement of your health. Hello Sir, To treat this problem we should start with a light diet. Indigestion, constipation, etc is an inflammation process happening in our stomach due to low acid-base balance which can only be treated in a natural and healthy manner. In diabetes, due to pancreas not working in a healthy manner we get susceptible to digestion problems. In this case, only a multidimensional cure can help you. The main thing here is, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. Early morning ritual should be one glass of warm water and one teaspoon of methi seeds. This will help in increasing insulin sensitivity. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with one tablespoon lemon, boil them for 5-10 minutes. Consume this mixture two hours after the noon meal will help in treating inflammation. Tomato with black pepper in meal an hour before dinner will help in treating the digestive problem. Fennel seeds consumption after meals helps in relieving digestion. Chew your food slowly without putting pressure on your digestive tract. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Sitting in Vajrasana after meals helps in improving digestion. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you.

Hi Sriparna, Nature Cure identifies the root cause of most diseases as TOXAEMIA - accumulation of toxins within the body. While some toxins are an output of metabolism, others are added due unnatural lifestyle – wrong food habits, lack of rest, stress etc. If not eliminated, the toxins get build up and cause diseases. This toxic overload may affect different organs in different individuals and hence the variation in symptoms and diseases. In your case it is thyroid malfunction, poor heart health & gut health. Your permanent solution lies in solving the problem at its root cause. Medicines only suppress symptoms and that’s why disease returns when you stop medicines. Here are few guidelines that you can adopt: Eat whole foods, not refined Add lots of fruits & raw veggies Add nuts & seeds Exercise regularly Soak sun every morning 15-20 minutes Ensure sleep of around 8 hours every night Avoid dairy, dairy products, non-veg, & sugar adopt oil free cooking For more help & detailed guidance you can explore our program correct autoimmune diseases naturally For queries, you can contact our teammates: 9238611952 (Sanjana), 9411817885 (Neha) Wish you a good health!

Oats are supposed to be healthy, are they acidic or alkaline and what impact it has on my body?
PSYsolution by Kalyan
11:19 AM | 21-01-2019
Oats are semi-concentrated foods and require substatial amount of VITALITY in its digestion/assimilation process. We need semi-concentrated food very less (approx. 10% of the total food consumption, consumable weight-wise). Oats and other semi-concentrated food needs application of heat/water to steam/boil to facilitate the consumption. We should not try to enhance the taste to lure the consumption. Please read the following note on pH scales. In brief, let us understand what is a pH scale: Science has introduced a logarithmic scale to specify the acidity or basicity/alkalinity of an aqueous solution. Acidity and Basicity/Alkalinity are two opposite properties of an aqueous solution. Like everything else, in Nature, aqueous solutions too try to achieve a homeostatic state or the state neutrality. The neutral state of a solution is pure Water. In pH scale the value of water as defined is 7. Below 7, all the solutions are acidic and above 7, are basic/alkaline. Acid and Alkaline always try to neutralize each other to become water. The pH value of blood is approx 7.4. That means it is almost neutral being slightly basic/alkaline. In diseased condition the pH value becomes more than 7, usually. With this understanding we confuse ourselves by concluding that we need to make our blood alkaline to have better state of wellness! It is another superstition! If we make our blood highly alkaline that is also a health hazard! Change in pH value or its Alkalinity or acidity in blood is an EFFECT of health. The CAUSE is somewhere else! Addressing the EFFECTSinstead of addressing the CAUSE, is a limited and shallow approach. We cannot carry a pH strip with us to measure the pH value of food that we choose to eat! Nature has sketched an excellent indicator to identify the right food. THE VOICE OF THE ORGANISM (V/O) is that indicator. The taste sensation is one of the major executions of V/O. Other important V/O in identifying the right food are smell, sight etc. The first condition is the food should be in its natural state without any modification; then we need to use our V/O to identify if it is beneficial for us. We should feel good about the food in terms of its smell, sight and taste. If it feels good, it is good for us. Simple! We can skip bothering about pH values. Thank you... How and why to adopt Jaggery instead of Sugar for Healthy lifestyle?
Prof Dr Srikrishan Sha...
01:08 PM | 09-09-2019
Jaggery (or gur) is made from unrefined sugar, and is obtained by boiling raw, concentrated sugar cane juice till it solidifies. Although jaggery is also made from the sap of coconut and date palm, the one made from sugar cane is the one that's used most widely. Not only is gur better than white sugar--which only adds empty, digestible, natural calories to your body--it also has a number of health benefits, including its ability to cleanse the body, aid in digestion and provide good amounts of minerals. Here are some health benefits that will make you want to adopt jaggery as your go-to sweetener for everyday purposes: Gur prevents constipation by aiding digestion. It activates the digestive enzymes in our body, thus helps in proper digestion of food. That's why many people prefer eating jaggery after a meal. Gur acts as a detox, as it helps cleanse the liver by flushing out nasty toxins from the body. Jaggery is loaded with antioxidants and minerals like zinc and selenium, which help prevent free-radicals (responsible for early ageing). It helps boost resistance against infections, hence building stronger immunity. Eating a piece of jaggery daily can help women combat PMS symptoms including mood swings, menstrual cramps and abdominal pain. Jaggery acts as a natural sweetener and provides energy over an extended period of time. Even factory-made honey has been deemed unhealthy because it gets ripped of its nutrients. That's when jaggery steps in! Gur is, however, suggested to consume jaggery in moderation, as it is slightly higher in calories, containing up-to 4 kcal/gram. People who are diabetic or are following a weight loss diet should monitor their consumption of jaggery, as it can lead to weight gain and fluctuations in blood-sugar levels. Molasses a bio-product of Jaggery is now being considered most effective tool for detoxing the body and creating carbon free body. It contains Natural Insulin which is wonderful remedy for liver and kidney cleansing.

Namaste Rashmi, Thank you for sharing your concern with us. All health issues you mentioned are connected and the root cause of these issues is toxemia. Because of toxic overload in the body, the body's acid-alkaline balance gets disturbed and gradually health issues start building up in the body. By becoming mindful and taking corrective action to get our body back in sync with nature – food, sleep, rest etc. the balance is automatically restored. And one can expect to get freedom from these health issues. You can start following these initial changes: 1. On a Morning empty stomach have 1 glass of lukewarm water and add lemon juice. 2. Wet packs on the abdomen region for 15-20minutes every morning and evening (after 2-3hrs of the meal) 3. Avoid dairy, non-veg, processed foods, excess intake of grains, refined oils, sugar and salt as these foods are hard to digest and cause problems in the elimination of digestive waste. Nuts which are healthy and generally recommended are acidic or alkaline?

Nuts are concentrated foods and require a lot of VITALITY in its digestion/assimilation process. We need nuts very less (5% of the total food consumption, consumable weight-wise). Ideally, nuts should be consumed after soaking in water for few hours to make it softer and reduce the vitality-consumption. Please refer the following note on pH scale. Hello, I have been eating healthy and working out for past 6-7 months. I started this as I was facing Menstrual irregularities. Now, after adapting healthy lifestyle my menstruation has become regular. But my period cycle length keeps getting longer every month initially it was 30, then 35, then 40 in the current month. I am not able to identify the cause. Please help. If anyone has any idea regarding this. I am 22 yrs old. Also, my skin has become very dull despite eating healthy.
Nikita Mishra
01:03 PM | 19-11-2020
Hello User, Anaemia can be the reason for the late periods. Eating correctly is important but along with that, it is also important that the food gets absorbed properly in the intestine to get the essential nutrients present in the food. Also, the hormonal imbalance leads to irregularities in the menstrual cycle. It affects the overall health and your skin is dull because the internal body is not healthy. A correct lifestyle, eating habits and along with this, some exercise or yoga is also necessary for achieving good health. Diet to follow: Eat only plant-based natural foods. Drink freshly prepared fruit juices. Drink coconut milk. Include salads, nuts and sprouts in your diet. Have fresh fruits like banana, pomegranate, citrus fruits. Have fresh green leafy vegetables. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats. Replace white rice with brown rice. Use cold-pressed oil for cooking. Foods to avoid: Avoid street foods, deep-fried oily foods and spicy foods. Avoid processed foods and packaged foods. Avoid dairy products and animal foods as they are not suitable for the human digestive system and creates health issues. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid sugars, refined grains and refined oil. Yoga: Exercising or yoga is very important. Yoga helps in treating menstrual cramps to a great extent as it improves the blood circulation in the whole body and also cures the hormonal imbalance. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Do padahasta asana, trikona asana, chakra asana, gomukha asana. Start your morning with a short morning walk of 20 minutes. Do deep breathing exercises like anulom-vilom pranayam. Sleep: Correct sleeping pattern is very important for maintaining circadian rhythm and hormonal balance. Sleep and wake up at a fixed time. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic gadgets 1 hour before sleeping. Thank you.
My age is 71 , what can I eat at what time in which form to gain Healthy Fat? Pl guide
Smitha Hemadri
11:37 AM | 05-10-2019
Sir, you can start by eating healthy, juicing a lot. Once your digestion and assimilation becomes efficient, your body will start gaining weight automatically. When the initial needs of efficient absorption is to clean, then you obviously won’t have excess. A clean body gives an productive output Losing or gaining healthy weight happens when your body and mainly your gut is in a good shape to absorb nutrients or shed the excess. The solution is the same for both the cases. Whatever is the imbalance the body decides and fixes it. High raw whole food plant based meal is your solution. Good sleep , exposure to sun, exercises that help you gain healthy muscles. Fats don’t come because you have nuts or avocado or coconut. Unless your body is ready to act on the food you eat, no food will help. The more the body gets digestive rest from cooked and other wrong foods, it will heal u off the your problems and then build you muscles after u work towards it with weights. You cannot eat fats and gain “healthy” weight . You will gain unhealthy weight Start drinking only fruit and veg cold pressed juices for 10 days. Nothing else. 3-4 lts a day After 10 days eat just stomach full of fruits and greens and occasional vegetables for rest of the month and nothing else. Workout in the gym for sometime if you can manage it on small weights / do yoga daily with regular breathIng. You will lose the toxins that have clogged the body and start gaining. To continue a healthy diet and not lose back after that, the following is a lifestyle you can follow this. Follow this :- Morning on empty stomach Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice/ Green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice Afternoon from 12 :- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone Followed by a bowl of veg salad Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Gluten free, oilfree unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggies Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) along with workout. Focus on weight training See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. Ensure that you are asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep. What to Avoid :- Avoid refined oils, fried food , packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar , gluten , refined oils meat eggs fish coffee tea alcohol , oils in any form Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. Present is inevitable. Future can be planned. Stay happy. Happiness is only inside yourself . The world around you is a better place if you learn to stay happy inside yourself. Hello User, The reason you might be getting this type of condition is because of getting low vitamin C and getting exposed to excessive chemical-based products, which cause heat in the body, and skin becomes dry. The tamasic diet of state and adulterated food also causes this state. Here are some remedies which can help in healing skin as soon as possible. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables, which help treating pigmentation. Starting your day with two-three glasses of warm water, which helps in flushing out all the toxins. This is the first step to take for healing your skin. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption. For example, adding lemon in dals vitamin C helps in increasing collagen and results in healthy skin. Have a glass of chia seeds(one tablespoon) soaked in one glass of water with one tablespoon of lemon to get healthy skin. Include one fruit like an apple, papaya, a banana a day to have a healthy GUT; excretion will help in releasing the waste from the body. There are face packs which you can try: 1. Apply tea tree oil on the dry area, which will help in treating the same. Apply twice a day. 2. Massage your skin every night with coconut oil and naturally extracted aloe vera gel, one teaspoon each. Thank you

Hi Harminder Kaur Arora, Thanks for sharing your query with us! Please try to understand the problem from the Nature Cure perspective. Start your day with 2 tsp of raisins or couple of figs soaked in water overnight 2. Reduce grains and emphasize more on fruits and raw salads. 3. Avoid dairy, dairy products and non-veg items. 4. Have warm water, herbal tea made with herbs like ginger, mint etc. 5. Do wet pack wrap on your stomach area with a wet towel for about twenty minutes and relax. 6. Gently massage your abdomen around your navel area in a clockwise manner for a few minutes daily. Wishing you a good health!
