Dear health seeker, Pemphigoid is an autoimmune disorder it can develop at any age. This may result in rashes and blisters on, ]2arms, legs, abdomen. In general, it is related to the skin diseases and can be easily reversed back to health provided one follows the eternal laws of nature, which are lined up below for you to follow:- 1. stop using any cosmetic aids, face cream, talcum powder, nail polish, deodorants, shampoo, bathing soap, to wear only cotton clothes, rubber, plastic footwear to be avoided. Sunbath of 30 minutes duration early morning followed by a cold water bath. Cut down or minimize the use of salt (salt aids in inducing itching). All cereal breakfast was stopped instead salads or locally grown fruits along with 1/4th coconut. Drink of banana, pith or bilva patra juice first thing in the morning followed by coconut water. In case both these are not available then ash gourd juice should be taken. .Lunch of vegetables raw and cooked with 2 rotis or rice. Fruit juice or fruits in the evening. Vegetables raw and cooked with coconut in dinner Abdominal wet pack 20 minutes expose to air whenever possible. It is very essential to take a nonviolent enema under an expert to clear inherent constipation. Apply an herbal oil of coconut and juice of durva grass plus bael patra leaves (to 500ml coconut oil add 100ml each of grass and bael patra and keep in sun for days, alternatively they may be boiled and stored). By following this program, a lady patient reported a remarkable recovery in two months flat from Pemphigoid and came thanking me with lots of thanksgiving. हेलो, कारण - प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा में शुगर को कोई बीमारी नहीं मानते। शुगर कोई बीमारी नहीं है। ख़राब हाज़मा और ग़लत खान पान के वजह से शरीर इस रूप में प्रतिक्रिया कर रहा है। शरीर को नहीं अपनी आदतों को जाँचे। जब तक प्राण सकती है तब तक शरीर के अंदर का कोई भी अंग जो की निष्क्रिय हो गया वो सक्रिय हो सकता है। सही खुराक जो की शरीर की ज़रूरत है। समाधान - शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाए। दौड़ लगाएँ।सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें। 10% कच्चे हरे पत्ते और सब्ज़ी का जूस बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।30% कच्चे सब्ज़ी का सलाद बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।10% ताज़ा नारियल सलाद में मिला कर लेना है। 20% फल को लें। पके हुए खाने को केवल एक बार खाएँ नमक भी केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने लें। पके हुए खाने में सब्ज़ी भाँप में पके हों और तेल घी रहित होना चाहिए सब्ज़ी की मात्रा 20% और millet या अनाज की मात्रा 10% हो। वर्षों से जमी टॉक्सिन को निकालना ज़रूरी है। किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में पहली बार लें। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।ओ शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।र 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। जो की आपको ज़बर्दस्त फ़ायदा करेगा। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से कच्चे सब्ज़ी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डाले। ताज़ा नारियल मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन छोड़ने से ज़्यादा लाभ होगा। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Hi, Various scientific research has shown that both the mind and the body are connected. If you consume a healthy diet, sleep well exercise and meditate it helps to calm down the mind. Lets briefly understand this phenomenon. The mind and body are connected by many nerves and veins, the most important being the Vagus Nerve. This connects the brain and spinal cord. Compression of eyes will help in removing the redness of eyes, this will help in dilating the blood vessels. Alternately redness of eyes can be helped. Have the hot compression with dilation of blood vessels. The joint pain can be helped with hot compression too, as it will help in dealing with the swelling. For overall improvement of eye health: 1. Menopause is a nightmare to most women majorly because of the hype it has got since ages. The symptoms are getting worse as generations progress isn't it? If there were a standard set of symptoms then you can blame it on the hormones. However, the symptoms are changing. Ladies are also hitting their menopause quite early. Why do you think there is so much inconsistency among people? If it had to happen when the fertility stops, it must happen across people at the same age / the symptoms must be the same. Since it does not, there are some variables across people. What really happens is, since the body works as a single unit, the incorrect lifestyle changes impact their functioning. If all the organs are working in order, then you won't face any discomfort even pre/post-menopause. The body will do what it has to and reduce the flow and stop it over time. You may not have hot flashes, body pains, susceptibility to diseases, etc. The reason why such things happen at the time of menopause is the body would have maxed out its toxins threshold after holding it for many yrs. So, for example, depending on how heated the liver gets to digest fats that are eaten, the body tries to cool itself down with some sweat. So for each of the symptoms, there is a reason for some part of the body not functioning normally. If you have not yet seen symptoms, it only means your body has not maxed out yet and that day is also not far unless you change your lifestyle to a more plant-based high raw that's designed for human beings. follow this lifestyle and overall things will be addressed slowly. You will have colds, coughs, and pains. When it's severe, switch to fruit/greens/ veg juices for the whole day and you will be fine. Morning on an empty stomach: Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice/cucumber juice/ green juice with any watery vegetables like ash gourd /cucumber/ridge gourd/bottle gourd/carrot/ beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice. Ensure for the whole day you drink 2-3 liters of pure liquids from plain water, fruits, vegetables, greens, tender coconut, and sugarcane juices. Afternoon from 12:- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus fruits alone. Followed by a bowl of veg salad. Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with gluten-free, unpolished grains, cooked oil-free. Please take enema for 30 days with Luke warm water and then slowly reduce the freq. this is not a substitute for a daily nature call. Consult an expert as needed. Include some exercises that involve moving all your parts ( eyes, neck, shoulder, elbows, wrist, hip bending twisting, squats, knees, ankles). This will help move the lymphatic system. See if u can go to the morning sun for at least 30 mins in a day. Ensure that you are asleep between 10 pm-2 am which is when the body needs deep sleep. You need a lot of rest to heal your eyes. The polycystic ovarian disease is commonly known as pcod. Although the exact cause factor is not known, there is a possibility of irregular diet habits and hormonal problems that may lead to pcod. Apple cider vinegar can reduce the symptoms of pcod as it may bring a balanced level in sugar. So there is a chance for reducing weight. Approximately 15 to 30 ml should be consumed daily. This may be taken before/ after food. 15 ml is sufficient. Pcod can be well treated through naturopathy and yoga. Learn and practice yoga daily. This will balance the hormonal imbalance and pcod problem also would be solved. Avoid snacks in any form as this is the main cause of pcod. Have lots of fruits and raw vegetables daily. A cold Hip bath daily in the empty stomach would help you. A cold /wet cloth application daily on an empty stomach would help you Mud application on the abdomen daily on the stomach would also help you. Full mud bath also would help you.

With age and symptoms mentioned this is likely to be a case of Osteoarthritis, in this disease the flexibility in both the knees decreases thus whenever the person moves it involves pain in it. The main thing to consider here is the fluid between the joints starts getting dried up which causes friction between the two bones leading to stitching pain in both joints. The legs start tilting towards the lateral side due to the bone getting deformed. So, how to deal with this disease? It is very simple, start with good exercise and diet regime and your arthritis will start showing effects as soon as possible. Diet for Arthritis: To things to be considered in the diet is the action of the disease includes inflammation and drying up of the synovial fluid. Hello, Neti Jal neti is very effective in sinuses problem and it should be performed regularly. Oil drops Put two-two drops of oil in each nostril every day. Yoga Perform anulom-vilom daily. Practice bhramri pranayam on a regular basis. Do suryanamaskar regularly. Diet Have an only plant-based natural diet. Have coconut water and fresh fruit juices. Drink sufficient water during the day.
