Hi Durva, Mental health is an important component of your overall well-being. In that sense, your thoughts do determine your health condition. Having no control over your thoughts is not healthy. Suggest you may start by practising yoga, meditation and stress-relieving techniques like deep breathing, chanting etc. Try to socialize more and be with family and friends more often. Hello there, Mouth ulcers are very problematic but it can be cured through good diet and topical application. An easy way to treat is coconut oil (Virgin, cold-pressed), Coconut oil has anti-inflammatory properties and is analgesic(reduces pain). Thus reduce pain and swelling. Just dab a few drops of oil on the ulcer and leave. Apply it 3-4 times in a day. Good luck :)

Hell Ji, Attention should be paid to gastric fire in anaemia to avoid indigestion. Heavy, spicy, fried food is prohibited. Non-veg items, eggs are also not allowed. Light meals, rice, lentils, soups, vegetables and fruits like pomegranate and melons are perticularly recommended. Food articles cooked in iron pots are good in iron deficiency anaemia. Problems like bleeding piles and excessive menstruation should be attended immediately as they often lead to anaemia. Take half cup of apple juice and half cup of beet root juice. Mix apple juice with beetroot juice. Add honey to this and stir well to mix. Have this juice twice a day. Eat healthy fruits and vegetable juice like beet root, carrot and amla, Include more green leafy vegetable in your diet.

Hello Ji, If you follow natural diet and lifestyle am sure you can overcome from diabetic. Living a healthy and happy life with diabetes is possible. For that you need to Understand the root cause of your diabetes, manage and treat it by taking proactive steps to lower your risk of further health problems. Include whole grains in the diet, such as wheat and brown rice. Use garlic, onion, bitter gourd, spinach, raw banana, and black plum. Start doing some light exercise, such as brisk walking. Build up to a brisk walk of 30-40 minutes in the morning and again in the evening. Avoid sleeping in the daytime. Take 2 teaspoons of bitter gourd (karela) juice once a day. One can also increase its use as a cooked vegetable. Take 1 teaspoon of Indian gooseberry (amla) juice mixed with 1 teaspoon of bitter gourd juice twice a day. Dry the leaves of mango tree and grind to a powder. Mix 1 teaspoon dry powder in a glass of water and drink it daily to reduce high blood sugar levels. All this are nature gifted to us to keep our health fit and fine.

Stress and anxiety is a common condition but you should be knowing the fact that it should not exceed it's limit. Keep an eye on your diet as people sometimes do alterations in that due to stress and anxiety. Drink good amount of water. You can get involved in practicing yoga or other exercises and even mediation proves to be amazing to eradicate this issue as it calms the body and mind and harmonizes it. Sperm health affects fertility, so it is essential that the veins can cool down the blood. Most people with a varicocele do not have symptoms, but some may experience fertility issues. Take sufficient amount of vitamin and fertility supplement. Try to maintain a healthy well-balanced diet so that you should not be overweight. Since overweight affects the testosterone and estrogen levels. Exercise regularly but do not overdo the procedure. As intense and over-exercise could lead to low sperm count. Stay away from toxins such as junk food, outside foods, fast foods etc. Do not overstress. Do yoga to keep your mental as well as physical health calm and controlled. Massage your body with herbal oil so as to increase the blood circulation which in turn increases your sperm count. Namaste, In majority of cases, fatty, high calorie diet and obesity are responsible for increase in cholesterol. High level of saturated fats found in meats, dairy products, chocolate, baked goods, fried and processed foods are blamed for increased cholesterol levels. In some cases genetic factors may also be responsible for high level of cholesterol in individuals. Also, lack of physical activity can lead to weight gain resulting in increased LDL level and reduction of HDL leading to elevated total cholesterol levels. Maintaining regular food timings and taking dinner early in the evening is also useful. Yoga, Suryanamaskar and Pranayama are useful Mix one teaspoon of Indian gooseberry powder (amla) in a glass of warm water. Drink it daily in the morning on an empty stomach. Take one teaspoon each of black pepper powder, dry ginger powder, turmeric powder and amla powder. Store in a glass container. Take one teaspoon of this mixture twice daily with lukewarm water. Add two teaspoons of coriander seed powder to one cup of water. Boil the mixture and then strain it. Drink this once or twice a day. Boil few leaves of mint with water. Add some honey and pepper powder. Drink lukewarm 2-3 times a day.
