You can start by eating healthy, juicing a lot. Once your digestion and assimilation becomes efficient, your body will start improving the weight too. Losing or gaining healthy weight happens when your body and mainly your gut is in a good shape to absorb nutrients or shed the excess. The solution is the same for both the cases. Fats don’t come because you have nuts or avocado or coconut. Unless your body is ready to act on the food you eat, no food will help. When the colon is lined with rotting waste, unwanted bacteria and foods that was not digested properly in the stomach and before coming into the colon. The causes still remains the same - foods such as dairy eggs, gluten, meat, seafood consumed over a long period of time with heavy fats and proteins that weakens the bile and the hydro chloric acid in the gut. With weaker stomach acids and and ineffective weak bile, the food does not to get digested properly and leaks into the intestine while the pathogens feed on them . Overtime it reaches the colon which is the final dumping ground. This causes inflammation, pains constipation, diarrhoea and can also result in piles, fissures and yeast infections on the excretory organs. To heal this condition., It is best that you start cleaning the GUT, which in turn will clean the liver, which in turn will be ready to absorb and deliver nutrients throughout the body and eventually cleaning the intestine as well. For immediate relief, rest your body for 3 full days and drink only fruit juices. Get up only for the restroom and to expose the lower body to the morning or evening sun for 1 hour. For preventing such issues in future and maintaining a disease-free lifestyle follow this:- Please follow a wholefood plant-based diet. With animal products in your meals, acidity in the body increases and the body will suck all the alkaline enzymes to maintain homeostasis. If high acidic foods ( not coming under category of fruits, veg, veggies, greens majorly) are ingested, their ph is less than normal, the stomach does not need to make it acidic to process. The pancreas won’t produce the alkaline buffers to the blood to neutralise the acidity raised by the stomach. So this acidic food in its state reaches the next few levels like the duodenum which are not geared for this ph level and bile from liver and gallbladder is called to rescue this balance. As this bile continues to be overproduced, liver becomes tired. If liver and gallbladder are not in a good working condition, enough Bile is not made available in the duodenum, and this is how acidic food reaches the intestines. As liver weakens, the body cleaning is also compromised and blood continues to carry acidic toxins that the liver could not manage and have reached the intestines where nutrients get absorbed. When the acidity in the blood goes up, the blood first uses of the alkaline buffers present in its blood plasma to bring the blood closer to an alkaline pH. Unfortunately because of the continuous supply of acidic foods to the body, the level of alkaline buffers is often very low. If the blood pH value falls below this range, then all the bodily fluids such as urine, lymphatic fluid, semen, Cerebrospinal fluids, saliva everything starts becoming acidic. Hi Bhushan , As per your concern there is a difference in cough and acid reflux- if you have acid reflux then you will feel difference in taste , burning in throat but if you have cough it would be sticky feeling on your throat with sputum or no sputum. Differentiate your symptoms , if you have cough drink half cup hot water after the meal but if you have acid reflux then first thing you should do is change your diet- eat simple food consisting of freshly cooked vegetables, dal and chapati with salad. Eat simple boiled or roasted food avoid fat containing diet because it’s hard to digest. Avoid caffeine, aerated beverages, fried food , junk food , sweets etc. Put one spoon of ajwain in one liter of water and consume that during day it will boost your digestion. Simple eating and healthy living should be your mantra. Take care.

Namaste Kalpana Shah A very simple and easy diet plan would be like this : 1 Wake up just before sun rise, finish your ablutions and go out into the open. Your first meal of the day will be fresh air, warm rays of the rising sun and radiations from mother earth. Take deep relaxed effortless breaths and exhale peacefully. This will nourish your blood with pure oxygen. Asorb the warm suns rays through the skin... this will nourish your neurons and help your blood to use the oxygen well too. the earths radiations will help you by absorbing all the negetive energy from you and help you relax and release all negativities.
