Vitamin b12 is a very important vitamin ; the source of which is bacteria from a healthy soil only. This is not present in any fruit or vegetable or nut or seed. However our bodies are capable of manufacturing some b12 but not all of it. Some of the beneficial bacteria can be found on top of fresh natural produce grown without any chemicals if consumed after just a brief rinse and not thoroughly washing. Over 90% of the worlds population is deficient in b12 vegan and non vegan both alike. There is a rumour that some non vegans are not deficient, but it's not true. Some Vegans are deficient in b12 because they don't get them from animals. Animals don't wash their food, they eat it right off the soil and eating meat or milk from animals contain traces of the vitamin. However , the catch is, due to a highly acidic environment in their stomach and bodies because of consumption of animal products, the b12 that comes into the body does not get assimilated . So they remain deficient. If they take b12 supplements or injections, they do see a boost in their levels but it drops eventually as that cannot be retained in the body. Body makes or acts on the food. Vegans of course are relatively healthier but don't get their b12. If they get their supplements then they tend to improve and stick on So b12 deficiency is not seen in people who consume raw vegetables and fruits and off the soil that is organic and not contaminated with pesticides and unnatural manure. We live in a world of soaps and washing hands all the time is considered a good hygiene and hence we don't get anything from the dirt. River water, streams and such also carry the bacteria, but we drink chlorinated water in a daily basis to kill all the bacteria and pathogens in the water. So unless you get your hands dirty daily in a good organic soil that's growing plants and sees all seasons, expect a deficiency. Back in the old days man was in a forest or was farming eventually..But due to urbanization that is out of question. B12 bacteria forms a coating over the soil or over organic untampered produce. Even if your levels are right today as per the tests it’s quite likely that the tests are faulty and we can’t rely on those for accurate results. The only way as long as you live in a city and live a city life and not a raw organic vegan, but continue to have cooked too, you might continue to jeopardize your overall functioning . If deficient take a b12 bacterial supplement as prescribed. . The beauty of this is that a very small portion is absorbed and rest passes our through the urine. I have consulted various naturopaths and they advice the same. This is not recommended in nature cure principle as in nature cure food is always raw and over a period of time b12 balances out in raw Vegans. In my opinion although NC does not recommend any supplements, unless you are on full raw organic and leading a lifestyle as close to nature as possible you will be deficient and is better to supplement. Consume raw foods that come from greens fruits and vegetables. Get the gut cleaned like this and overtime the body will slowly start making b12 in few years. नमस्ते कफ की अधिकता से ऐसा हो रहा है। एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।भ्रामरी प्राणायाम करें। सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। कान का दिन में दो बार तिल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। कान पर गुलाब जल की गीली पट्टी रखें। उसके ऊपर खीरा और धनिया पत्ता का पेस्ट रखें। 20मिनट बाद हटा लें। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Well the cause may be due to no enough exposure to air,sweat,friction etc ,their is a simple n effective remedy for this,apply a paste of besan+turmeric +rose water to the effected area let it dry for 10-15mins n wash off continue the treatment for 4-5days for best results.

It seems to be excitement be at calm when talking. Always remember that sex is mental subject so when mind is exited by talking sex hormone is released from pituitary and prostate simultaneously. So there is no worry but it may lead you to short time erection and then anxiety leading to tensions related to sexual enjoyment. It is better to have distance between thought and excitement at the physical level. Be calm and talkative instead of excited. Excitement can be shown in physical presence. Hello ,treatment depends on the severity.If it is in the initial stages then for sure you have to sacrifice all cold foods like cool drinks n ice cream in summer once in a while it’s fine..coming to the treatment part atleast for a week you need to do rock salt warm water gargling if irritation is more then do it 3 times in a day n twice a day do hot fomentation to your neck for 2-3 minutes, include freshly prepared hot vegetable soup in your diet .This will reduce your severity for sure:-)

Asma, “ITIS“, means inflammation. Colitis is inflammation of the colon.
