Namaste Sonali There are certain things that your sister in law could do to relieve herself of the leg pain. 1 Change her food habits a little and include more fresh fruits and veggies in her diet. The cooked grains could be just 10 % of her daily intake. Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits could be 50% of her daily consumption of food and vegetables could be 35%. Soaked nuts could be 5%. 2 Learn and practice yoga. One thing she could do daily without fail is lying near a wall and put up her feet straight on the wall. Stay and relax in this position for 15 to 20 minutes. This will help relieve the pressure from her feet. 3 Every night before going to bed, she could take a hot foot bath. Fill a bucket up to 3/4 of its capacity with bearable hot water and keep her legs in it from 15 to 30 minutes. She could hold a cold, wet towel on her head at the same time. Then remove the feet, pat it dry, apply any oil and go to bed. 4 Ask her to spend time in nature, relaxing in the sun, breath in the fresh air and get some grounding at least for 30 minutes every day. 5 Rest and relax whenever there is a pain. Don’t overstrain herself. 6 She could get a massage for the lower body from her waist down once in 15 days. Follow these basic instructions, and she will start feeling better. नमस्ते गौरव जी आसन (Posture) पर ध्यान दें। उनका मेरुदंड (spine) हमेशा उठते सोते बैठते खाते पीते हुए सीधा होना चाहिए। इस बीमारी में आहार और आसन (posture) का अहम भूमिका है। शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, ताज़ा नारियल की मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। अधिक जानकारी के लिए या व्यक्तिगत सलाह और उत्तम स्वास्थ्य सम्बन्धी मार्गदर्शन के लिए मुझसे सीधे सम्पर्क करें। धन्यवाद।

Bed wetting too can be perceived as a kind of disease or uneasiness which needs a cure. I advise to accept it normally, to not appear alarmed, resort to rebuking/ shaming as if the child is doing anything terribly wrong. It needs to be treated as a disease which needs attention and care. Do not let your child know about the problem by reminding about when it’s awake. Observing your child’s food and drinking pattern is important. The night meal should be consumed early. After an hour or 90 minutes and the child can have some drink like smoothie or any other liquid or water. Observe your child’s drinking pattern. Encourage the child to not wait for becoming totally thirsty before drinking water. The habit of sipping water and drinking water very slowly will ensure that the it doesn’t overfill the bladder. Encourage the habit of urinating proactively. People with constipation have less control over bladder. So check your child’s food consumption. Is the food oily/spicy, difficult to digest or devoid of fibre? Too much of inflammatory, fried, junk food can also lead to constipation. Avoid this type of food by introducing healthier but equally tastier food options. Check if the child is aware of this bed wetting habit and if it is developing a guilt or shame in the child. It is not something to be ashamed of. Also see if there is any unaddressed emotion or lack of attention. If there is a definite time for bed wetting or late in the night, don’t wake your child up when he or she is urinating. Get prepared for the next day and if it is recurring then around that time you be ready and gently ask him or her to wake up and urinate. Please be very gentle while waking your child. With proper care waking just once in night should address this problem. Make sure that your child always completes its hours of sleep and have proper rest as insufficient sleep may also be a wetting trigger. What you do after that your child is sleeping is less important than what all you can do when your child is awake. Instilling the urinating habit, drinking water patterns, taking the pee break, talking with child and not showing it as the act of shame will help your child overcome it easily.

Csec delivery has nothing to do with knee issues. Even if you had not gone through one, with a life consuming animal foods, this would have come to haunt you anyways. Look around you, do you see people getting older but without knee issues ? It’s a pattern among people who eat the wrong foods when we are meant to have a herbivore anatomy. Yes your knees will get weaker because of calcium depletion and yes milk from animals whohch are believed to be rich in calcium is not going to help unfortunately. High acidity / wrong foods will try to balance the alkalinity by leeching calcium from your bones.What will help is fruits veggies and greens that have plenty of stuff that your body loves to keep it going and make you healthy. I am a chronic constipation patient since my childhood. In the meantime this problem was solved in some extent. I had undergone colonscopy in 2006. No abnormality was detected at that time. Now I havebeen facing acute problem for last two months. Pressure does not come on stomach and anus for latrine though I drink one litre of warm water. Even I take petasapha medicine. In future , apart from saying goodbye to the animal stuff sugar wheat maida etc, stick to fruits for breakfast, vegetable salads for lunch and have cooked only for dinner. Say goodbye to constipation for ever. Dont take any antacids or stool softeners.. they will create more problems for you later.
