The reason we suffer from acne is due to our chronic high-fat diet which is getting influenced by the external environment. Instead of just local application why don't you take a step towards holistic measure which will not only deal with acne but also control further relapses? Here are a few tips which will help you. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. A diet rich in Vitamin C will help in dealing with skin problems by reducing all the acne. Sources like lemons, oranges, mosumbi will help in dealing with acne. Namaste, Change you life and diet lifestyle. Take daily morning and evening brisk walks for at least 20-30 minutes each. Exploring morning sunlight around 15 to 20min is very beneficial. Increase intake of fiber, especially fruits and cooked vegetables. Eat whole grains and nuts. Avoid refined foods like white flour, bread, pasta, pizza, white rice, etc. Avoid animal products like dairy and meat should be strictly avoided. Disturbing psychological factors should be removed, and meals should be taken in a relaxed and calm atmosphere. Soak 3-4 dried figs after washing them overnight in water. Eat them first thing in the morning, and also drink the water in which they were soaked. They should also be taken in the evening. Try this treatment for 3-4 weeks. How to cure hyperacidity? Keep in mind that I am from a normal family and can only afford commonly available indian recipes. The acidity is causing sore throat and also pain in lower right abdomen area.

Many people who have healed naturally are from regular families and middle class families including myself. When bad health knocks the door and we want to be aware and heal ourselves, what comes to the rescue of even a rich man are fruits veggies and greens. This is available in plenty and it has nothing to do with the type of families. Hyperacidity is a condition where the stomach is completely not able to do its job and the lining has all corroded due to the acidic environment. This did not happen because of body’s stomach acids. It has happened because of a faulty lifestyle. Things like animal foods (diary - anima milk, curd , ghee, butter , cheese paneer milk powder and anything made from animal foods, meat eggs) , sugar, processed foods , ready to eat packaged foods from outside, fried foods, refined oils etc can cause this condition. Apart from this, based on my experiences of working with people with similar conditions, negative emotions towards others/ dissatisfaction with life, self pity, hatred, anger, expectations from others etc, play a bigger role than food to disrupt the gut environment. There is a big colony of microbiome or living bacteria which protect us by its defence systems. That will also be slowly dying in such conditions. To restore that environment back, the following is essential. Advising is our duty, and how you incorporate this in your lives is yours. If you want some changes, please do send us your queries. Going on a tender coconut fast for 3 days - continue to keep drinking tender coconut as and when hungry. Next 2 days, avoid citrus fruits and eat other fruits once a day as one big meal and tender coconut / ashgourd juice / cucumber juice for rest of the day Next 5 days, stay on fruits and veggie juices in any order with focus on juices more. You might vomit / have loosemotions / have pains etc , but continue. You can try natural remedies whenever pain comes. Whenever ever pain comes just put a wet cloth on her abdomen part where she gets pain for 20 mnts. Then alternate and place a hot pack / towel for 10 minutes. Also u can apply castor oil. Avoid oily foods which is the most important reason to trigger pain. I made life style changes n am still going on by god's grace without out surgery. Adding raw n cooked raddish to the diet helps a lot..

Hello Sujatha, The causation of fatty liver is due to fat deposition on our organ which has a primary function of detoxification but tends to slow down and there is a lot of toxin accumulation due to it. The liver helps in excreting out all the waste, but this organ gets covered with fats cell which is unwanted by our body and thus resulting in a sluggish metabolism. Our body becomes lethargic with the type of food consumes like milk products, gluten, packaged chemical-based products. We have to work on it. In order to lead a healthier lifestyle But by taking measures in all the directions and reaching towards a healthy health growth we can get our ideal health. With a holistic way you can overall help yourself, that is why by taking a step towards holistic health you can effectively treat yourself in nature's way. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients. Soak chia seeds in a glass of water for an hour, soak them and add one tablespoon of lemon juice. Consume it two hours after the meal, this will help as a detox for our organ. Insomnia is one of the common health issues which affects individuals these days. The main symptoms are the following: ·Heaviness in the head ·Feeling of pain or irritation in head ·Feeling of Nausea ·Feeling of tiredness and weakness ·Body ache ·Burning sensation or irritation in the eyes ·Generalised Irritation The other causes of insomnia may be due to digestive disorder, constipation, mental tension, fear, and worry, etc. Additionally, due to watching television late nights, reading books till late at night, the use of tea, coffee, and other intoxicants could also lead to sleeplessness. Even improper blood supply to the head region could be a cause. Mind obsessed with thoughts at the time of sleep becomes tense and disturbed and diminishes the sleep. Obscene literature disturbs the mind and prevents sleep. Deprivation of sleep causes changes to hormones that regulate hunger and appetite. One hormone called leptin is known to suppress appetite and encourages the body to expend energy. Sleep deprivation could reduce leptin. And lack of sleep makes you more likely to eat more of your overall calories at night, which can lead to weight gain. TREATMENT For immediate relief, a Natural bath or Hot foot bath might be useful.
