In a party , what you should choose , salads or cooked food?
Shweta Gupta

Hi there, in parties, honestly I do not fret so much. At the party, I eat whatever is available. What I focus on in is the next day. I make sure next day is usually a raw day or at max one cooked meal a day. I sleep a little longer to allow body some recoup time from all that digestion. I am on fruits till noon after a binge night. Usually will have my juice the next day for sure (even if other wise I am not that regular)
Hi! I am trying to quit dairy, facing a challenge. I often have to work for extended hours and don’t get enough sleep. Tea/Coffee is the first things that comes to my mind to give me an energy boost. How can I manage this without taking tea/coffee?

Dear friend, I guess this is a common problem for many of us these days. While the best thing is to avoid working till late in the night because as per nature’s laws, the complete darkness is the time for your body to rest. However, I do understand it kind of becomes inevitable many a times. In that case, do try to make up for the lost sleep over the weekend. The rule of thumb is 8 hours of sleep daily or 56 hours each week! When you do work till late at night and need an energizer you could rely on dates/raisins! They are quick to digest and provide instant energy. I know someone who makes date paste and keeps it stored in the fridge. She quickly adds the paste in a glass of water to get a great energizing drink. You may want to try!
Can asthma patients consume nuts?
Ankur
09:30 AM | 29-03-2019
Key criteria to choose food is FIBRE WATER LIFE. Fibre is there in all nuts. Life is there though less than fruits and veggies. Water is very less. This makes nuts concentrated foods and hence we take them in moderation. So, to improve their digestibility try to have them soaked. Coconut is the best but as it has more water and life than any other nut. It is least contaminated due to its hard outer shell. In India it is revered as SUPREME FRUIT ( sriphal) due to these qualities
My husband has a tendency of high stress and migraine how to get rid of?

When external factors cannot be controlled, focus your efforts on what is under our control. So you or your husband could - simplify diet so there is less burden on the body ..that means majority of the diet should be based on fruits and veggies in raw form. Other foods are dehydrating and can cause migraine. Some sort of exercise preferably done outside Switch off from digital connection atleast in the weekend and spend time in nature Meditation before sleeping ad sleep by 10:00 p.m atleast four times in a week Palming can also be done for migraine relief.
From past 1. 5 months i am on 16 hrs fasting. After 6. 30 i dont eat. Also on no wheat and very less carbs. Still my blood sugar is not coming down from 200. What can be the reason. My diet consists of grains, proteins, greens and fruits.

Carbs don’t define how insulin resistance can be cured. What kind of fats ( oils and non-vegan diets or natural nuts and seeds ) are you on? What kind of healthy sugars are you on? How much fruit are you eating in a day ? When do you eat fruit? What is your daily schedule of eating and what do you specifically eat. Give us 2-3 days general routine. Please get back with these answers.

Sometimes when we eat something & it leads to a reaction, we feel it doesn't suit us. But be rest assured that if you are eating Natural Foods, such reactions are only body's way of speaking with you. An apple a day keeps the doctor away.....so how can it not be healthful for you :-) Grapes - eat them ripe. Nature has designed ripe fruits for us, when ripe their nutrition & flavor is at its peak. That's why if we eat it unripe, we get a sore throat. Inflammation - Any inflammation in the body is the body's way of signalling toxic overload. In your case, the signal may be getting activated due to apples & grapes, for someone else the trigger may be different. What to do? 1. Watch out for the grapes & apples you eat. They should be in season, ripe, locally available varieties. So if you live in India, buy Indian apples & not Washington, Indian grapes & not New Zealand grapes. By doing so, you are minimising intake of chemicals, at least to some extent......This is, in fact, applicable to all fruits & veggies you consume. 2. Focus on dental hygiene. Brushing your teeth twice a day with a natural toothpaste & rinsing your mouth after every meal you eat is a good practice. You may want to read this dental health journey - i-am-69-have-never-been-to-a-dentist. 3. Cleanse your system of toxic waste on an overall level by following healthy natural foods practice. Fruits and raw veggies are great cleansers for the body. Eat only fruits till 12 noon every day, eat as per hunger, no restriction on quantity. You can have fruits other than grapes & apples to start with. Have a big serving of raw veggie salads with cooked food in your lunch & dinner. If possible, have only 1 cooked meal a day. Stick to natural hydrating beverages such as coconut water, nimboo paani, etc. When you do all this, your body will get digestive rest & it will be able to focus on removing the accumulated waste. Co-incidentally I was just speaking to someone who was advised to stay away from bananas as there was some imbalance in his blood. So all his childhood & till the late twenties-early thirties, he did not eat bananas. But once he took to the natural way of life, the imbalances were taken care of & today he eats many bananas every day!! Hope that helps :-)
Hi! Am Preetha here. I am getting throat sore since November. If I eat anything little cold or some fruits my throat gets sore. I am on ayurvedic treatment since then. But my worry is that I will be ok when on medicines but once I stop medicines again I am getting sore. Doctor says that I sh

Dear Preetha - Repeated episodes of sore throat mean your body is not getting the right energy to eliminate accumulated toxins. May I suggest a few things: Stay totally away from respiratory irritants - white sugar & dairy. This means you will have to avoid packaged foods like biscuits, bread, butter, jam, namkeens, muffins, cakes, pastries, cheese, sandwich spreads, etc......basically anything that comes with a shelf life written on it. Fruits and raw veggies help in cleaning the system. So don't fear them. The sore throat is just a signal the body is trying to give. Continue eating your fruits & veggies. Don't eat refrigerated, eat at room temp. Eat more of the ones you feel comfortable with such as sweet bananas, mangoes, pears, papayas, etc......whichever are in season in the place you live. Increase your intake of raw veggie juices & salads. When you feel uncomfortable, steam your veggies and have a nourishing veggie soup. Sip on warm water or boil some ginger in water & keep sipping on that every now & then. Start your morning with soaked raisins every day. Raisins are highly alkaline & will help your body restore its disturbed pH. Spend some time in the early morning or evening sun. Sit with your eyes closed & visualise the sun's rays healing your throat. Do it at least 10 minutes daily. Here's a concoction I give to my little one whenever he has cough, works for adults also - 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp honey, pinch of haldi, 4-5 drops of ginger juice......have it every 3-4 hours, i.e. 3-4 doses in a day. Stay at it for a few days & you should definitely feel better. Will wait to hear from you.
My uncle dropped dairy & says his calcium went really low because of that. How do I explain him?
Shweta Gupta
12:30 PM | 28-03-2019
Well! It is strange but true that calcium is most commonly associated with milk/dairy intake. Hence, the conclusion that calcium level low is because of quitting dairy. I have two children and hence the issue of milk and its impact on calcium levels is of particular interest to me. Over a period of time, I have understood that getting the right nutrition, is a gradual step-by-step process. Similarly, depletion of a particular nutrient also happens gradually, over a period of time. More often than not there could be multiple factors contributing to the same. Refined sugar, for instance, is a big culprit for leaching calcium from our body. The point that I am trying to make here is that in your uncle's case, you must evaluate other possible causes of calcium levels dropping down. Also, there are ample non-dairy options to get your calcium from, like nuts and seeds, veggies like broccoli and many others. You may want to suggest your uncle to include these in his diet on a regular basis. In general, if we ensure to eat a good amount of whole plant-based foods like fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes etc., we should not have to worry about isolated nutritional components. Natural foods surely have all that our body requires.
Hai my daughter is 2yrs she not taking any fruits and vegetables, how can i make her to eat. She not taking any juice also

What does your child eat currently? Do you give her sugar or milk products? Sugar messes up the taste buds so fruits and vegetables dont seem tasty enough. Please gradually decrease and stop sugar in your child's diet if it is so. The sweet taste can be satisfied with dry fruits and fresh fruits. In case of dairy, it is hard to digest and keeps the child full for many hours. Hence, the child may not want to eat anything else. Only mother's milk is best for the child. Children are naturally attracted to fruits as compared to vegetables. Offer the child a plate of seasonal ripe sweet fruits in different colours. Initially she/he may not eat much but just eat a bit. Have some patience and eat along with her. Offer her fruits first thing when the child is hungry. Soon it will become a habit to reach out for fruits. Let the child decide when to eat based on hunger. Usually their instincts are better than ours. For vegetables, offer them as finger food in steamed or raw form. Children usually like steamed carrots, beans or potatoes. Try different combinations and let them choose. Eat together as a family. Usually children learn by imitation. Lat but not the least ensure your child gets enough time to play outside to develop good digestion. Hope all this helps. \
I had my gall bladder removed in 2007 but after that I started having acid reflux issues, I’ve had it for almost 8 years now and I took medications as needed. But now it’s bothering me a lot more and my doctor wants me to have pills on a very regular basis and an increased dosage on that. I will have to start medication right now but I am looking for natural ways to reduce it. Please help!

Hello. Try having not more than one grain meal in a day. For eg: If you are eating roti / chawal in lunch, keep breakfast & dinner grain free. That's because grains are difficult to digest foods & most of the grains are acidic. In breakfast you can have fruits - as is or in the form of juices or smoothies, dairy-free & sugar-free though. For ideas, visit the recipes section of wellcure. For dinner, you can do salads or soups. Also, don't take stress. You will be fine soon with these natural changes. Stress will only aggravate your acid reflux. You must focus on relaxing. Sleep well, sit in the sun, deep breathe. All the best dear.

Hi. Ketones are chemicals that start building up in the body when the body burns fat for energy. This happens in 2 scenarios - 1. The person is not eating a balanced diet, i.e. a low carb diet. Else body gets energy from carbs. If carb intake is low, the body ends up burning fat for energy. 2. Insulin is less. Due to low insulin, glucose is unable to enter the body cells. As a result, sugar levels in blood increase & cells depend on burning fat for getting their energy fuel. In Natural Healing, we always look at treating the root cause & not the symptom. The ketone build up is a symptom, in your husband's case, it is probably because of diabetes. But even diabetes is a symptom, the root cause for which is an imbalance in the body. Our body has a state of homeostasis (a state of balance). Whenever that is disturbed, it manifests into one disease or the other. Whether you ask how to treat ketones or you ask how to treat diabetes, the answer is the same in Natural Laws - Body heals itself, just support it through natural inputs. Well, there is no shortcut to this, once you make up your mind, changes will happen. Please go to the Journeys section of Wellcure and read diabetes reversal stories, you'll know what I mean :-). Best will be to take guidance from diabetes reversal experts (all natural) such as Dr Pramod Tripathi of 'Freedom from diabetes' or Dr Nandita Shah of 'Sharan'. Take care pls.
Any homemade cure for furuncles (baltod)?

05:14 PM | 11-02-2019
Interestingly, I was suggested by my mother in law to apply 'Baasi thook' ie your own saliva before you have brushed, on the affected area. And it indeed helped! And I now use that as a remedy for any pimples I see on my skin, and find it pretty effective for that too. Having said that, I am fully aware that baltod / pimples are all ways of my body throwing out excess acidity & toxins via the skins. So long term approach always comes back to restoring balance of more raw foods and rest in my routine. Other answers have captured the to-dos for long term pretty well. Hope this helps!
Hi everyone! A quick question - can we mix coconut with fruits?
Mayuri Goswami
05:15 PM | 11-02-2019
Ideally not. Both nut and fruits have different digestion times. So best to eat fruits alone. However sometimes for flavour you may. Recently, my son took a liking to milkshakes - milk mixed with fruits; if I say no he would insist on more of it. So in that case I figured coconut milk mixed with fruits might be a better option. I slowly weaned him away from the combi and got him back to fruit only smoothies :) Once in a while it might be ok to mix the two, but nuts are best mixed with veggies not fruits. Fruits demand their alone 'me-time' in your tummy. So eat them as is without mixing

Natural Cure to any wellness problem comes through a holistic approach. The fluppy eyes is definitely a problem of accumulated toxins which increases after the sleep more, because during sleep the body extracts the toxins more to throw away from the body. Post the sleep, the toxin build-up increases in the body. This can only be normalised sustainably through conscious consistent conservation of VITALITY* in all domains of life. Ultimately, your eliminations needto get improved to reverse this issue of TOXAEMIA*. CONSCIOUS CONSISTENT CONSERVATION OF VITALITY is the only route towards holistic wellness. This can happen in the following adoption. RIGHT INPUT HABITS - MORE TIME IN SUN, FRESH AIR, EATING A LOT OF RAW FRUITS AND VEGETABLE. BALANCED PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING QUALITY SLEEP, UNDERSTANDING OF SENSE OF SEX and STRESS-FREE MENTAL ENVIRONMENT. You may also check our recent article on the above* terminology, in case you are new to Nature Cure science. I am 37 years old and have started getting pain in my knees and heels since last 5-6 months. It does not affect me daily but hurts when I stand or walk for long. I am slightly obese (80kg @5"9 height) and I dont really exercise much with work being done mostly on laptop during the day. What could be the reasons for this problem and how can I cure it naturally?

The answer to your question is in your question, itself! Lack of physical activity is one of the main reasons of being enervated and lose out of CONSERVED VITALITY within the body. If we do not have enough CONSERVED VITALITY within the body, the body reduces the toxin expulsion from the body. When we have retained toxins within the body, it restricts the blood flow and the body tries to put pressure to overcome the restrictions in the blood flow and we experience the pain. The garbage, inside the body, needs to be thrown away. This can only happen NATURALLY, when we have enough CONSERVED VITALITY within the body. THE CONSISTENT VITALITY CONSERVATION happens through these lifestyle choices, on a regular basis: RIGHT FOOD HABITS, BALANCED PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING QUALITY SLEEP and STRESS-FREE MENTAL ENVIRONMENT. Hence, improve your lifestyle with the above. As per your question where you have admitted about the lack of physical activities, you need to improve there immediately! Thank you... My 4 year old son is snoring a lot at night. There is no congestion or nose block. He also tends to breathe from mouth. Overall he is sleeping fine and no obvious change in day time activities; at times gets restless at night. Should I be worried?
PSYsolution by Kalyan
09:33 AM | 18-01-2019
To start with, I must say, the answer to “Should I be worried?” is - DEFINITELY NOT! Worrying does not lead us to solve anything! Snoring is due to obstruction, for sure. The narration of “no congestion or nose block” ,needs a relook. Congestion will be cleared by the body when it gets enough CONSERVED VITALITY. More and more conservation of VITALITY for the child can be possible, following ways... Be there, when your child is restless to soothe! Ensure ample natural food consumption, primarily fruits. Since the child is active, nothing to do at this point. The child should be playful and active. Keep the mental environment, joyful, for the baby. Thank you... The LAW OF UNITY is the answer! What is our objective? To get rid of the SYMPTOMS or to address the CAUSE, which leads to the removal of SYMPTOMS, may be slowly but surely! We need to dive deep to explore the cause of the problem that the individual is suffering from. If we go dialectically finding out the CAUSE, we shall find the lack of Nature-synchronous lifestyle causing excess depletion of the VITALITY is the primary cause. This ENERVATION leads the individual to a TOXAEMIC state due to lack vitality in proper ELIMINATION. The accumulated toxin is the SINGLE REASON of all our wellness problems. This eye problem is not a out of scope of this. The solution to the TOXAEMIA is consistent CONSERVATION OF VITALITY. With the raised levels of CONSERVED VITALITY, the individual certainly expels the accumulated toxins. Eventually the symptoms go away. THE VITALITY CONSERVATION happens through consistent RIGHT FOOD HABITS, BALANCED PHYSICAL ACTIVITY INCLUDING QUALITY SLEEP and STRESS-FREE MENTAL ENVIRONMENT. Thank you... Hi when i am on a raw diet of fruits and vegetables. My stool comes out with difficulty. Is this constipation? And what is the remedy for same.. When i eat a diet made with cooked vegetables with rice or wheat i never face any difficulty. Why is it so?
Asha Shivaram
07:28 PM | 09-01-2019
I am not sure about the answer to the first question. It depends on how many days you started a raw diet and how many days you have been raw. Initially it will be difficult till your gut adjusts to the new food. For the second question, grains have hard to digest fibre which irritates the colon. It tries to throw out such food faster. Please observe that on the days you eat wheat and rice, elimination may be faster but you will feel sluggish and there will be a feeling of heaviness in the body

Any skin ailment is clearly a sign of toxic accumulation... little wonder then that you are constipated as well.Strike at the root cause which is your compromised elimination issue . Find out why is it .... your acid alkaline ratio is imbalanced .... are you sleep deprived?Repair / rejuvenation / healing occurs only in our 3 rd body cycle that is from 8pm to 4 am. Therefore it’s Mandatory to get quality 8 hour sleep more so in your case. Elimination occurs from 4am to 12pm .During this time it’s best to either fast or eat fruits ONLY but refrain from any cooked breakfast.Make cold pressed green leafy juice a lifestyle change . It’ll help you detox well.Do not use any deo/ perfume / anti perspirants on the body . Movement is very essential to get the lymph system going .Dry air brushing is also helpful. Include lots of raw in your diet. it goes without saying that gluten / oil / sugar / dairy should be avoided . My sister was a classic case of chronic ultricaria for years. With due respect to all the “pathy’s” nothing worked until she changed her lifestyle. Her ultricaria was life threatening it was so bad ... She used to literally get disfigured with the rashes . Now she’s Ultricaria free only because of adopting a holistic lifestyle and rid of all medications.
