Hello Geetika, Dandruff is caused by many reasons, these reasons can be due to the pollution, hygiene, and stress of our everyday life which increases our dandruff. The next important thing is to treat dandruff is with the application of home-based hair packs which have been used since our grandmothers by a gift of nature. With an overall change in lifestyle and diet, dandruff can be treated very well in order to good hair quality. Dandruff is generally the peeling of the skin which comes out in flakes. (It is recommended for everybody including girl boys, men, and women) Another thing is regular coconut oil massage mixed with aloe vera gel. This will make sure of you getting healthy hair. Using tree oil two-three drops in coconut oil for massage is also healthy. Exercise: Exercise helps in taking care of scalp health, what exercises you can do to prevent dandruff? Rubbing your nails help in increasing blood circulation to the scalp, as hair anil protein is the same type, they help in boosting each other. Chakrasana, by lying down on your back you twist your trunk and knees to opposite sides, helps in increasing blood circulation to the scalp. Meditation: Meditation has solutions for all the problems, as dandruff is caused by stress, mediation helps in treating dandruff very effectively,15 minutes, before sleep a music therapy will help in treating dandruff. Sleep: Relaxing your mind with a sound sleep of 7-8 hours helps in building cells for a new day. This helps in treating dandruff lot. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.

Fad diets may provide weight loss for a short duration and it then impacts your energy levels etc. When we eat and live a healthy lifestyle weight is automatically in control. It releases good hormones in the body. In a relaxed state, the body is able to function better. Proper rest and sleep are vital. This helps the body repair and rejuvenate. Regular elimination of bowels from the body is essential. Exposure to sunshine and nature. A calm and peaceful mind will have a healthy gut. Regular deep breathing is helpful in reducing stress hormones in the body. Avoid anxiety and worry. This constantly raises the stress hormones in the body and the body cannot perform its functions optimally. Wishing you Good Health Always! Thank you Wishing you good Health Always! Thank you Regards

Namaste Monika, Thank you for sharing your query. It is important to understand that only local applications do not work until your body is not cleansed from the inside. You need to work on the root cause of it to get rid of the problem. Let us understand it from nature cure point of view. Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune skin disorder that causes red, scaly patches on the skin or hair. It is important to understand that a healthy skin mirrors a healthy body. Normally the liver, lungs and kidneys handle the job of filtering and elimination of body wastes but when the system is congested with excess toxic load, the skin is called upon to handle waste elimination too. Here are some diet & lifestyle guidlines: 1. avoid dairy, non-veg, processed foods, excess intake of grains, refined oils, sugar and salt as these foods are hard to digest and cause problems in the elimination of digestive waste. 2. Add nourishing foods like raw vegetables, fruits, greens, nuts and seeds. 3. Sleep and rest are very important to recharge your body and heal. 4. Minimize the use of cosmetics and make your own cosmetics and toiletries at home with simple natural ingredients. 5. Have sunlight as it strengthens and tones the skin. 6. Give a break to your body by fasting once in a week. 7. Use a wet pack on your abdomen to improve digestion and elimination of toxins. Buy here. 8. apply aloe vera or coconut water on the affected area. Book 1:1 Health Coaching with our natural health coach for detailed guidance and handholding. Hello User, Any disease can make you pre-dispose to another, because of your lifestyle continuation, if you take care of your lifestyle at this moment than there are definite chances that you get your self treated well. Your problem is mainly due to hormones. If we put in the definition of medical science having a flow from 2-5 days is completely normal. If it is according to the genetic issues, like your mother and sisters have been having the same flow and might have considered the same hormonal imbalance which is making your weight gain, gastric issues, and irregularity in periods then we have to take care of your lifestyle at this stage. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content as well as regularise our menstrual cycle. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon in dals. Include one fruit like apple, papaya, a banana a day to have a healthy GUT. Eating methi seeds with warm water also helps in healthy periods. You can also have cinnamon water, empty stomach as it helps in insulin sensitivity. Exercise: Sleep on your back, raise your one leg, and start rotating in a circular motion for 5 times and place it back, repeat the same with another leg. This will elevate your uterine muscles. Sitting in vajrasana after meals will help in dealing with digestion issues a lot. Squats are another exercise to improve uterine health. Do it 15-20 times at one time. Sit and take 10-15 long deep breaths from the abdomen, to release all the toxicity. Meditation: While sleeping, take a bowl of water. Put two-three essential oil drops like lavender or orange and inhale it. It will help in calming nerves and discomfort during periods. Listen to music for 15 minutes by closing your eyes and deep breathing, this will help in treating stress. Sleep: Sleep should be of 7-8 hours, sound. This will help in releasing all stress and treat all the issues in a healthy manner. It is time to get yourself healthy and wise. Hopefully, these suggestions will be helpful Thank you

Hello Rashida, Your periods, hair fall, and weight gain are all signs of imbalance in hormones. If we keep on loading ourselves with adulterated things and chemical-based products, we are definitely going to be prone to any kind of illness. Once the disease enters the body, it is the whole body that needs to heal and not just the part and this is what natural cure is all about. A disease of the reproductive system starts with the high fat and chemical-based diet that we are loading our gastrointestinal tract with. Any disease can make you pre-dispose to another, because of your lifestyle continuation. If you take care of your lifestyle at this moment, then, there are definite chances that you get yourself treated well and your menstrual cycle will regularise. But we have to treat our body on the whole so that we can even stop any future problems with our reproductive tract. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon to dals. Vitamin C keeps our cells activated by absorbing the iron in the body. Include one fruit like apple, papaya, a banana a day to have a healthy GUT. Apply ice packs every 20 minutes which helps in lowering the pain, if you have any. Cumin water acts as a coolant and helps in enhancing the reproductive cycle. Exercise: Sleep on your back, raise your one leg, and start rotating in a circular motion for 5 times and place it back, repeat the same with another leg. This will elevate your uterine muscles. Squats are another exercise to improve uterine health. Do it 15-20 times at one time. To get a sound sleep means to have a stress free mind which is equivalent to a healthy body. Leave your phone an hour before sleep so that your brain starts relaxing and start feeling calm. Try meditating for 15 minutes. Having lighter and bland food at night will make you sleep sound. Take care.
