Hello, Fatty Liver Disease: In simple terms, fatty liver disease means an accumulation of fat in the cells of the liver. The liver is the largest organ in the human body. It performs the essential function of digesting food, storing energy, regulating blood sugar and cholesterol levels, filtering toxins from the body, and fighting disease and infection It’s normal to have fat in the liver, but when there is more than 5 to 10 percent fat, it can be considered as fatty liver disease. Remedy: Add 1 tablespoon of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm water. Optionally, add a little raw honey. Drink it 2 times daily, before your meals. Follow this remedy for a few months. 2. Squeeze the juice of ½ lemon in a glass of water. Drink it 2 or 3 times a day for several weeks, especially first thing in the morning. Alternatively, add 2 to 3 chopped lemons to a jar of water. Cover and let it sit for a few hours. Drink this water at regular intervals throughout the day. 3. Hello, Avoid spicy, oily and sour foods. Eat fresh, unprocessed food. Increase the use of herbs that have cooling effects on the body like fennel, coriander seeds, Indian gooseberry (amla) and aloe vera. Increase intake of water to about 8-10 glasses per day. Wash your face frequently with mild herbal soaps. Avoid irritant cosmetics. Do not squeeze the acne lesions, it spread more. Prepare a powdered mixture of coriander seeds, fennel, basil, turmeric and Indian gooseberry (amla) in equal parts. Take ½ teaspoon of this powder 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. Hello User, The reason for urinary tract infection or any kind of infection is the accumulation of toxins in our body. Accumulation of toxins results in the reaction of the body's immune system which leads to infection. Urinary tract infection may result due to following reasons - Urinating in unhygienic conditions. Unclean undergarments. Not maintaining the cleanliness of genitals. Not drinking enough water. Controlling the urge to urinate. Some tips Take some neem leaves and boil them in water. Also, rotate fitkari (alum) in this water. Then, use it to wash the private area after urinating every time. Maintain personal hygiene. Whenever you have an urge to urinate, never try to control it. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach in the morning. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Eat sprouts, nuts, beans in your diet. Have salads, fresh fruits, and green leafy vegetables. Drink coconut water. Drink plenty of water during the day to eliminate the toxins out of the body. Yoga and pranayam Yoga and pranayam are very effective for any kind of health issue. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Do paschimottan asana, trikona asana, gomukha asana and padahasta asana.
