Hi , I had safe sex a day before my period. But my period didn't happen yet. 7 days have crossed. Are there any chances of pregnancy? I have stomach bloating. A few cramps in my lower belly. Please explain the reason.

Namaste Sony, Thank you for sharing your query with us. Your symptoms can be divided into two parts: With a delayed period, bloating and cramps, the two main causes are Pregnancy and Pre-menstrual syndrome. You can consider a delay of 10 days because the mensuration cycle is affected by many reasons like changes in eating habits, physical activity or starting some new medicines. If you don't get periods after 3-4 days then you can go for a pregnancy test. Wishing you a good health
At what creatine level dialysis get mandatory & what factors decide dialysis?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
07:55 PM | 18-11-2019
First, we need to understand what is creatinine, creatinine is a chemical which releases from the blood when the muscle is contracted. Creatinine is filtered from the blood once the functioning is normal. The higher the amount of creatinine in your blood it becomes very less for the kidney to function with the appropriate amount of waste. Now let us talk about what is the normal creatinine range, the normal creatine range is 0.6- 1.0 dL, when the creatinine gets increased in the body it starts experiencing nausea, vomiting, fatigue, high in urine and this can keep a huge impact on your body's physiological functioning. When your creatinine clearance test and BUN range which is ranging from blood to urine then it becomes difficult to avoid dialysis. Hence, we need to take care of this ratio to prevent any sort of illness. Dialysis is the decision between you and your doctor at the end of the day. At home, you can decrease your protein intake, and start with a high fiber diet. Thank you

What does it mean to eat whole foods? What all is included in this category?
Mayuri Goswami
09:28 AM | 01-03-2019
Whole foods are foods that are not refined / processed. Eat whole foods as much as possible. This means: Avoid white sugar – choose natural sweeteners like dates, figs, raisins etc. Replace the fats you get from refine oil with fats from natural sources like nuts and seeds Eat unpolished rice instead of white rice Try to consume fruits and veggies as whole or pulped or as smoothies instead of juicing them
Can Eating Fruits Be Considered A Full Meal For Babies?
Anchal Kapur
02:29 PM | 29-03-2019
Of course yes....for babies & adults alike. Having an all fruits breakfast is a very healthy practice as it supports the body's elimination cycle of the circadian rythm. You can have all fruits meals for lunch & dinner too. For babies - six months is only mother's milk. And once they start solids, fruits can be a full meal. For my son, I used to give pureed apple or pear or banana.....whatever was in-season that time. His non-milk meals were either fruits or non-dairy porridges, to begin with. Typically I ensured he gets 2 fruit servings in a day, others could be non-fruit meals.
How does one get rid of warts on the face n neck? Does apple cidar vinegar help? Any home remedies for the same? The dermatologist suggests laser treatment. Is that advisable?
Anchal Kapur
02:40 PM | 03-04-2019
Hi. When it comes to home remedies for warts, pls exercise caution, especially because you mentioned face. Don't do it on your own pls, best to consult a natural health doctor for the same. Laser treatment will help you get rid of the existing ones, it's a cosmetic procedure, not a natural one. As per natural living, I would encourage you to understand the reason behind warts & treat them from their root cause. This will ensure existing ones fall off on their own & new ones don't come. To put it very briefly - The 'why' - Warts are caused by a virus. The virus thrives in an acidic body environment. Read blog are germs our friends or enemies? to understand better. So if you restore the body's acid alkaline balance, the virus is unable to thrive, old warts fall off & new ones don't come. The 'how' - Follow a natural lifestyle comprising the following elements - Natural Foods - These are non animal based foods, so no dairy & non veg. Plant based foods including a lot of fruits & veggies, especially in their raw form, sprouts and some bit of nuts & seeds, grains, pulses, etc. The idea is to eat 'whole' foods, i.e. as close to their natural form as possible, so refined oil, white salt, white sugar are off & you can replace with healthier substitutes. Read blog on Natural Foods to know more. Sun - Spend atleast 15 min in early morning or evening sun. Sit with your eyes closed & feel the sun's positive energy fight off the warts. Deep breathe - You can combine this with the sunning time. Visualise good oxygen enter your warts & destroy them. Oxygen is a carrier of nutrients to various parts of the body, so body will get the right inputs for warding off the virus. Also the exhale during deep breathing eliminates toxins which created the acidic environment in body. Stay calm & happy - Negative emotions obstruct healing. Sleep well - When we say beauty sleep, it really means something. When you are asleep, skin cells repair & rejuvenate. So ensure you are sleeping very well. Warts are known to often go away on their own. I would suggest you follow the natural lifestyle and experience overall positive impact on your health. If you would like to consult someone to hand hold you through the process, I can put you in touch with someone, let me know. Take care pls.

Hi, Pl advise for nervous system strengthen remedies
Anchal Kapur
09:58 PM | 16-12-2018
The health of the nervous system depends on it being adequately oxygenated. This can happen in 2 ways: 1. Breathe in good oxygen - do deep breathing sitting in the sun. Do a few yoga breathing exercises - anulom vilom, bhastrika, etc. 2. Avoid foods that block flow of oxygen in the body, I.e. un-natural foods such as non veg, dairy, refined oils, white sugar, table salt, junk foods, etc. Eat fibre rich foods such as fruits and vegetables, eat in whole form or as juices, smoothies and salads. Eat nuts and seeds, whole grains. Stress also reduces oxygen flow to brain cells. So work on that. Engage in any activity of your interest such as music, gardening, reading, etc. Challenge your mind through chess or sudoku or puzzles. Stimulate the brain cells. Focus on sleeping well. Body undertakes function of repair and maintenance only when you sleep well. Overall- remember that body is programmed to give us good health. It doesn’t matter whether it’s the nervous system or respiratory or digestive or any other. Staying aligned to the laws of nature ensures our body can work at its optimum. Hope I could answer your query. All the best!!

Can somebody please suggest a nice little spicy dip / chutney for chillas.
Shweta Gupta
02:00 PM | 21-11-2018
You can go for a peanut chutney. Its a very versatile dip. Just put together peanuts, jaggery, chilly flakes and soaked imli. You could add even green chillies to get that spicy dip u looking for. Or if running short of time, just simply do 1 onion+1 tomato + 1 to 2 green chillies. Fresh and yummy. Goes well with chilla.

Hello, When it comes to cooking, it can be done with oil or without oil. Oil free cooking is beneficial in certain health conditions like obesity, diabetes, etc. Many healthy recipes are available on wellcure for oil free cooking. But, if you want to use oil for cooking then you may use cold pressed oil for cooking. Never use refined oils for cooking as they are not good for the health at all and may result in various health problems. Thank you

Nikita Mishra

Hello Sunil, The gall bladder is an organ that functions as a reservoir of bile which it delivers to the duodenum in response to the meals. When the gall bladder is removed, the bile cannot be stored and it moves to the intestine anytime the liver produces it. Due to the change in the way of the bile delivery to the intestine, the following side effects are possible after the removal of the gall bladder. Diarrhea. Infection. Infection may occur with fever or without fever depending upon the severity of the infection. Constipation. Heartburns. Pain in the abdominal area. Nausea. Difficulty in the digestion of fats. Indigestion. Breathlessness. Fatigue. Thank you
My wife Manju aged 56 gets restless in night due to pain from thighs to leg. Can you pls tell remedy of this?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
03:57 PM | 22-01-2020
Hello Harendra, Whenever there is any sort of pain in the thighs there are chances of suffering from leg pain, low potassium level, so now you can start with the consumption of bananas, coconut water, and seeds which have a good amount of minerals in it. Start with alternate hot and cold compression which will automatically help in treating the pain by increasing the blood flow. During the day time start with exercises like squats, brisk walking, and leg raise, this will again help in improving the situation. Massaging legs with coconut and castor oil can reduce the pain and relax the muscles effectively. Hopefully, this might help your wife. Thank you

Will braces fix my temporomandibular joint issues or not? Does temporomandibular joint issues causes head heaviness?
Dr Sangeeth Somanadhap...
10:38 AM | 31-07-2019
Braces are meant to correct the allignment of the teeth and to certain extent it could get it corrected. This treatment may not alter the anatomical position or alter the temporomandibular joint. The treatment might just pertain to restructuring the allignment at sockets in the mandibule. Regarding to your second part of your question, heaviness or headache might occur when your dentist tightens the braces. if at all if you are permanent braces this might cause mouth ulcers with presence of sharp structures on your teeth rubbing over the soft tissues of mouth while you speak or eat. In case mouth ulcers you might do gargling with sour buttermilk or apply ghee or cocnut cream over the wound which could reduce your irritations... Hope my answer has clarified your doubt?
Is microwaved food unsafe?
Shweta Gupta
11:49 AM | 25-07-2019
Hi To begin with, as per natural living system food is not to be heated as heating food at high temperatures destroys the enzymes and nutritional elements of food. This food is no more nourishing for the body. So, re-heating can not be considered a good option in any case. Further, microwaves use radiations to heat the food. And these radiations end up altering the molecular composition of the food. Hence not a great option. Personally, I do not have a microwave at home and it is a conscious choice!
