My daughter was also constipated and had fissures at this age. We reduced diary those days and fed her a lot of greens and vegetables. Nevertheless, please keep him off MRP ( diary, refined and processed foods or packaged foods) sugar and maida. Keep him on fruits and simple cooked foods with a lot of focus on fruits when the sun is up. This will Ensure he is not constipated

I suffered from back pain for many years. The pain is felt in the legs too and is called sciatica. For short term relief, you can try hydrotherapy. Take two basins of water - one warm and another cold. Use two pices of cloth - one in each bowl. Keep the warm cloth on the back for three minutes and next cold cloth for 1 minute, This is one round. Do 4 rounds. You can do this as many times in a day as necessary. This normalises circulation. Check also your posture when you sit and stand. For longer term, lifestyle changes are the only solution. Plenty of rest, sleeping by 10:00 pm atleast, sun exposure, natural , wholesome diet, less grains and less to no dairy products, non veg and packaged, deep fried food.All these cause toxin build up in the body causing pains.

Something’s come genetically. We must be happy with what we are born with. Unless you have a lifestyle issue, u really can’t fix physical aspects of the body. However, physical fitness can help in contributing to growth in kids during their growing age. You can try swimming, play basket ball, do yogasana that’s helps in spine stretch such as vrukshasana. I am not sure if this will make you gain few inches. Might add few mm. My advice is to focus your attention on other things that might be more important in ur life. From a lifestyle perspective, Have fruits till noon Salads innthe afternoon for lunch Have whole food plant based Millets cooked oilfree for dinner Enjoy ur time out admiring the sun and other natural elements, spend time outside doing pranayama and admire the vayu or air. Connect yourself to the earth by doing some gardening .. things like this will divert your mind to other useful things that can really help you stay healthy. Staying positive in life will attract positivity around you. To beat summer and humid weather follow below one; Eyes should be washed with clean water and wiped by clean towel to protect them from infections. Including immunity boosting foods such as fresh fruits, vegetables and salads. Take easily digestible and light foods. Avoid watching Tv or Mobiles for longer period. Sleep on time. Weekly twice take oil head bath to reduce heat in the body. Seasame oil or coconut oil is the best. Use Mud pot for drinking water. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water, etc. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. Wear cotton cloth.

Ideally not. Both nut and fruits have different digestion times. So best to eat fruits alone. However sometimes for flavour you may. Recently, my son took a liking to milkshakes - milk mixed with fruits; if I say no he would insist on more of it. So in that case I figured coconut milk mixed with fruits might be a better option. I slowly weaned him away from the combi and got him back to fruit only smoothies :) Once in a while it might be ok to mix the two, but nuts are best mixed with veggies not fruits. Fruits demand their alone 'me-time' in your tummy. So eat them as is without mixing

Your pain can be because of any one of the listed problems. Since when the pain is present? If it is recent then infection and ingrown nail is suspected Experiencing pain around your fingernails is usually a sign of irritation or infection (if redness and swelling is present) Psoriasis, eczema, ingrown nails are also some other common reasons If you are feeling tingling like pain then the pain can be related to the nerve. The reasons for a bad quality sleep could be many. Reasons for a bad sleep: Stress Wrong eating habits. Not doing any physical work. Inappropriate sleeping pattern. Inappropriate sleeping environment. Meditation: Meditation is very important for mental health. It relaxes our mind and bursts all the stress. So, practice meditation regularly for atleast 15 to 20 mins. Physical activity: Physical activities are necessary for the well functioning of the body. It may be in the form of yoga or some exercise. She can do suryanamaskar, paschimottan asana, gomukha asana, trikona asana under proper guidance. Get fresh air: Getting fresh air is also important. Practice deep breathing exercises like anulom-vilom pranayam. Walk in a garden or in a place full of trees. Improve sleeping environment: Keep the sleeping environment free of noise. Keep the room dark and cool. Make sure that the bed is comfortable to sleep. To follow- Brush with a soft bristle toothbrush. Maintain oral hygiene. Rinse your mouth with saltwater.
