Can you please tell me solution for gastric pain and gastric issues and general weakness? Please tell me how to be strong in any situation?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
03:37 PM | 11-03-2020
Hello Sravani, Definitely there is a cure for gastritis in a natural manner. Both gastric issues and general weakness are correlated with each other, as, if the digestion is not right, nutrients are not getting absorbed, this will automatically lead to weakness and fatigue. In gastritis, we have to make sure that we should take care of our stomach's pH which is in normal acidic in nature. Our aim is to maintain the body's homeostasis so that it should function in harmony. Continuous exposure to a high-fat diet, packaged food, refined sugars, gluten are some of the things which have been found common with gastric pain patients. It is time to treat the body from going under inflammation in the condition of gastritis. It is time to treat the problem in a holistic manner to get a long term cure and avoid relapse of disease. The following tips will be helpful. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients. Consume ginger lemon tea, one inch of ginger and one tablespoon of lemon juice boiled in one cup of water. Consume it during the evening. This will help in treating inflammation. Consuming raw tomatoes with black pepper an hour before your meal helps in maintaining the pH of the stomach. Consume two teaspoons of fennel seeds after your meals, to reduce acid-peptic problems. Consume two yelakki banana commonly known as elaichi kela, by including them in your breakfast this helps in treating weakness problem by increasing minerals. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshens us for the whole day, it stimulates our system and strengthens our immunity. An early morning walk is recommended. Practice Vajrasana after every meal will help in treating digestion problems as it aids the good pathway for the meal. Suryanamaskar will help in treating the health issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommended. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Meditation: Stop using gadgets an hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils and then with the smell itself you will start feeling calm. Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful. Take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes, let it go do not resist. Say the affirmation, "I am healthy and happy" with each breath. This will help in curbing all your issues even in the long run. Sleep: The sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing. Make sure your room is gadget-free an hour before sleep. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.
Is Almond and Almond milk acidic or alkaline?
PSYsolution by Kalyan
12:13 AM | 22-02-2021
Almond is concentrated catagory of food, comes under the nut category. Nuts are concentrated foods and require a lot of VITALITY in its digestion/assimilation process. We need nuts very less (5% of the total food consumption, consumable weight-wise). Ideally, nuts should be consumed after soaking in water for few hours to make it softer and reduce the vitality-consumption. Almond milk is extracted out of almonds and it is definitely less beneficial than the whole-soaked-peeled almonds. In case of teeth problem one can opt for almond milk, extracted manually. If you are willing to know what is the ph of almond milk then please read the following note on pH scales. In brief, let us understand what is a pH scale: Science has introduced a logarithmic scale to specify the acidity or basicity/alkalinity of an aqueous solution. Acidity and Basicity/Alkalinity are two opposite properties of an aqueous solution. Like everything else, in Nature, aqueous solutions too try to achieve a homeostatic state or the state neutrality. The neutral state of a solution is pure Water. In pH scale the value of water as defined is 7. Below 7, all the solutions are acidic and above 7, are basic/alkaline. Acid and Alkaline always try to neutralize each other to become water. The pH value of blood is approx 7.4. That means it is almost neutral being slightly basic/alkaline. In diseased condition the pH value becomes more than 7, usually. With this understanding we confuse ourselves by concluding that we need to make our blood alkaline to have better state of wellness! It is another superstition! If we make our blood highly alkaline that is also a health hazard! Change in pH value or its Alkalinity or acidity in blood is an EFFECT of health. The CAUSE is somewhere else! Addressing the EFFECTSinstead of addressing the CAUSE, is a limited and shallow approach. We cannot carry a pH strip with us to measure the pH value of food that we choose to eat! Nature has sketched an excellent indicator to identify the right food. THE VOICE OF THE ORGANISM (V/O) is that indicator. The taste sensation is one of the major executions of V/O. Other important V/O in identifying the right food are smell, sight etc. The first condition is the food should be in its natural state without any modification; then we need to use our V/O to identify if it is beneficial for us. We should feel good about the food in terms of its smell, sight and taste. If it feels good, it is good for us. Simple! We can skip bothering about pH values. Thank you... Some people may feel palpitation, and you might feel some angina. Some might experience this immediately after the procedure and even after few years of procedure, you might get some chest discomfort. Palpitations mean a sense of being aware (feeling) one's own heartbeat. Yes, it's normal after any physical activity. Even in stress/fear /anxiety states, it's normal. Make a habit to a mild type of walk and exercise regularly. Exercises are the best physical activity to lower blood pressure. Always mild exercises are best. You may stop whenever you get palpitations Lessen your sodium/salt intake. Drink lots of water. Best to avoid consumption of sugared drinks, smoking or alcohol. Reduce intake of refined sugar. Avoid tea or coffee Practice meditation (simple forms) and simple forms of deep breathing exercises. Consume more of potassium-rich foods (bananas, oranges, apricots, grapefruits, cooked broccoli, cooked spinach, etc) Eat calcium (green leafy vegetables, beans) and magnesium (vegetables, legumes, whole grains) rich foods Get involved in some hobbies or relaxing leisure activities like gardening, pets, etc Lose weight if you are overweight.

The presentation of your symptoms falls in the category of GERD or Gastroesophageal Reflux disease or Acid reflux. Commonly characterized by heartburns, acidity and gas formation in your stomach. Heartburn is a painful burning feeling or sensation that occurs in your chest or throat. It happens when stomach acid backs up into your esophagus, the tube that carries food from your mouth to your stomach. The main cause might be due to irregular food timings or due to the consumption of more acidic foods like tea, coffee or even excess of smoking. If the heartburns occur more than two to three times a week this condition might be classified as GERD or Gastroesophageal Reflux disease or Acid reflux. Pregnancy, certain foods, alcohol, and some medications can bring on heartburn. Treating heartburn is important because over time reflux can damage the esophagus. Modifying your diet and lifestyle habits could help improve one's condition. The primary modification is to maintain strict food timings. Aloe Vera Juice before food ( 15-20min ). This might be taken from the fresh plant which might benefit a lot. Consume more fresh fruits like banana, apple, ginger or ginger tea, peppermint, and other herbal teas. Avoid midnight snacks or eating before sleep. Sleep with head upright to prevent reflux. Avoid smoking, alcohol, tea, chocolate, and caffeine. Avoid acidic food, spicy and carbonated drinks. Bend your knees while bending forward so as to avoid pressure on your stomach Eat meals in smaller quantities and properly chew the food. A glass of warm water with a pinch of asafoetida with or without black salt could give a faster remedy to this problem. Even you could include asafoetida to your diet which might work wonders too.
I am having pain on my left side of breast sometimes in the middle of chest. Left side whole back and left leg. Its is because of muscle strain? Or should i go for MRI?
Nikita Mishra
12:04 PM | 01-12-2020
Hello, A person should never ignore the left-sided chest pain. If the person is experiencing pain on the left side of their body, this could indicate a heart attack or other medical conditions, such as a lung problem or inflammation of the lining around a person's heart. If the pain is coming from one particular place, it is not likely to be a heart attack. If the chest pain does not get worse when breathing and the pain spread between the shoulder blades, and into the arms and jaw, but it doesn't move from one side to other and along with this you experience dizziness, feeling faint, nausea, shortness of breath, sweating, etc, then you should go for MRI and consult a cardiologist. There are also many types of injuries to soft tissues and bones in the chest that causes left side chest pain. In this case, you will experience pain that usually worsens when breathing, swelling or tenderness at a specific area, visible bruising. Acid reflux and gastroesophageal disease (GERD) are also common causes of left-sided chest pain. These conditions occur when the acid from the stomach message up from the stomach to the oesophagus. In this condition, you will experience a sour taste in the mouth, a burning feeling in the chest, difficulty in swallowing. By making small changes in our lifestyle and eating habits, this problem can be resolved. Foods to eat Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to eliminate the toxins out of the body. Eat one amla daily as it will help to keep your digestive system good. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Include salads, sprouts, nuts, and beans in your diet. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated and to eliminate the toxins out of the body. Foods to avoid- Avoid carbonated drinks as they will increase the problem of acidity. Avoid dairy products and animal foods. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid processed, packaged, oily, and spicy foods. Exercise Being physically active is very important for a well functioning digestive system. A sedentary lifestyle may also lead to acidity. Start the day with a short morning walk. Perform pranayam, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Do tada asana, gomukha asana, trikona asana, padahasta asana. Take the early morning sun rays daily. Sleep Lack of sleep and stress may also lead to acidity. Hence, having proper sleep is important as it helps to reduce the stress levels also. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am. Thank you

You have not detailed your history, your lifestyle etc. but I am sure it’s not in order and that’s why youhave the issue. Your condition typically happens when the blood which is like water does not freely circulate and donits job of exchange of good and bad from all the stations it passes. Blood becomes thick like a jelly and things it carries also becomes heavy. What makes your blood so toxic ? It’s the greasy food, oils in the food, the animal products consumed ( diary eggs and meat ) and anything unnatural but tasty. Yes, not to forget the medicines and chemicals you take to suppress anything that you think is a discomfort. So all that makes your liver sluggish and bile will be really thin and ineffective to process the toxins from the blood. So why does this happen in the leg is because your heart pumps blood and poor heart cannot suck the jello like blood from the farthest part of the body like legs as heart is also weak . The best way to heal is to go on a complete plant based lifestyle with only raw foods like fruits veggies and greens till dinner and have an oilfree gluten free dinner. Stay on liquids like cucumber juice ashgourd juice tender coconut lime water any veg juice till 12. Then fruits and veggies as a full meal. Every weekend do a juice full day fast. Your blood will start thinning and become efficient and so will your clog also melt. Let us know if you have any questions.
I am suffering from esophagitis and having chest pain. Can you pls guide me?
Dr Sangeeth Somanadhap...
03:21 PM | 29-01-2020
Esophagitis is any inflammation or irritation of the oesophagus. The oesophagus is the tube that sends food from your mouth to your stomach. Common causes include acid reflux, side effects of certain medications, and bacterial or viral infections. Reflux is when the stomach contents and acids back up into the oesophagus. This could be a real cause for your chest pain as there is an occurrence of reflex action in your GUT. Some of the common signs and symptoms of esophagitis include: difficult and/or painful swallowing, the feeling of food getting stuck while swallowing, heartburn, acid reflux, unpleasant taste in the mouth, sore throat, hoarseness, cough, mouth sores, nausea, vomiting, abdominal and chest pain and sometimes bad breadth Diet is often a key to reducing the symptoms of esophagitis. The GERD diet is aimed at reducing acid reflux, the main cause of esophagitis. Foods that soothe esophagitis symptoms to include: Eat low fat, high protein meals Eat smaller meals, more frequently Eat soft foods that are easily digested One should be aware of foods and drinks that aggravate esophagitis symptoms Avoid fatty foods Avoid spicy foods Avoid acidic foods and beverages such as citrus and tomatoes Avoid foods that may trigger or worsen heartburn including chocolates, mint, onions or garlic which could aggravate the condition Stop eating before you feel full Avoid coffee or tea (even decaffeinated), alcohol, and soda Naturopathic Treatment: This includes Hip bath, Cold compress to abdomen, Gatro-Hepatic pack, Mud application to abdomen etc

Hello Manjunath, Acidity is a condition that is characterised by heartburn that is felt in the lower chest area. It is a common condition that occurs when the acid in the stomach flows back to the food pipe. It is also known as acid reflux. The most common symptom of acidity is burning sensation in chest and pain. Usually, people don't realize the fact that the wrong lifestyle and wrong eating choices are the reasons for this acidity. By making small changes in our lifestyle and eating habits, we can manage the problem. Foods to eat Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to eliminate the toxins out of the body. Eat one amla daily as it will help to keep your digestive system good. I have my mom who is 74 years old, 112 kgs. She xant move for her weight nd bad knees. She s diabetic and on insulin. Can u help her to lose weight?
Asha Shivaram
09:22 AM | 03-07-2019
You haven't written much about her food habits. In any case, all conditions are related and they all arise from the same issue. i.e accumulation of toxins in the body due to many years on the wrong lifestyle. Rest assured, once she syncs her lifestyle with nature's laws, she will see great improvement. Whatever be our age, nature has given us all to be in perfect condition. It just needs some discipline and patience. I would suggest these things in the beginning - Quit all animal products like dairy (yoghurt, milk, ghee, chaas, butter etc), non veg, eggs and fish. Contrary to popular opinion, these are complex foods and cause inflammation in the body. Her bad knees are one sign of it. You can find many dairy replacement recipes (like peanut curd, nut milks etc) in the recipe section of this website and also online. Keep trying till you find the recipes you like. Implement the reduction gradually. - Keep off all refined products like sugar, salt (at least switch to sea salt, pink or black salt), maida, white rice etc - Increase raw component in food - i.e switch to only seasonal fruits till afternoon, Add a salad with lunch and dinner. Grains should not be more than 30% of your plate. I would also advise to keep off wheat and switch to millets or starchy veggies like sweet potato, yams etc - Refined oil is full of toxins. It almost immediately causes inflammation and is a major cause of weight gain. Pls help her to cook oil free. It is quite easy and you wont notice the absence of oil - Let her get sunlight..atleast 30 minutes in a day. If she can't go out, she can sit near an open window and expose her hands and legs as much as possible. Do it early morning and evening - Let her sleep and rest without distractions as much as needed. - If she can't exercise, let her try dry body brushing to improve circulation of blood. She can try some gently sitting exercises too - Be with her and help her to adopt a positive frame of mind believing in nature and her own body's healing powers. Show her the healing journeys from this website for her to draw inspiration. Yes, these are a lot of things and she may not give her full go ahead. Just ask her to try for 21 days and she herself will see a big change. Of all these changes, the easiest ones to do in my opinion are adequate rest and fruit only breakfast. These two by itself will show lot of promising results. Weight loss will surely happen too as a secondary result. Please keep checking her sugar levels and reducing dosage gradually. My dad was able to quit insulin injections within a week. Surely, your mom can too at some point in time depending on how well she can adhere. Contact me if you want any further info and all the best to both of you. Health is everyone's birthright.
Hi mam! I have thyroid and I am lactating mother also. How can I reduce my weight as it is increasing after my c-section delivery. My son is 9 months old.
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
07:40 PM | 02-09-2020
Hello User, Hypothyroid happens due to what we have been putting in our body, which is eating a tamasic diet (adulterated, rotten and unhealthy junk is considered as tamasic). In this case, when we load our body with this kind of food, our metabolism becomes sluggish, "hypo" thyroid happens. Here, our body starts pushing on more to reach an optimal level of functioning. Now as our body already in a sluggish state, immunity is weakened. Our metabolism is surely going to become slow leading to low metabolism and difficulty in losing weight. The main thing to treat this multidimensional illness with your lactation should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health and reach your optimal solution. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with one tablespoon lemon, boil them for 5-10 minutes. Consume this mixture during evening time to accelerate metabolism. High selenium diet which is peanuts, almonds, mushroom, etc helps to increase the function of the thyroid. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Cat and Cow pose helps in increasing the function of the thyroid gland. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you.
What food to be taken to reduce creatinine levels
Smitha Hemadri
05:17 PM | 29-01-2019
In nature cure there is no concept like this m. This is the language of the medical field which unfortunately all of us are used to either understanding or speaking. Depends on how bad the kidney has deteriorated at this point . Is it at the level of dialysis - basically acute or chronic. High bp must usually be also a symptom of kidney issues. I would advice anyone to be on full raw without any nuts or seeds. Raw includes only fruits veggies and green leaves in this context. Ofcourse doctors say no banana mangoes etc, but have in moderation. Once a week dry to water fasting Daily 16 hrs fasting - from dinner to next lunch. Kidneys basically needs a break from work to focus on healing. For this to happen fasting is the best mode to heal. Eliminations of toxins will happen, headaches fever cold coughs pains in abdomen etc can happen, but sticking to raw is the best. Ask yourself why did creatinine go down in the first place.. this is just a side effect. Fixing the root cause - kidney malfunctioning, why is kidney malfunctioning, because there is so much toxin and protein in the 1-1.5 gallons of blood which goes through cleansing in the kidney 20 times each hour. There are millions of filters in the kidney and when each of them start to clog bcoz of the viscous blood and toxic blood, they stop filtering. If you don’t wash your tea filter daily, over time the filter has to be soaked in water, burnt over the fire and then dusted or cleaned. Likewise, the poor kidneys needs to have clean blood to purify. For the blood to be clean, the body needs to be leading a healthy lifestyle eating foods that heal, that body recognize more ( raw ). If we are not mindful about this fact, I am sure body ceases to function normally. Please fix the lifestyle instead of just reactively eating foods that keep the creatinine low. This latter approach is short lived .

Hi m suffering from spiderveins which is blueish and green color veins on my legs kindly help me.

12:05 PM | 05-07-2019
Hello Shilu Ji, Spider veins are common in both men and women. They occur as a result of weakened valves in the veins, which otherwise enable blood flow through the veins. Damaged valves result in the swelling of veins, and these develop into spider veins. The major cause for happening such things are due to one of the following reason; Aging A family history of spider veins (heredity) standing for a long time for a particular period Contraceptive pills which leads to side affects Tight clothing Increased BMI (Obesity) Any prior history of blood clots Constipation you can overcome this by adapting Natural healing without any side affects. Take some castor or coconut oil gently heat it. Apply oil directly to the affected areas. Leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes. Follow this for 2 to 3 times. Avoid standing or sitting in a same position for a longer period. Try to reduce some weight if you are over weight. Another option; Take six cloves of garlic and mince them to form a fine paste. slightly fry it it golden brown and place it on vein when lukewarm and put a bandage and leave it about 15 to 20min and then wash it with hot water. This will help to Diagnose Spider Veins problems. Thanks.

Halitosis is a condition where a foul odor emanating from the oral cavity. This condition is also called bad breath. Though it’s not a medical emergency, of course, this could be a social problem in some cases and some 25 to 30 percent of the world’s population suffer from this distressing problem. Some causes of this problem could be caused due to conditions like dental cavities, gum diseases, poor oral hygiene, coated tongue It is said that hundreds of bacteria live in our oral cavity and sometimes present of oral disease could be a cause as well. Other causes may include malnutrition, uncontrolled diabetes, and dry mouth. Infections such as sore throat or sinusitis or intestinal disorders, such as heartburn, ulcers, and lactose intolerance, could also cause bad breath. Some simple ways to manage it ..... If you wear artificial dentures, please make a habit to remove them at night and clean up those in the morning before you wear them again. Follow them after every meal as well. Make a habit to drink plenty of water and gargle your well well from bed or after every meal. Make a habit to brush after every meal and floss, preferably twice daily. Make a habit to replace your toothbrushes every two to three months. Chewing a handful of cloves, fennel seeds, or aniseeds could be helpful. Their antiseptic qualities help fight halitosis-causing bacteria. Chewing a piece of lemon or orange rind for a mouth- freshening burst of flavor. Chewing a few leaves of parsley, basil, mint, or cilantro might help too. It is believed that the chlorophyll in these green plants has the property to neutralize the odours.
