What problems do you have ? Acidic foods from animals ( diary meat eggs fish) sugar wheat maida fried and oils used for cooking make the GUT absolutely unhealthy. Hello, Pain in nails may be due to an infection in the nails or due to improper growth of the nails. Our body maintains a particular ph and when it changes to acidic then it results in inflammation and infection. By making some changes in diet and lifestyle, this can be cured. Some tips for quick relief from pain Make a paste of neem and mix sesame oil in it. Apply this paste on the effected area. Leave it for 1 hour and then wash it with normal water. You can also apply turmeric mixed with coconut oil on the effected part. Leave it for around 30 minutes and then wash it with normal water. Massage the area with sesame oil or coconut oil. Diet Eat only plant based natural foods in your diet. Make sure to give proper gap between the meals. Have fresh, seasonal and locally available fruits and vegetables in raw form. Drink coconut water. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated. Exercise Take a brisk morning walk in the morning for atleast 20min.
