Hi there, eGFR is nothing but a test to check the level of creatinine in your blood.Creatinine is a natural waste products from the muscular activity carried by blood and filtered in the kidney which is mostly eliminated through urine. eGFR below 20 indicates a severe decline in glomerular filtration rate of the kidneys which should be taken care of properly. Every possible and preventive steps should be taken to ensure that no further damage is done to the kidneys. A considerable amount of time and effort should be take to improve the lifestyle and eating habits which are the only way to keep the kidneys healthy. • Ensure that the fluid intake is sufficient to maintain a good metabolism for your body. Dehydration can cause damage to kidneys which can further worsen the condition. Try consuming more healthy juice and soups. • Stick with a whole plant based diet which includes fresh fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts. This foods are easily digested and absorbed, providing all the necessary nutrients to keep your body healthy. • Eat more foods which are rich in dietary fibres like whole grains, while bread, fresh fruits and vegetables, seeds and nuts. • High blood pressure is one major factor that can worsen the GFR in your kidneys. Your sleep pattern may be disturb due to stress, generally a healthy sleep cycle of 90 minutes 5 times continuously is counted as good sleep. Namaste Aimen Asma I can look very challenging to lose weight. if you are determined enough and if you know the simple basic rules that you could follow to reach the desired weight ... you will be able to achieve it. The biggest challenge one can face while trying to lose weight is contrlling their food habits. so if we look at our food habits as something which you dont need to control but just something that you could redirect, things will get easier. And more than the food part there are certain very simple practices that you could incorporate into your lifestyle with which slowly you will start seeing changes in your over all health and food choices too. What actually we will be doing here is just give your self a taste of health by incorporating the basics of good health in your life. Lets start with your morning routine 1 Sun, Air and earth Wake up early just before the sun so that you can finish your morning ablutions and go out into the open. The best choice would be a garden or some lawn, if not the terrace or the balcony where you will have your first meal of the day. Sit in the warm rays of the morning sun, breath in fresh air and absorb the earths radiations too at the same time. The energy you will absorb here will enrich you and fulfill your energy needs to an extent. 2 Movement Walk for a couple of kilometers if possible, join a yoga class or join some active outdoor sport to help your blood circulation and help your toxins move out. sweating helps a lot in removing the toxins from the body. 3 Whole plant based food Let your breakfast be any fresh, locally grown seasonal fruit. Sleep helps your body to relax and release unwabted toxins and waste matter, which will help in reducing weight, ultimately. हेलो दीपक जी, कारण - शरीर में अधिक टॉक्सिन जमा होने से शरीर उसको निकाल देता है। शरीर को यह ज्ञान है कि ख़ुद को स्वस्थ कैसे रखना है। हम इस बात से अनभिज्ञ हैं। जब हमारी प्राणशक्ति हमें ऊर्जा दे रही होती है तो वह स्वास्थ्य की स्तिथि है। जब हमारी प्राण शक्ति हमारे शरीर के अंदर विषाणुओं (toxic) को साफ़ करने में लग जाती है तो वह अस्वस्थ होने की स्तिथि होती है। प्राण शक्ति ने सिर्फ़ अपना काम बदल लिया क्योंकि हमने अपनी ग़लत आदतों के वजह से उसे ऐसा करने पर मजबूर किया है। समाधान - अनुलोम विलोम करें। 21 दिन तक केवल पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।दुध से बना हुआ कोई भी चीज़ ना लें। जीवन शैली - आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें। फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें। वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ। अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें। जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। पृथ्वी - फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में और दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स बिना नमक के और एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें। सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)
