Hi. You can sprinkle it on your veggie salads as a flavouring, just like one can sprinkle some oregano or seeds. You can also add it to steamed veggies, soups, veggie juices. You can also add it to coconut water to bring a change in taste!! Having it in summers or not - I don't think it matters if your overall intake of water-rich foods, i.e. fruits & raw veggies is high. In any case, don't overdo. It shouldn't be that suddenly you are excited about this new purchase & are adding it to multiple things you eat in a day :-). Half to 1 tsp a day per day should be fine.

You could try having a concoction of lemon juice diluted with equal amount of water. Have it every 3-4 hours. Basically with high uric acid your body is more acidic than alkaline, u have to restore the balance by upping the alkaline foods. Hope you don’t take dairy and wheat? These leave a high acidic residue in the body. Start your day with soaked raisins. - they are highly alkaline.

Back aches typically come due to strenuous activities over a period of time. I’m a mother of a 2.5 year old boy, sometimes when I excessively carry him around I get a backache. What I have noticed is that if I become more disciplined about my food on days when I know I’ll be superbly busy running after him, I’m able to manage much better. So fruits till noon and veggie juices before lunch - just these 2 things itself have such a big impact!! I’ll strongly suggest you follow this too as your problem has been lingering for a while now. In addition to that, ensure you don’t strain ur back. Don’t sit in same posture for long. Do yoga for back strengthening, google for the relevant poses. Regular massage will also give you relief. While taking bath,try putting water on your back through shower, alternating b/w hot and cold, do 3 rounds. I think this will really help you.

Hello Sravani, Definitely there is a cure for gastritis in a natural manner. Give him fruits and coconut water every alternate hour if he takes it. They are cleansers; should help. When u r bathing him apply coconut oil and then wash it off. Also no soap. U can use besan with rose water/water, however this may not be needed when he has a rash. You could do this once rash has subsided. Also, give lemon-honey, coconut water, melons. Cucumber juice or salad whatever he prefers. Also, remember in terms of rest he should sleep 10 hrs.

I had chikungunya and my kids have suffered from dengue. I was on a liquid diet for a week and fruits for few days and cooked later. I healed faster, I slept well, I managed some house work too and slept a lot. Liquids keeps the temperature from impacting the body adversely. let me share my experience regarding feeding kids.I breastfed my elder one for 3 years then shifted to feeding from a glass ... no bottle at all .... later went onto drop dairy altogether .Today he’s 22 years old .My younger one I breastfed for 9 months ,after which I had to travel leaving him behind so my mom started feeding him banana each time he wanted his breastfeed so much so that he got hooked on to bananas( he still is at age 17). Point I’m trying to make is you could try feeding him something resembling or tasting like milk ..... a fruit smoothie, mashed fruit , coconut/ almond milk smoothies.Post 3 years once you start teething one does not need milk at all.

In brief, let us understand what is a pH scale: Science has introduced a logarithmic scale to specify the acidity or basicity/alkalinity of an aqueous solution. Acidity and Basicity/Alkalinity are two opposite properties of an aqueous solution. Like everything else, in Nature, aqueous solutions too try to achieve a homeostatic state or the state neutrality. The neutral state of a solution is pure Water. In pH scale the value of water as defined is 7. Below 7, all the solutions are acidic and above 7, are basic/alkaline. Acid and Alkaline always try to neutralize each other to become water. The pH value of blood is approx 7.4. That means it is almost neutral being slightly basic/alkaline. In diseased condition the pH value becomes more than 7, usually. With this understanding we confuse ourselves by concluding that we need to make our blood alkaline to have better state of wellness! It is another superstition! If we make our blood highly alkaline that is also a health hazard! Change in pH value or its Alkalinity or acidity in blood is an EFFECT of health. The CAUSE is somewhere else! Addressing the EFFECTSinstead of addressing the CAUSE, is a limited and shallow approach. We cannot carry a pH strip with us to measure the pH value of food that we choose to eat, hope you must have got the idea about ph of buffalo milk. Nature has sketched an excellent indicator to identify the right food. THE VOICE OF THE ORGANISM (V/O) is that indicator. The taste sensation is one of the major executions of V/O. Other important V/O in identifying the right food are smell, sight etc. The first condition is the food should be in its natural state without any modification; then we need to use our V/O to identify if it is beneficial for us. Uterine fibroids are a result of toxins in the body. The blood, lymphatic system etc are loaded with toxins. And all our glands too are flooded with toxins. In such a state the body can not function normally and eliminate all that is not needed. That’s why one gets fibroids as the body tries to collect the toxins in different sacks or cysts to keep the rest of the body safe. Now that you have realised that fibroids are something that you don’t need in your body you may start working on how you can help your body get rid of them. Firstly stop the influx of all that is not needed or that which is more taxing on your body. The list of foods to be kept off is given in the diet section. What is it that you need to include in your life style to support the body in its cleansing, healing and normal functioning. 1 Learn pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or atleast walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax. 4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat. 5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun. 6 Be well hydrated. Consume lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well. 7 Get some regular physical activity in your daily routine like walking, yoga or swimming in some natural water body. 8 Be happy always. No outside food too from restaurants. 4 no baked stuff like toast buiscuits etc 5 no namkeens and sweets from shops Foods to be included 1 fresh locally grown seasonal fruits 50% 2 fresh vegetables 35% 3 grains 10% 4 soaked nuts 5% Diet chart 8 am one or two glasses of water with half a lemon squeezed in it Or Hibiscus flower lemon grass and tulsi tea with a slice of lemon 9 am green juice dhaniya pudina curry leaves cucumber as base no water grind filter and add pinch of salt and half lemon 10 am fresh seasonal fruit top choice papaya, if not tarbooz or dragon fruit, kharbooja as much as you want till you feel full 1 pm lunch Lukha fulka with lots of lauki or torai or tinda or beans or gawarfali or balor or tindoli or gilki parwal etc. no or only 1 tsp oil groundnut sesame or coconut oil that too cold pressed . If you want to have daal let it be unseasoned and chilke wali daal one cup. Masoor rajma all ok 4 pm any fruit juice no ice or sugar Black grapes, carrot or tomato or beet or any fresh fruit ... combos also ok 6 pm dinner Salad full of fresh vegetables, sprouts and soaked nuts.
