Hello Rakesh, If our body is continuously getting exposed to an environment that is filled with toxins it will start showing its result in a manner that will have prolonged effects. Continuous consumption of fatty diet and highly spiced food leads to the accumulation of toxins that are the primary cause of any health issue. What needs to be taken care of now is the fact that a major change in a lifestyle and diet is to be made to cure the problem. The lighter the food in its nature the easier it is to absorb but what we do is load ourselves with a lot of high-fat diets and a sedentary lifestyle which results in the accumulation of toxins which results in skin issues. Skin is the first reflection of any problem in the body. By making changes in our lifestyle, we will not only cure the disease at this stage but will also prevent it. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. The early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water as it will help in flushing out all the toxins. The next thing is including fibre-rich food items which help in adding bulk to the stools, for example having apples, bananas, nuts, etc.that has a good amount of fibre in them, the healthier the GUT, easier the absorption of nutrients and hence a healthy body. The ideal diet should be to depend more on fruits and raw vegetable intake at least for one month and refrain from something oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Take a raw clove of garlic crushed, this will help in treating any fungal issues, have it two hours after your meals. Consumption of citric fruits like lemon, oranges, berries will help treat skin problems. Drink plenty of water. You can have one inch of ginger and one tablespoon lemon with warm water during evening time, this is a great home remedy for fungal infection. Application of aloe vera gel after cleaning the lesion. Apply tea tree oil, 2-3 drops with one teaspoon of coconut oil, on the infected part three times a day. Exercise: A brisk walk in the early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenate us for the whole day. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two three drops of orange or lavender essential oils this will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals thy self. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you Thank you

Hello Mansoor, Drinking cold water when you are thirsty may make you feel good but it is not good for the body. It is always best to drink water at room temperature. Our body is made up of five elements i.e. akash, vayu, agni, jal and prithvi. Feeling thirsty indicates that the jal mahabhuta is getting out of balance and it needs to be balanced. The best way to maintain your body's jal mahabhuta in equilibrium is to drink water with gratitude towards it in a certain way. Keep the water in a copper vessel and that vessel should be kept at a place where it is not surrounded by anything. Whenever you drink water from it, have a gratitude towards it for keeping your body healthy. Drinking water from copper vessel is best as it has many benefits. Itching in neck, cough and cold indicates that you have allergies to some food products. Food allergy results due to our immune system malfunction. Our immune system considers some foods as pathogens and reacts to them resulting in allergies. Certain foods become intolerant for the body in this condition. Common symptoms that a person experiences are tingling in the mouth, burning sensation in mouth and lips, skin rashes, itching, etc. Foods to eat Start your the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Eat only plant-based natural foods. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc in place of refined grains. Avoid refined grains, refined oils, and refined sugars as they may trigger the allergic reaction and are also not good for the health. Avoid dairy foods and animal products as they may also be the reason for allergies since they are not for the human digestive system. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Say no to alcohol, tobacco, and smoking. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Exercise Start the day with a short morning walk of at least 30 min. This will help to increase blood circulation in the body. Perform 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. It involves 12 asanas and is very beneficial for the whole body. Do plank for 5 minutes. Perform anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Take early morning sun rays daily for 20 minutes. Sleep Sleeping pattern affects the circadian rhythm. Hence, it is essential to have proper quality sleep daily. Take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Just like our physical health, our mental health is also equally important and meditation is the best to achieve the same. Give 20 to 25 minutes from your busy day for meditation. Practice it in sukhasana or padma asana and concentrate on your breathing. Daily meditating will surely lead to a healthy and happy mind. Diet Diet also has an impact on our mental health as our metabolism depends on the foods that we have which in turn affects the hormonal secretions. Drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice in it in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to boost the metabolism at the start of the day. Have soaked raisins and other dry fruits to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Eat sprouts, nuts, beans and salads. Include Vitamin C in your diet like blueberries, amla, orange or lemon as they have antioxidant properties. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to eliminate the toxins out of the body and to be hydrated. Avoid dairy products and animal products as they are not meant for the human digestive system and hence it results in the accumulation of toxins in the body. Avoid processed, packaged and preserved foods as they have bad effects on our digestive system. Yoga Daily yoga is very effective for achieving a good balance between the mind, body and soul. Practice suryanamaskar daily. Do bhujanga asana, paschimottan asana, gomukha asana and padahasta asana. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning. Sleep The quality and pattern of the sleep also determine the state of our mental health as it affects the circadian rhythm and in turn the hormonal balance. Sometimes, lack of proper also leads to mental illness. So, take proper sleep of at least 8 to 10 hours daily. Avoid electronic devices like mobiles, laptops, computers, tv, etc at least 1hour before sleeping to improve the quality of sleep. Thank you

Hello User, Our body takes some time to heal. In healing period, we should try to give rest to our body along with proper nutrition. We should eat light to avoid the extra load on our digestive system which will help in the healing process. Diet to follow- On first 2 days, drink warm water and have fruit juices and coconut water. Then, the next two days have moong dal soup 2 to 3 times a day and coconut water. After that, eat moong dal khichdi 2 to 3 times a day for 2 to 3 days. Continue to have coconut water. Then, eat moong dal with thin layer of chapatis and fruits. Drink coconut water daily during the whole diet plan. After this, you can come to the regular diet that you eat but be sure that you consume only plant based natural foods and avoid processed, packaged and preserved foods. Also, avoid dairy products and animal foods. Yoga Along with the diet, yoga and meditation will help you to a great extent for healing. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Practice vriksha asana, tada asana, trikona asana and paschimottan asana. Take early morning sunrays daily for atleast 20min. Sleep Sleeping hours and sleeping quality matters a lot in healing and for a healthy body. Our body repairs the damaged tissues while we sleep. So, take a proper sleep of atleast 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6am. Thank you
How to reduce cholesterol?
Wellcure
05:20 PM | 17-03-2021
Dear Parvez, Let us begin by first understanding what is cholesterol. Cholesterol is a wax-like fatty substance that is produced by the liver. Cholesterol is produced to assist our body in building its cell membranes, many hormones like testosterone and estrogen, fat-dissolving bile acids and vitamin D. The body produces the amount of cholesterol that it needs for its functioning. The blood gets its cholesterol from two sources - one is produced by the liver and the intestines itself and the other source is any food that we consume, be it seeds, nuts, meat, poultry, dairy etc. Like with all other functions and components, our body has mechanisms to maintain the desired level of cholesterol. However, when our body is overloaded with toxins it is unable to eliminate excess cholesterol from the bloodstream. One can definitely reverse high levels of cholesterol to normal by adopting a natural lifestyle. We suggest you take a personal consultation with our Natural Health Coach who can understand your background better & give you an action plan.
