Depends what kind of cough- dry or wet(phlegm) for dry- freshly roasted almonds with salt at night just before sleep. For wet- warmer salty water before you go to bed. During cough attacks- place a pinch pinch of pepper powder on the tongue. All these remedies are to be taken just before going to bed and not drink or eat anything after that. And these are not permanent solutions. For permanent solutions internal cleansing is must. Like no dairy and oil products etc.

Hello, We get milk from mammals like cow ,buffalo which is not for human consumption. It is produced in their bodies for their baby mammals, to meet their food and nutritional requirements. Since it is not meant for human body,so it is not digested properly by human digestive system which in turn may result in some health issues. So,in my opinion milk is not suitable for weight loss. If you want to lose weight, you can achieve that by being on natural plant based foods. Never compromise for your breakfast. Have a healthy breakfast everyday. Avoid dairy products and animal products. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid wheat,maida,white sugar,rice,biscuits, jam,cookies. Have whole grains like barley, beans,nuts, sprouts. Have green leafy fresh veggies like spinach,cabbage. Have fresh fruits like pomegranate, banana, papaya. Drink a good amount of water throughout the day. Do exercise and yoga regularly.
I had sharp pain in lower abdomen. Went to physician had scan , scan was normal also visited Gastroenterologist went to check cbc. Any one remedy doesnt work as the body parts dont work in isolation, they all work in unity. So to heal the over all body we need to cleanse it.... every affected part. So how do we support our body in its over all cleansing and healing? As our body is a nature's master piece, nature has equipped it already with a self healing and cleansing soft ware. So to let the soft ware function normally one must remove all the unnecessary inputs and obstructions which dont let it function normally. lets start with what foods to avoid: 1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances. 2 Refined flour and refined oil 3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped. 4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food 5 No meat, eggs, Fish or dairy products Foods to be included 1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake 2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake 3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake 4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of blood but many other things too matter equally. 1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well. 7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Effective home remedies for skin tags. Please suggest

Namaste, Cut a small portion of banana peel. Apply the fibrous part (white side) of the peel on the skin tag for an hour or so. Repeat the process for a few days until the skin tag falls off. or Take 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. A few drops of castor oil Mix a little castor oil with baking soda to form a paste. Keep in mind that this can be very sticky. Apply this paste on the skin tag. Rinse it off after 1-2 hours. Repeat the process for 2-4 weeks, and you will notice the skin tag will get dry and disappearing slowly. Takecare.
