Namaste It’s good to wish to have a body weight that is best suited to your height and your bone structure. And for this to happen you just have to follow a healthy lifestyle and food habit. As your metabolism will improve and as all the toxins blocking your system gets removed you will see a healthy gain in weight and improved over all health where do you start? Start with your food. Start eating clean. Remove all refined flour ,oil, processed sugar, white salt etc from your daily diet. Stop eating outside food. Stop consumption of processed and packaged food like stuffs. What can you eat? Lots of fresh ,locally grown, seasonal fruits. You can start your day everyday with it. Have more fruits for lunch. And let your dinner be a large bowl of salad withlots of greens, sprouted grains or soaked nuts. Finish eating before sunset, so that your body gets enough time to digest, assimilate the nutrients and send the waste towards the exit for elimination. If you continue eating late at night the body doesnt get enough time to do its functions properly. Become active. Go for walks, do yoga or participate in some active sport daily. This will also improve your metabolism. Connect with nature. Go out in the sun. Get enough exposure to the suns rays, breath fresh air and do some gardening too. Sleep well. rest well. Look into your life for energy vampires. Do you have a stressfull life? Do you have a stressful job? Do you drink alcohol? Do you smoke? If yes for all then stop and change. It depends on your height the ideal thing to do is getting your BMI done. And according to your height what is your ideal weight. Then you can make several changes in your diet. Drink plenty of water in a day. Have a lot of raw vegetables. Having fenugreek seeds in the morning will help you in reducing weight. Thank you.

Have lot of vitamin c rich foods/have more of such vitamin C rich fruit juices like lemon/grapes/oranges etc. Generally, vitamin C improves immunity in the body and thereby you may be prevented from getting cold. In your condition you. May consider the following. Learn to practice a kriya yoga practice called Jalaneti. This clears the nasal blocks. It is very much advisable to follow a natural cure to deal with urinary tract infection at this point. Here are a few things you can use to deal with the problem as well as have a happy pregnancy. Eat: Start your day with 2-3 glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out all the toxins from the body. Have a fruit salad in the afternoon and vegetable salad one hour before meals. Have at least two hours gap between your meals and sleep. This is not a major issue.. don’t think you have something that you can not overcome. Food based changes and confidence that you will be ok overtime body wise and emotionally will definitely bring changes. You can start by eating healthy, juicing a lot. Once your digestion and assimilation becomes efficient, your body will start shedding the excess. Losing or gaining healthy weight happens when your body and mainly your gut is in a good shape to absorb nutrients or shed the excess. The solution is the same for both the cases. Whatever is the imbalance the body decides and fixes it. High raw whole food plant based meal is your solution. Good sleep , exposure to sun, exercises that help you gain healthy muscles. Fats don’t come because you have nuts or avocado or coconut. Unless your body is ready to act on the food you eat, no food will help. The more the body gets digestive rest from cooked and other wrong foods, it will heal u off the your problems and then build you muscles after u work towards it with weights. You have to work on shedding fat and strengthening the muscles. To start with there are 5 regularly used herbs which can be easily grown at home. 1. Holy basil: The reason tulsi, has been on the prime list because of its abundant medicinal property not only is helpful by ingestion but tulsi leaves are known t increase the vibrational level of the house and keep the air in the house with good oxygen supply. Tulsi helps in dealing with cold, cough, gastric issues and keep lung vital capacity healthy. The tulsi plant should be placed under complete sun to grow well. 2. Mint: Be its anti-microbial agent or helping in boosting immunity and bad breath issues. Chewing 5-6 mint eaves after every meal keeps digestion healthy and breath problems away. It can be easily grown at home. हेलो, हमारे शरीर का 70% ऊर्जा पाचन तंत्र में खाना पचाने में लगा रहता है क्योंकि हम केवल पका हुआ खाना को ही मुख्य भोजन के रूप में लेते हैं। अगर हम अपना मुख्य भोजन कच्चे form में सब्ज़ी और फल को बना लें तो पाचन तंत्र में लगने वाला ऊर्जा save कर के उससे रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता को बढ़ा सकते हैं। आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें। फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें। वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ। अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें। जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। पृथ्वी - फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में और दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स बिना नमक के और एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें। सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

हेलो, कारण - बाल हमारे शरीर का हिस्सा है। बालों में पोषक तत्व की कमी, ठीक प्रकार से ऑक्सिजन का संचार, और पेट में प्रदाह (inflammation) के कारण बाल झड़ते हैं। बाल असमय पकने लगते हैं। अन्य समस्या होती है। समाधान - सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें। जीवन शैली - हम उसको आहार शुद्धि से मदद करें। बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। त्वचा या शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से को स्वस्थ प्रदान करने के लिए ज़रूरी है। सुबह लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Hello User, Constipation is the result of indigestion. It shows our digestive tract is suffering from all the types of food we are not able to digest but loading into our stomach. The best way to deal with constipation is to improve our eating habits. Having the meals in the time which are effective in having nutrition is what we need for better digestion. With refined sugars, milk and gluten in our daily diet, our metabolism becomes sluggish and difficult to absorb all the nutrients. The most important thing which we should start with is-the lighter the diet, the easier the digestion and better the excretion. But as we believe in a natural way, it is the amalgamation of sleep, eat, meditation and exercise which we should be doing for long term cure. A holistic measure is the only way you can treat this thing completely. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake at least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Consume a plate of tomatoes with black pepper an hour before a meal, for easy digestion. Fennel seeds after a meal will help in increasing the digestive system's pace.
