I am a young man of 19,i am havving a skinny fat body and lack muscles? How can i build a muscular body?
Tejas
07:23 PM | 30-07-2019
If you are skinny as well as fat then i would first suggest you to lose your fat by doing running , swimming , jogging or brisk walking ....... And together take a good protein intake so that you dont encounter a muscle injury during your fat loss journey ..... Maintain a balanced diet and avoid bloating of stomach by not eating too much at a time .... Later then you can continue on ur journey for building muscle .... Doing both things at a time would be to much exhausting for a begginer ..... Hope this helps you to clear your mind about your fitness journey 🙏😇😀

Constipation is a condition that's very common nowadays because of the lifestyle we follow. You can get rid of this by including good deal of fibres in your diet.Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water.Avoid following sedentary lifestyle you can have a change in it by adding exercises and doing a bit of brisk walk. Avoid eating excess of fatty foods, and spicy foods. Practice yoga as it really helps with the digestion. Consult a nature cure expert if the condition remains the same

Is it advisable and necessary to have nut milk or curd on daily basis if we follow a no dairy diet?
Abhilasha Singh
07:01 PM | 23-07-2019
As mentioned earlier on wellcure, dairy products aren't necessary for us. You can have coconut milk and dairy free curd if you miss the taste of the food which includes dairy products. You can get the nutrition of milk and curd from other ways also . You just need to make sure you are meditating ,doing yoga following healthy diet free from animal products on a daily basis. Try to connect with the nature thus helping your body in healing naturally. Stay healthy!

Yes this is true. Not just for dals, but all foods. Best is to eat raw foods or cook below 43 degrees celsius. Beyond this temperature, enzymes & nutrients start getting destroyed.

If so then do simple neck rotating excercise for 5 times round the clock and neck up and down 5 times. This will help to overcome your Pain. If there is a neck spasam apply Heat or ice pack in the painful area. Some time Cervical Spondylosis chances are there by pain at the back of the neck. Adopt Dhanurasan and Ujjai Pranayam are highly recommended for Neck pain. if Stiffness in the neck, gently massage with lukewarm sesame oil. Thanks.

To make sure you’re getting all the nutrients you need on a vegan diet, it’s important to eat balanced meals that include a variety of healthy foods. For example, you’ll get protein and fiber from beans; leafy greens are great sources of vitamins A, C and K. Swapping out refined grains, such as white pasta and white bread, for whole grains, such as brown rice and quinoa, adds iron and B vitamins to a vegan diet (nutrients that are stripped out when the grains are refined). And, the extra fiber from whole grains will help keep you full, and may even help you lose weight. Semi cooked Sprouts, fibre veggis and fruits and brown rice will keep you full over the day. Inspite of regular tea, go for herbal tea like Mint, ginger, chamomile etc. Thanks.
I am not able to take proper sleep in night. Anyone suggest what should I do??

Sleep apnea is again caused due to a toxic body. Adopt healthier lifestyles with no animal products / sugar / gluten and have more raw and slowly your condition will change. This is the same reason senior citizens can’t sleep as they age because by the time they grow to that age, they have accumulated enough to keep the nerves inflammed and keep them awake. It impacts the endocrine glands and melatonin secretion along with others will also be impacted. Well, I don’t have to be so specific, but the entire body needs a deto. For this to change. You can’t get relief with myths like a warm glass of milk / medication / meditation / honey and things like this
Usually during this time of the year I go through a lot of hair related issues like the fall, dryness of the hair along with the thinning of it ,what can be the best natural remedies to combat this problem.?
Mohan M
10:22 AM | 09-07-2019
Hello Mehak Ji, First we should find the reason why hair fall, loss, thin happens. It is an indication that your system is having side affects which results in hairfall. It might due to Anemia, Thyroid, taking any particular pills for a longer period which leads to hair fall as well. Or Constipation issues, Stress or depression, lack of sleep, not taking proper nutrient diet which is required. Most hair loss is not associated with systemic or internal disease, nor is poor diet a frequent factor. Hair may simply thin as a result of predetermined genetic factors and the overall aging process which leads to hormonal changes. Sometimes due to pollution and chemcial water or shampoo used for rinsing hairs also a major cause. Lets see some solution: prepare a home made herbal hair oil which is purely made up of extra virgin coconut oil by adding some curry leaf, methi ( fenu greek ) seeds. Apply this oil regularly on your hair scalp and gently massage and allow it to sit for 30min and then rinse your hair by home made hair wash powder. Take more iron and protein diet like pulses, sprouts, dates, intke 30ml of currry leaf juice on empty stomach as a tonic which helps to get enough nutrient to your hair. Drink atleast 2 to 3 litres of water per day. 8 hours deep sleep is required. Stay away from mental stress and engage in physical activity like yoga or meditation. Daily eat 3 to 5 Almond nuts. ( Soak in the water over night and remove its skin and intake it). Eat more fresh half boiled vegetable, green vegetable, seasonal fruits Change your lifestyle and see the differnce. Follow this for 48 days on regular basis and see the results. Thanks.

Adopt a healthy whole food plant based lifestyle initially with more fruits smoothies and juices ( don’t eat raw vegetables like carrots beets etc as they are hard and even small chunks that are undigested can tear the already destroyed colon walls) and once the symptoms disappear, drink juices and smoothies / fruits for breakfast, a big bowl of fruits / vegetables for lunch and oilfree cooked for dinner. Remove oils to see relief. Focus mainly on raw fruits greens and veg juices to heal. It’s a must to avoid animal products, gluten, dehydrated dry foods, salty items and sugar . These will create constipation. Your body must never be constipated. Avoid stress as the condition will worsen like in any illness, avoid sitting for extended periods in the same place. Avoid foods that are hard for few days till a healthy lifestyle is established. Drink bio available water in the form of green juice, tender coconut , lime water , vegetable juices and have juicy fruits Take a warm water sitz bath in a tub daily.

Kava is a popular herbal remedy that calms your nerves and can be beneficial for you. Also herbal teas like chamomile or peppermint will give relief on the top of it application of coconut oil and chamomile oil or lavender one will be fruitful. Improving the diet and including B vitamins is important.Avoid caffeine and alcohol as it contributes badly to the condition. Gentle massaging and exercise will do good.

Skin disruptions and eliminations happen when the body has accumulated enough toxins and the liver also has become quite sluggish to find a path to eliminate it properly. The lymph starts collecting it and deposits it under the skin and the skin starts taking the job to send it out in the form of any rashes. It depends on the type of scavenger that has come to ingest that toxin and the kind of neurotoxin that each virus releases displays different kinds of lesion on the skin. Medical community fancies giving various names for the same condition assuming it can be treated differently. But they are just hoping they will hit the bulls eye in all cases, but they won’t. There is no cure with meds. Medicines are some more chemicals that the body thinks have to send again via the same skin and rashes that the virus has enjoyed sending out. The only solution to this is keeping your son on a oilfree cooked meal keep him on high hydration naturally bioavailable juices from vegetables and fruits and greens without adding any water or salt or sugar or Jaggery. The more he is flushed inside, the faster he will see the relief. He needs majorly a fruit diet. Even if you give him cooked, ensure there is absolutely no grease in it. It must not be spicy. Remove dairy meat eggs and any form of animal products, remove sugar , bakery products, packaged ready to eat foods, oils of all kinds. Add cooked in the form of whole and not polished. Remove soaps and replace with besan / a mix of lemon peel, soaked methi and banana for his hair wash and body wash remove powder and all such things touching his body apply coconut oil if needed for managing itching he will have zero itching if he is on a all day juice diet / tender coconut. Keep him on juices for day 1 and atleast 3-4 juices from next day. How old is your son may I ask ? please read this https://www.wellcure.com/health-journeys/40/from-skin-rashes-to-now-living-scar-free https://www.wellcure.com/health-journeys/45/how-i-overcame-depression-skin-issues-and-healed-my-life http://www.wellcure.com/health-journeys/52/healing-my-kids-skin-respiratory-issues-through-a-natural-plant-based-diet http://www.wellcure.com/health-journeys/37/my-body-won-me-freedom-from-allergies-and-respiratory-issues

please read thiS http://www.wellcure.com/health-journeys/37/my-body-won-me-freedom-from-allergies-and-respiratory-issues http://www.wellcure.com/health-journeys/52/healing-my-kids-skin-respiratory-issues-through-a-natural-plant-based-diet Reasons for eczema are the same as any other condition. Accumulated toxins being incorrectly channelled via the skin because the usual routes like intestines are clogged with toxins too. Removal of all chemicals that touch the skin is an added benefit sunbath body temperature water bath or colder and not hot water having a vegan and whole food plant based meal wiith a high raw diet will help this condition over a period of time. Having absolutely no antihistamines will avoid further accumulation. Remember that when the flare ups are severe, stay on a liquid diet for 1-2 days and with ample rest. Things will subside. Skin is the largest organ and eliminations will happen via the skin and slowly subside. apply coconut oil if it’s too itchy. But not having the forbidden foods like animal products are a key requirement for this healing. Hope you got it .Hair was moisturiser Following Can be prepared once a week and refrigerated and used for both body and hair http://www.wellcure.com/recipes/163/healthy-and-natural-hair-body-hand-washfollowing moisturiser can be prepared at home https://www.wellcure.com/recipes/455/natural-moisturiserBe blessedSmitha Hemadri (educator of natural healing practices)
Is there any way to promote faster bone healing after a major fracture?
Pramod Pathak
03:26 PM | 20-05-2019
@Smitha and @Swati have explained very beautifully. I would like to add one simple thing. Our body has been very adequately equipped us to heal naturally. All you have to do is to help your body. Our 75% of vital energy is utilised in digestion, you can reduce this by eating food which digests faster. Fruits and raw vegetables are the best. All refined foods increase the digestion time. Meditate and best is to speak to the bone. Feel that it is healed. Start with the positive affirmation that bone is healing. Then progress to a feeling of that bone is healed. This may sound crazy if you are not spiritual, but this works miraculously. This is also part of Kriya Yoga. Sunbathing one hour daily is must. Deep breathing half an hour daily. Exercise the bone. Start gently but only after the bone is set. If not possible then do cold and hot water treatment. Soak the effected part in cold ice chilled water for three minutes followed by one minute in hot water. Repeat it 4-5 times.

Hi, any home remedies for my friend’s daughter who is 14 years and has not got her periods since October 2018. She gets lot of cramps and has already tried allopathy and homeopathy.
Yachna Midha
07:47 AM | 12-02-2019
For cramps, you could try this home remedy - take 1.5 glass of water, add a lump of gud, 3-4 teaspoon of sauth (dry ginger), one teaspoon saunf, 1/2 teaspoon of ajwain. Bring to boil and simmer the water to almost half. Now take seven almonds, chop them roughly and dry roast them in a pan. Strain and add the boiled water into this roasted almonds. Drink it hot. Start 3-4 days before your expected date and continuing even during periods. Please have this continuously for 6-7 days.
A friend of mine is diagnosed with thyroid (TSH is 2. 8). She is in her first trimester of pregnancy. The doctor advised to start medication, but she is apprehensive. Can she deal with this issue naturally?
Anchal Kapur
12:04 PM | 06-03-2019
Hi. I know someone who was a thyroid patient for years. And then she took the path of living naturally. Recently she conceived and I asked her what about thyroid? Any impact on your pregnancy?....... She shared no impact because by now she was thyroid free!! I know someone else who was bedridden for all her pregnancy because she had thyroid & was following the conventional route of treatment. There is no doubt in the fact that thyroid is an imbalance in the body & if you give the right inputs it will become ok. Right inputs - natural foods, sun, air, exercise, sleep, rest, happiness. Not taking medicines is just one part of the story, the larger part is giving your body the opportunity to heal with the inputs I mentioned above. It's best to do under the supervision of a Natural Health expert who can handhold you through the changes and monitor how you feel. Whichever path you choose for your pregnancy, pls know that your decision should not come from a place of FEAR, it should come from a place of FAITH. Happy to help more if you want.
Hello everyone! I am trying to remove refined sugar from my kitchen. I tried using honey and jaggery. But these options are not very satisfactory in every dish, my kids especially ask for sugar only. Was wondering how about “sugar-free”? Is a good substitute for sugar?
Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
04:42 PM | 09-05-2019
Sugar free is not a healthy alternative to sugar. Firstly you need to get over the craving for sweets by consuming lots of sweet seasonal fruits. Secondly, introduce the kids to new sweets made of nuts, dates etc. if you try to substitute sugar with jaggery or honey they will still look out for the previous taste. Introduce new tastes and help them develop new taste. Don’t force, just transition slowly. Don’t expect overnight changes. Be healthy Be Happy Always.
