Hello Krishna, Eye health greatly depends on our diet, lifestyle and sleeping pattern. Using excessive electronic equipments like computer, laptops, TV, etc, pollution, dust and stress may lead to eye problems. For healthy eyes, some lifestyle and dietary changes are necessary. Diet Start the day with a glass of warm water. This will help to remove the toxins out of the body. Include Vitamin C in your diet like have lemon juice or orange or amla. Have soaked nuts, dry fruits and sprouts to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Have carrots, fresh green leafy vegetables like spinach and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated. Habits Put gulab jal in your eyes. Wash the eyes with cold water 3 to 4 times a day. Make a habit of doing exercise or yoga daily. Perform ardha shirsha asana, parvat asana as they will improve the blood circulation. Avoid excessive use of electronic devices like mobiles, laptops, tv, computers, etc. Walk barefoot on grass early in the morning. Soak sunrays early in the morning. Sleep Lack of sleep and stress may cause eye issues like burning, itching. Hence, have a proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Instead of using any electronic pieces of equipment, read books before sleeping. This will improve the quality of sleep. Thank you

According to Doctor's ,we should not use regular one oil for eating? So I want to know what is the timing period for change the oil. We regular use sarso oil for cooking the food. It is good or not? If we talk about last 20 years then 70% people was regular used one oil. What is your advice about it?

None of the oils available for cooking are designed for human consumption. None of them are created by Nature. They are originally available in a seed and body recognises and can digest a seed. Anything that is consumed for taste and not for health will always be detrimental to your gut in the long run. An unhealthy and toxicgut is a welcome sign for all the pathogens to infect the body with various diseases. Oil is one of the major reasons to clog various organs in the body. Kindly apply discretion and just don’t use something because your doctor says so. It’s quite possible that he does not know the right way to live too. Have you not heard of doctors falling prey to diseases ? They are humans too and they make mistakes and they need to be educated with natural living too. Google oilfree Indian cooking and you will find plenty of sources. We have plenty of recipes on wellcure too. Be blessed

Even using flax seed powder in juices are beneficial. Thank you

Hello User, Mental health is equally important just like our physical health for a healthy body. Anxiety, tachycardia, headache, acidity all these problems of yours are inter-related. The reason for these problems is the accumulation of toxins in the body which is due to the consumption of high fatty foods, high-stress levels and the wrong lifestyle. By making some changes in lifestyle and eating habits, you can achieve good mental and physical health. Diet to follow- Drink 3 to 4 glasses of warm water in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Include Vitamin C in your diet like have blueberries, oranges, lemon, amla, etc. Eat soaked raisins, dry fruits, and sprouts to get them easily absorbable nutrients. Have a fibre-rich diet. Eat salads, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Also, drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibres. This will help in the movement of stool and will add bulk to the stool, so that, it can be removed easily from the body. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Exercise Doing exercise or yoga daily will help to improve the blood circulation in the body and also to improve the metabolism of the body. Take a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Perform pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Do suryanamaskar daily. Perform paschimottan asana, trikona asana, gomukha asana and padahasta asana. Sleep Sleeping is important to maintain the circadian rhythm, it also maintains our metabolism and reduces stress levels. Therefore, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am. Read books before sleeping for a good quality sleep. Thank you

Lifestyle is a way of life that you love body mind and spirit. If you live a conflicted life, your mind and heart being elsewhere and you looking at a healthy way of life as a diet then it’s likely that you won’t see results. Living a happy life with junk may not kill as opposed to living a conflicted life with raw. I have worked with someone who was a raw vegan but suffered a high bp. So unless you are at peace with anything, it’s a crime to your body in doing it. Make peace with ur lifestyle or follow something that your heart asks. You may be wrong, but you will come back to the right reasons overtime.

I am 58 years old. I am a regular follower of posts in wellcure. In today's life, invariably every health advisor says that daily 30 minutes walking is good for health. But the problem is that I am at the early stage arthritis. Hence can I continue with walking or not? Whether walking further aggravates the joint pains or not? If yes, then how and what physical activity is suitable for me. Please suggest. Regards

Hello Sir, Yes, we do recommend a brisk walk every morning in the sun, because with this exercise not only our muscle gets the boost but with the exposure to sun, our cells tend to get a good amount of nutritional value which sun gives us for example, Vitamin D. Both walking and this exposure to the sun helps us. As you have specified your case of arthritis we will definitely recommend you to continue with an early morning walk, but the intensity can be 50 - 70 steps per minute which are lower than regular brisk walk steps count. This we will surely help you with other exercises which will help in the improvement of your health. Any disease like arthritis is a form of inflammation in the body which can be treated well with a holistic measure, in arthritis, all the toxic accumulation in the blood tends to make our body vulnerable to disease, with taking a step towards lifestyle change arthritis can be dealt very well. There are four steps towards it: Eat: As in arthritis, our body starts losing out its water content in order to deal with it, it is recommended to have at least 5-6 litres of water daily, it is highly recommended to store that water in a copper vessel. The next thing is to start having vegetable in the form of raw juices as it helps in absorbing nutrients easily, eating fruits and vegetables with rich water content like cucumber, musk melon, watermelon, oranges can help you with the disease. To deal with inflammation in the evening you can have ginger lemon tea, with one inch of ginger crushed and boil, add lemon in it. This will help a lot in treating arthritis. Exercise: With the above brisk walk, you can do some exercise while sitting on a chair. Sit on a chair and raise your one leg to 90 degrees, then raise the alternate leg. This will help in ensuring there is not much pressure on joints. While sitting on a chair, you can twist your trunk to the opposite side, and bring to the centre, then twist again and again bring it to the centre with each breath. This will help in stretching your body. This little exercise will help you in staying fit without straining. Meditation: Anything can be tackled in life when you have a positive attitude towards it before sleeping take 15 minutes deep breath relaxation and allow your self to relax. Visualise your self to be healthy and positive. This will help you deal with pain. Massaging your joints with coconut or almond oil will be helpful as it increases blood circulation and releases pain. Sleep: 7-8 hours of sound sleep is helpful as it keeps our body fresh and heals our body inside out, good sleep means a healthy body. Hopefully, this will help you a lot. Thank you
