Hello Saba, As far as the cooking oil is considered, it is best to use the cold pressed oil for cooking. All your health issues are inter-related. PCOD is the reason for irregular periods and weight gain as it results in hormonal imbalances. Hair problems and skin issues occur as a result of this hormonal imbalances. Hence, it is necessary to treat the root cause for achieving overall good health. By making some changes in lifestyle and eating habits, both the problems can be cured naturally. Foods to eat Start the day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice in it. This drink will boost the metabolism in the morning and also will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Have flax seeds. Drink green tea twice a day, once in the morning on an empty stomach and the other before sleeping in the night. Cook oil-free or use cold-pressed oil. Replace white rice with brown rice. Eat the only plant-based natural raw foods. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Choose seasonal fruits and vegetables to eat. Eat sprouts, nuts, salads, beans to fulfil the nutritional requirements of the body. Foods to avoid- Avoid dairy products like ghee, milk, paneer, curd, etc. Avoid animal foods. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid processed foods, packaged foods, oily foods, and spicy foods. Avoid tea and coffee. Exercise Exercising is very important to improve the metabolism of the body which becomes very slow in thyroid patients. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Do bhujanga asana, chakra asana, paschimottan asana daily. Do kapalbhati pranayam daily. Practice ujjayi Pranayam and bhramri pranayam. They are very effective for thyroid. Sleep Proper sleep is very important to maintain the circadian rhythm which affects the hormonal balance. Hence, take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am. Thank you.

Hello User, Everything has one answer which is the nutrients in the body that are not showing its effects due to malabsorption when the nutrients are compiled in a diet that is complex high in gluten and fat-full diet then it is difficult for nutrients to seep in the body. Protein intake being low is the cause for decreased hair growth, as our hair is made up of proteins and it is the same answer for accelerating weight gain. Eating a low-quality diet with complex carbs also does not allow protein in the food to get absorbed. If you improve your weight and start exercising your blood pressure will be in control. Hence we need a multidimensional solution, in order to treat hair growth problems, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Proteins in the form of fruits and vegetables, seeds like chia and flax also have good proteins, and will be light on the stomach and will help in complete absorption. Make your breakfast raw with a glass of juice (vegetable) and boiled sprouts) Snacking on Vitamin C rich fruit after your breakfast like oranges, mosumbi, sweet potatoes will help in improving skin texture. Before an hour of your dinner consume one tablespoon of chia seeds soaked in one glass of water with a tablespoon of lemon will help increasing vitamin C intake and your skin will improve. Raw garlic after two hours of your lunch helps in controlling blood pressure. Hair packs which you should try for hair fall and grey: 1. Onion juice helps in increasing hair quality. 2. Massage hair with coconut oil with aloe vera gel natural extract to improve blood circulation in hair. 3. Methi seeds powder mixed in water helps in giving shiny hair and treat the hair greying effectively. Application of neem powder one tablespoon with one teaspoon of turmeric and mix in rose water will make your skin glowing. Exercise: Rubbing nails of both hands with each other tends to increase blood circulation in the scalp. This leads to show healthy effects on hair. Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Practice exercises like weight training, swimming, jogging, etc will help in accelerating weight loss. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you.

Hi Km Priyanka, Thank you for sharing your concern regarding your father. The white spots and hair patches that he is suffering from may be a alarming situtation but do not worry as the solution is within reach. Let's learn it from nature cure point of view. It is important to understand that a healthy skin mirrors a healthy body. Normally the liver, lungs and kidneys handle the job of filtering and elimination of body wastes. But when the system is congested with excess toxic load, the skin is called upon to handle waste elimination too. As the body throws out the wastes through the skin, we observe different kinds of skin issues in your father's case it is white patches and hair patches. Here are some diet & lifestyle guidlines: 1. Dairy, non-veg, processed foods, excess intake of grains, refined oils, sugar and salt 2. Add nourishing foods like raw vegetables and fruits. 3. Adequate proper exercise every day ensures good blood circulation 4. Sleep and rest are very important to recharge your body and heal. 5. Minimize the use of cosmetics and make your own cosmetics and toiletries at home with simple natural ingredients. 6. Sunlight strengthens and tones the skin. The action of sunlight is necessary for the synthesis of the many chemicals needed for proper functioning. 7. Give a break to your body by fasting for a couple of days in a week or 15 days. 8. Use a wet pack on your stomach and abdomen to improve digestion and elimination of toxins. Hello Dipa, If we connect all the disease which is from the skin to respiratory to inflammation-causing cervical degeneration. Everything is highly based on the person's diet and regime. The main thing to understand here is the role of immunity which is making our body vulnerable. The reason why our body chooses to go low in immunity is because of our regular diet and low exercise which makes our lifestyle vulnerable to all the diseases. Hence, we continuously get vulnerable to these symptoms and our immunity becomes down to fight all the infections. The main thing here is, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with one tablespoon lemon, boil them for 5-10 minutes. Consume this mixture two hours after the noon meal. This is best for beating inflammation. Start with Vitamin C rich diet like sprouts, sweet potatoes, green pepper, oranges, lemons, etc for increasing your immunity. Fennel seeds after eating meals help in aiding digestion. Take one teaspoon of mulethi with half teaspoon honey, take three times a day half an hour after meals for immunity. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. Hello, The root cause for every health problem is the accumulation of toxins in the body due to a wrong lifestyle and wrong eating habits. Accumulation toxins lead to a complete imbalance in the body and hormonal imbalances which leads to many health issues like white discharge i.e. leucorrhea, pain etc. All your problems are inter-related to each other and are the result of heavy toxins. The body is giving you signs in the form of these health issues. So, by making small changes in your daily habits you can achieve a healthy body and mind for sure. Diet to follow- Start the day with 2 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach as this will help in flushing out the toxins. Have overnight soaked almonds. Always be on a complete plant based natural diet. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Include salads, nuts, beans in your diet. Have freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibres. Include sprouts in your meals. Replace white rice with brown rice. Use cold-pressed oil for cooking. Foods to avoid- Avoid packaged foods and processed foods. Avoid tea, coffee and other such drinks. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid deep-fried oily foods and spicy foods. Avoid daily food items like milk, curd, paneer, butter as they are difficult to digest by the human digestive system and hence facilitates the accumulation of toxins in the body. Also, avoid animal foods. Avoid refined grains and refined oils. Exercise For a well functioning body, exercise is equally important as diet. Doing any kind of physical activity improves metabolism and also improves blood circulation. Start your morning with a short morning walk of at least 30min. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Do paschimottan asana, trikona asana, gomukha asana, padahasta asana regularly. Do plank for 5min. Initially start by 1min and then gradually increase it upto 5min. Do pranayam regularly. A disturbed circadian rhythm and stress also lead to health issues. Hence, having proper sleep is important. Take 8-10 hours of sleep regularly. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Don't use any electronic devices 1hour before sleeping. Read books before sleeping. This will help to improve the quality of sleep. Dear Anik, We do appreciate your concern for your wife's health condition. Please do understand that the state of your hair reflects your overall health too. Our hair gets its nutrition from within. There are living cells in the hair bulb which get their nourishment from the blood to make good healthy hair. Taking care of the body’s needs – physiological, mental and emotional needs with the correct lifestyle results in the superior quality of blood which feeds the cells of the hair. When the quality of blood supplying the nutrition is good, the quality and colour of hair are good too. Hair growth and regeneration happen naturally in a cycle - there is a period of growth, a resting phase and then release of hair from the hair follicle which we experience as shedding of hair every day. Problems with hair are experienced when this cycle is disrupted. Adopting a natural lifestyle helps improve the quality of blood and increase nutrition available to the hair follicles, which in turn helps arrest and reverse issues like hair fall and premature graying. As your wife adopts a natural lifestyle, it will nourish her from inside. And when the body is healthy from inside it will definitely reflect on the outside too! You can explore our Nature-Nurtures Program that helps in making the transition, step by step. Our Natural Health Coach will look into your wife's daily routine in a comprehensive way and give her an action plan. Hello User, The main cause when we deal with hair loss is when we get exposed to pollution and chemical products. Yes, our digestion and bad eating habits are also part of the same as the hair is made of nutrients itself. The main thing to take care of, in diet is to increase our protein intake. Our body has the power to regenerate only if we provide our body with the right type of nutrients, by following a natural lifestyle you not only correct the hair fall problem but also treat yourself well with correct nutrients. Hair is made out of protein named keratin, by eating the right kind of food items, we can increase the protein intake and deal with the same. Hair and nails are made up of some type of protein, so you can also co-relate when your hair is in bad shape even your nails become brittle. So here are a few things which need to be corrected. So let us focus on what lifestyle changes we can make: Eat: Eating food that has a high amount of proteins are legumes, green leafy vegetables, nuts like almonds, walnuts, etc. Seeds like chia, pumpkin, and flax seeds are also necessary. Coconut water and even eating shredded coconut are found to be very beneficial for hair health. Regular massaging of hair is important to take care of pigmentation. Here are a few hair packs which you can try to deal with hair loss problems. 1.Methi seeds, methi seeds powder two tablespoons mixed with rose water it helps in getting the hair stronger and thicker with greying issues cured and help from hair to roots. Before applying the methi seeds pack make sure you apply the oil at night, so the pack does not stick to your hair. 2. Onion juice paste is another beneficial thing for hair health. This will ensure to deal with the hair fall. 3. There is one more way of coconut oil massage, where you warm the coconut oil and add curry leaves to it, let it splutter, and then use it for massage. Exercise: Here is some exercise that you can start for your hair and scalp health. Rubbing your nails with each other helps in the treatment of hair health as it boosts the blood circulation to the scalp, hair, and nails have the same type of protein involved. Chakrasana is another asana that would be recommended for healthy hair. Meditation: While massaging your hair what you can do is close your eyes, and visualize your hair becoming stronger and shinier making it healthy. You can take a deep breath, start healthy music in the background you can feel the blood circulation getting a boost. This will help in relaxation and ensuring healthy hair health. Sleep: Having a sound 7-8 hours of sleep is helpful in treating anybody's problem, a healthy sleep leads to a healthy mind and body. So make sure you are free your room from any gadgets an hour before sleep so you get a radiation-free room and a good tension-free sound sleep. Hopefully, this will help you Thank you
Hi, I am 36 years old having too much hair fall and getting my hair grey also. Can you suggest me something for this?
Nikita Mishra
11:20 PM | 22-09-2020
Hello Harminder, Health of our hairs are the reflection of our body's internal health. Premature greying of hairs is due to the excessive accumulation of toxins in the body. Improper lifestyle, eating wrong foods, lack of sleep, increased stress levels are the reasons which lead to toxic accumulation and result in issues like greying of hairs. External factors like exposure to dust, chemicals and pollution are also the reason for hairfall and grey hairs. Foods to eat- Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water early in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to eliminate the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Eat soaked dry fruits and sprouts in the breakfast to get easily absorbable nutrients. Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Include salads, nuts, and beans in your diet. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc. Use cold-pressed oil to cook instead of refined oils. Local application Mix amla powder with warm water. Keep it for around 2 hours. Then, apply it on your hairs and leave it for half an hour and then wash your hairs. Don't use any chemical-based products on your hair. Apply fresh aloe vera jel on your hairs. Protect your hair from dust, smoke, etc. Sleep A correct sleeping pattern is important for the circadian rhythm. It also helps to reduce stress. Hence, taking a proper quality of sleep is very important. Take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic gadgets atleast 1hour before sleeping. Read books before sleeping to improve the quality of sleep Thank you
