I have chronic cervical pain. I suffer from shoulder and neck stiffness. I have tried Yoga and Ayurveda but the problem still persists. My doctor told me that my cervical disc is damaged and suggested that surgery can be performed. I am 40 years old. Can you please suggest a treatment?

Its good that she follows an active lifestyle at this age. Vegetables will not cause gastric issues rather it brings out the underlying problem. Basically her body has become acidic due to wrong lifestyle choices over the years. You have not given much details but I assume she maybe consuming milk and its products, maybe non veg too and tea/coffee with sugar. All these foods are highly acidic and should be gradually reduced and stopped over a period of time. Check in the recipes section for many alternatives to tea,coffee and dairy and let he start having them. She should also increase intake of fruits ..atleast upto 50% of her diet over time. This will help to alkalize her body. All other problems which you cite also are related. Please also make sure she gets an hour of sunlight exposre everyday whatever be the weather. Some naturopathic Treatments that could prove to effective might be as follows: Advice to take a proper diet. Include green vegetable and leafy vegetables regularly. An anti-inflammatory diet is recommended. Hot Mud application to painful joints also more beneficial and could be useful to reduce pain in the joints. Application of mustard pack: Grind mustard into powder mix with hot water and make a paste. Make a pack on a small cloth and apply it on the painful joints. Gentle massage with IR application. Dear health seeker Balaji, First of all let me assure you that all your health issues of cold and cough, etc will be a thing of past if you follow the eternal laws of nature governing our organism. You may take a leaf out of my own case which is published in this platform. At the age of 18 years, I had become a chronic patient of cold and cough, I used to take anti catarrhal infections every 6months but to no avail, and it became a health issue of great petulance to me. हेलो, कारण - महिलाओं में प्रजनन के बाद मूत्रआंग के वाल्व में ढीलापन आ जाता जिससे की संकुचन की कमी हो जाती है और बढ़ते उम्र के साथ ये संकुचन में दिक्कत आती है। समाधान - पेशाब करते वक़्त पेशाब 5 सेकंड रोक कर पेशाब करें फिर 5 सेकंड रुकें फिर करें ऐसा जब भी पेशाब करने जाएँ तो करें। गर्म खाना या पेय पदार्थ सेवन ना करें। एक टब में पानी भर कर उसमें बैठें। 20 मिनट बाद तक संकुचन क्रिया को दोहराएँ। पानी के बदले कच्चे सब्ज़ी सलाद और फल लें। मर्ज़ारि आसन करें। अनुलोम विलोम प्राणायाम करें। गोमुख आसन करें। भुजंग आसन करें। जीवन शैली - आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें। फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें। वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ। अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें। जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें। दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।ओ सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

The young generation today have been corrupting themselves with a lot of junk food and fake foods. It’s great that you come to if this forum to seek natural way of healing and holistic approach to leading ahealthy life When body accumulates toxins to a point where it cannot be contained inside, to a point where it was unable to send it out via the excretory organs, the body develops such fevers and the fever won’t reduce till it sees that the reason for the fever is no longer present. Body is highly sophisticated and intelligent by design. It knows how to heal itself. It just needs enough time break from digestion and unnecessary tasks. Don’t worry if he is not eating anything. Instead of ORS which is given for his glucose, feed healthy fruit juices which have healthy sugars that the body loves as opposed to refined sugar in ORS. Flood his body for the whole day with fruit juices. If he is hungry for solids, only fruits. Ensure he drinks 3-4 Lts daily. This process itself will remove the cause from his body. How can you help your body cleanse internally? I would say we must look into what things we should remove from our diet to improve our overall health quality. Foods to be removed 1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances. 2 Refined flour and refined oil 3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee.
