Hi there, Disc bulge or slip disc is also known as disc herniation which occurs when the inner portion of the disc protrudes through the outer ring of the spinal cord or vertebra due to any injury or weakness. Hyperacidity also known as acid reflux or gastritis is a common gastrointestinal problem with inflammation along the stomach lining caused mostly by bacterial infection or sedentary lifestyle and wrong eating habits. It is a common stomach problem which can be rectified with some lifestyle modification and change in food habits. Here are some of the advice you may follow ; • Always go for bland and binding diet such as Banana, rice and toast (brown bread).These foods are bland and binding which will prevent further reflux and vomiting. Bananas also contain potassium and other minerals which can help replace nutrients lost from vomiting. They are easy for digestion and absorption as well. • Chew your food properly before swallowing, it'll make the food particles easier for absorption without adding burden to the guts. • Eat-in smaller quantity. Overeating or heavy meals can trigger acidity. One way to maintain the balance is to eat only when you're hungry. • Do not lie down right after eating your meal or bend foreword,instead just sit idly for a while. • Follow regular eating time. Maintaining a long gap between each meal can let to excess gastric acid secretion triggering acidity. • Chewing a slice of ginger or drinking a ginger juice or tea for several times a day can help neutralise the acidity. • Add a few fennel seeds in water and boil them. And that is fresh, locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables. Eat only when hungry and don’t ever over eat. Start your day with a bowl of fresh sweet ripe juicy fruit. For lunch you may opt for more fruits. Or a large bowl of salad. If you find both these options difficult then go for a no oil gluten free whole plant based meal, with more veggies and least grains. Evening again you can opt for fruits or vegetable salad. In between if you are thirsty you may drink coconut water or normal water with a couple of lemon drops on it. Finish your dinner before sun set so that your digestion is complete by the time you go to bed. The whole night rest to your digestive system will give it enough time to cleanse and heal gradually with time. You may face some discomforts .... so do not hesitate to post a question again when you need help. The other Changes you need to introduce in your routine : 1 Go out in the nature. Get sun exposure every morning and evening. 2 Breath in fresh air and practice deep breathing. Learn pranayam. 3 Spend time in nature. Grow some plants and work with your bare hands. The more time you spend with the plants and trees, you will start feeling more relaxed and less stressed. 4 Get physically active. Learn and practice yoga. नमस्ते , कभी-कभी कुछ लोगों में दाढ़ी का विकास बहुत कम होता है ,हार्मोंस के असंतुलन ,पर्याप्त नींद न लेने, पोषण की कमी इत्यादि वजहों से हो सकती है। नींद- रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटे की नींद अवश्य लें इससे शरीर को से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं, शरीर तनाव मुक्त होता है। प्रतिदिन एलोवेरा ,नारियल पानी या खीरा के जूस का सेवन करें। भोजन में 80% मौसमी फल एवं हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों से युक्त भोजन को खूब चबा चबाकर करें ,इससे शरीर को पर्याप्त मात्रा में पोषण प्राप्त होता है, शरीर के सभी अंग सुचारू रूप से अपना कार्य करते हैं । मिट्टी के घड़े में रखे जल को प्यास लगने पर बैठकर धीरे-धीरे सेवन करें। चना ,मूंग एवं सोयाबीन के बीज को अंकुरित करके प्रतिदिन प्रातः एवं सायं 400 ग्राम खूब चबा चबाकर सेवन करें । भोजन में प्रोटीन युक्त चीजों का प्रयोग बढ़ा लें। नारियल के तेल में नींबू मिलाकर मालिश करें शेविंग ऊपर से नीचे एवं दाएं से बाएं करें।

Kindly remove dairy ( even powder milk is milk in another form, ghee, paneer, butter, curd ) sugar meat from ur lifestyle. Ulcers are an elimination of an acidic stomach and inefficiently digested meal over long periods of time. Possible constipation might also be there. A unclean gut ( stomach- rectum) is a big reason for mouth ulcers. U have to remove animal products immediately , reduce oils or avoid cooking with it. Mouth ulcers are mirror reflection of your GUT health. The cleaner your GUT, the cleaner is the health of your mouth / the smell etc. The more acidic the gut, then ulcers tend to keep coming. It’s a way to eliminate the pus from the body. If you are a non vegan who consumes animal products, that’s your first step - avoid consuming any food that has any ingredient that came from an animal ( diary meat eggs fish honey ), remove sugar maida wheat corn soy. Avoid fermented foods for few months. Gargle the mouth with ashgourd juice 3-4 times a day. If this is not available then cucumber juice can be used to gargle or rinse the mouth. If you see the Durva grass or the one they use for Ganesh Pooja, u can grind and use that for rinsing too. Salt water rinsing is also going to help. This is only for the relief of pains of the ulcers. Overtime focus on consumption of raw food to reduce or prevent ulcers. Avoid caffeine and tea. Start having a big glass of cucumber juice in the morning upon waking daily with some lemon juice in it and then followed by a big bowl of fruits. Apply a cold wet towel on ur abdomen for 20 mins per day. Avoid diary excess grains meat fish and outside packaged foods, soda that can spoil the environment of the gut.
