Spider veins / varicose veins / varicocele - such similar issues such as the veins bulging inside the scrotum are majorly because of a high toxicity being carried in the blood. Namaste Ji, This might be acute gasteric as well. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from Chest discomfort. Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages. Avoid processed and fermented foods. Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. Also avoid rich gravies, sour, salty, and spicy foods. नमस्ते, हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ ही इस बीमारी का मूल कारण है इस में आकाश तत्व की सबसे ज़्यादा ज़रूरत है। साथ ही आपको ये भी देखना है की किन किन चीज़ों को हज़म करने पाचन तंत्र को मेहनत करना पड़ता है। फल, मेवे, सलाद को मुख्य भोजन बनाएँ। शरीर का भोजन कच्चे फल सब्ज़ी सलाद हैं। पका हुआ खाना सिर्फ़ आपके मानसिक संतुष्टि के लिए है। सुबह 5 बेल पत्ते को पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल खाएँ, दोपहर 12 बजे पालक के 10 पत्ते+ पुदीना 10 पत्ता पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 1घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी या सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। रात के खाने में सलाद लें और सलाद 8 बजे से पहले लें। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। कोई शारीरिक श्रम करें। किसी टब में पानी भर कर उसमें 20 मिनट के लिए बैठें गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें, रुकें फिर पूरा स्वाँस ख़ाली कर के रुकें, साँस लें ते एक चक्र है ऐसे 10 चक्र करें, जितनी देर स्वाँस को सहजता से रोक सकें उतना ही रोकें।

Hello Pushpendra, The best way to treat psoriasis lesions is by following these two things, 1. For external application: Tea tree oil, very effective in dealing with lesions. Apply tea tree oil with vehicle oils like coconut or almond. Coconut oil, which is very helpful in treating the dryness of the lesion. Aloe vera gel, due to its herbal property it becomes beneficial. 2. For diet It is better to start with Vitamin C rich diet in order to help in treatment, vitamin C helps in protecting the collagen in the skin. Padmasana (yoga asana) was always recommended primitively for the simple reason that not only aided us in digesting but keeping our spine healthy. Four things which help in always achieving the ideal health is, eat, exercise, meditate and sleep. With keeping in these four things we can make sure that our body is working in harmony. Eat: A good source of calcium is green leafy vegetables and seeds this will not only help in treating the sciatica pain but also will help in giving nutrients to our vertebral column. The seed also has a good amount of minerals which helps in the spine to develop and spinal roots to become stronger, hence the nerve does not create the pain. Having a good amount of green vegetable juice makes sure that their nutritive state improves. Vegetable juice is a sure example of getting nutrition completely absorbed. Exercise: In sciatica, we have to be regular with exercise in order to treat the muscle strength, so here is some exercise which you can start with for sciatica. 1. Sleep on your back, and make sure you raise one leg at a time at 90 degrees, this should be done alternately. 2. Followed by this is stand with your feet together, raise your knee near your trunk by flexing it, alternately, one breath at a time. 3. Hello. My father has pain in legs and doctor has said it's a pain of sciatica. He's taking Ayurvedic medicines and therapy, and avoiding various gas forming vegetables for past 1 month, MRI scan has also been conducted where it was clarified that some muscles have lost moisture. नमस्ते कारण - शरीर में वर्षों के जमा (toxin) जो की शरीर से निकल नहीं पाती है वह तंत्रिका दोष को उत्पन्न करती है। आपकी कशेरुकाएं या रीढ़ की हड्डी कार्टिलेज (उपास्थि) के टुकड़ों से अलग हो जाती हैं। कार्टिलेज एक गाढ़े, साफ पदार्थ से भरा हुआ है ताकि जोड़ों को चारों ओर घूमते समय लचीलापन और गद्दीनुमा महसूस हो सकें। जब कार्टिलेज की पहली परत हट जाती है। अंदर के पदार्थ साइटिक तंत्रिका को संकुचित कर सकते हैं, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप निचले अंग में दर्द और सुन्नता हो जाता है। समाधान - एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो आहार में परिवर्तन आयु के हिसाब से करना चाहिए। 9 साल के बाद दुध या दुध से बना सामान नहीं पचता है। 20 साल के बाद प्रोटीन के बाहरी स्रोतों से परहेज़ ज़रूरी है। 30 साल के बाद अनाज, तेल घी से परहेज़ ज़रूरी है और चीनी की ज़रूरत कभी नहीं है। उसके जगह गुड़ या सुखा फल लें। खाने में सेंधा नमक का प्रयोग करें और मात्रा कम लें। आप प्रोटीन युक्त भोजन से परहेज़ करें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। खीरा + नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट दर्द वाले हिस्से पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। सुर्य की रोशनी उसी जगह पर लगाएँ। दिन में दो बार तिल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। इस बीमारी का मूल कारण हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ है। जीवन शैली - शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा dopahar के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद। धन्यवाद। रूबी, Ruby प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली शिक्षिका (Nature Cure Educator)

Hello, Sciatica is defined as an inflammation of the supporting tissues of the sciatic nerves of the leg. This condition is characterized by a pain running from the lumbar (lower back) region to the back of the legs. Sciatica pains – felt in either one or both of the legs A large proportion of the diet must be carbohydrates, which facilitate proper movement of bowels, thereby bettering the body’s digestion. Green leafy vegetables should be incorporated in the diet as they provide fibre which improves digestion and elimination of wastes. Fruits such as bananas and apples are recommended. Heavy meals must be avoided as they take a long time to digest. This may exert undue pressure on the lower back region. While sleeping, lie straight on your back or with bent knees supported by a pillow. Do some light sciatica exercise such as light walking and jogging. Do not exercise if your condition is extremely painful. Taking hot and cold compresses on an alternate basis can be quite helpful in relieving pain. Apply a paste made of crushed garlic cloves and water to the affected part, or rub a cut clove directly onto the area. Eat 1-3 buds of fresh cloves daily.

A change in lifestyle can help to treat all the causes like packaged food items, spiced complex food items, chemical prone, gluten-full diet and environment where even breathing freely is making you diseased, as your body is completely vulnerable to health problems at this stage. With daily intake of high-fat diet and sedentary lifestyle is highly important in this case as our metabolism has become slow and there is insulin resistance happening in the body as pancreas have slow action over the body the hormone of insulin and it is not able to do its main role which is breaking down of food, that is why there is stomach disorder which is happening recurrently. The main thing is if we follow a holistic lifestyle and deal with things. A holistic way is the best cure. Eat: When we eat the right kind of food at the right time we make sure that it is easily absorbed. Start your day with a good amount of water, 2-3 glasses of warm water helps in flushing out the toxins. These toxins which come and make our immunity vulnerable to diseases need to be flushed.
