I got my molar root canal done which is quite near to the throat I believe. I was put on combiflam five days first then after second visit to the dentist again for four days..... Sometimes we think that we are eating healthy but it is the food combination which is very wrong and not able to suit us. Toxins are the primary cause of gastric trouble which ultimately leads to nutrition not getting absorbed causing disturbed sleep and also less iron content which makes our blood flow scanty. Our sedentary lifestyle also plays a role in this picture. What needs to be taken care of now is the fact that a major change in lifestyle and diet will be the cure of the problem. A healthy toxin release happens in a healthy way like excretion of urine and faeces. In digestive problems with the consumption of this kind of food, the problem is, from the oesophagus to rectum everything is disturbed. You have not mentioned much details about the pain like type of pain whether pricking or dull etc and not mentioned about since how long the pain is present. As per your complaint just application of wet cloth or a mud pack on empty stomach for 20 minutes daily should give you some relief. Oil bath once in a week also would help you. Have lot of fruits/vegetables in real form would help you. Avoid milk/tea/coffee and spicy foods.

Dear Preetha - Repeated episodes of sore throat mean your body is not getting the right energy to eliminate accumulated toxins. May I suggest a few things: Stay totally away from respiratory irritants - white sugar & dairy. This means you will have to avoid packaged foods like biscuits, bread, butter, jam, namkeens, muffins, cakes, pastries, cheese, sandwich spreads, etc......basically anything that comes with a shelf life written on it. Fruits and raw veggies help in cleaning the system. So don't fear them. The sore throat is just a signal the body is trying to give. Continue eating your fruits & veggies. Don't eat refrigerated, eat at room temp. Eat more of the ones you feel comfortable with such as sweet bananas, mangoes, pears, papayas, etc......whichever are in season in the place you live. Increase your intake of raw veggie juices & salads. When you feel uncomfortable, steam your veggies and have a nourishing veggie soup. Sip on warm water or boil some ginger in water & keep sipping on that every now & then. Start your morning with soaked raisins every day. Raisins are highly alkaline & will help your body restore its disturbed pH. Spend some time in the early morning or evening sun. Sit with your eyes closed & visualise the sun's rays healing your throat. Do it at least 10 minutes daily.
