Hi Rashmi Goyal, Thanks for sharing your concern with us! Thanks for sharing your concern with us! Any ulcers that we get in our body are a manifestation of excess acidity in our bodies. They are the body’s way of telling you to reduce acidity & restore the acid-alkaline balance. As per nature cure, the human body works towards maintaining its pH or acid-alkaline balance. It functions optimally when the pH of the blood is slightly alkaline (around 7.36-7.42). As per nature cure, most symptoms/diseases are caused because of increased acidity. Acidic residues get built up because of wrong food habits as well as non-food elements. Stressful situations and negative emotions may be acid-producing in the body. You can explore our Natural Health Coaching Program that helps you in making the transition, step by step. Our Natural Health Coach will look into your daily routine in a comprehensive way and suggest an action plan. She/he will guide you on diet, sleep, exercise, stress to correct your existing routine & make it in line with Natural Laws. In the meantime, you may want to read the real-life stories of people who cured their ulcerative colitis naturally. We hope this encourages you to take charge of your health and you are able to work towards a healthy life! All the best!
I am very much worried about my health. I always google symptoms of various diseases, obsessed about my health. I get muscle twitching, chest pain, severe headache, sharp pains in the muscles. I have done each n every test but all the tests came negative. I did my ecg, vitamin d, calcium test,h pylori test, rheumatoid arthritis test, electrolytes test, blood test, typhoid test almost every test but don't understand what's wrong with me. I am also suffering from acidity. Can you help please?

All your symptoms and tests point towards one thing which is the start of a healthy diet and regime. Google will give you a generalised answer for everything rather than relying on that you should pay more attention to yourself with a new positive approach. Start your day with some nuts which will give you energy for a good morning walk and stretches. Walk on green grass and feel the fresh air as this will help in relaxing your nerves. The fresh air will be helpful for breathing and relieve from chest pain. The chest pain can also be due to acidity and this you can deal with including fruits and raw vegetables in your diet. Consume tomato and black pepper an hour before your meal to curb down the acidity. Meditating 10 minutes before bed daily helps in dealing with mental issues like anxiety, you can start with affirmation, " I am healthy and full of energy." This will help in improving your body at subconscious level. Thank you

Hello Saba, As far as the cooking oil is considered, it is best to use the cold pressed oil for cooking. All your health issues are inter-related. PCOD is the reason for irregular periods and weight gain as it results in hormonal imbalances. Hair problems and skin issues occur as a result of this hormonal imbalances. Hence, it is necessary to treat the root cause for achieving overall good health. By making some changes in lifestyle and eating habits, both the problems can be cured naturally. Foods to eat Start the day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice in it. This drink will boost the metabolism in the morning and also will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Have flax seeds. Drink green tea twice a day, once in the morning on an empty stomach and the other before sleeping in the night. Cook oil-free or use cold-pressed oil. Replace white rice with brown rice. Eat the only plant-based natural raw foods. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Choose seasonal fruits and vegetables to eat. Eat sprouts, nuts, salads, beans to fulfil the nutritional requirements of the body. Foods to avoid- Avoid dairy products like ghee, milk, paneer, curd, etc. Avoid animal foods. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid processed foods, packaged foods, oily foods, and spicy foods. Avoid tea and coffee. Exercise Exercising is very important to improve the metabolism of the body which becomes very slow in thyroid patients. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Do bhujanga asana, chakra asana, paschimottan asana daily. Do kapalbhati pranayam daily. Practice ujjayi Pranayam and bhramri pranayam. They are very effective for thyroid. Sleep Proper sleep is very important to maintain the circadian rhythm which affects the hormonal balance. Hence, take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am. Thank you.

Dear Venkat, Thanks for sharing your query with us! We do appreciate your concern about your current health condition. First of all, we need to understand our body, its symptoms, and discomforts from nature cure's perspective. This will help you arrive at an answer to your question. Digestion is the most basic function of our body and as far as our lifestyle (food as well as non-food aspects like sleep, sunlight, emotional health, movement, etc) is aligned to the Laws of Nature we can expect to have a healthy digestive system, free from issues like gas, acidity, constipation, etc. Only natural foods (like vegetables, fruits, nuts, etc.) are easy to digest and absorb. All animal-based foods like dairy, meat, eggs, etc. as well as refined and processed foods leave a toxic residue in the body. This, in turn, results in various health issues or discomforts of the type you mentioned. Our body works as one whole unit and any imbalance/disturbance in one part affects the overall functioning of the body. So, when digestion is not good it may lead to inability to lose weight as well. You would now be able to appreciate that you need to work on the root cause of all your problems i.e get rid of the toxins inside your body. Once that is achieved your body would automatically be able to achieve its optimal weight. We would encourage you to adopt a natural lifestyle to deal with your condition. You can explore our Natural Health Coaching Program that helps you in making the transition, step by step. Also, we suggest you read real-life natural healing stories of people who cured digestive issues just by following Natural Laws. All the best! Team Wellcure

Hello User, The best advice for suffering from anxiety and panic attacks is to take a natural way to treat it. Going the natural way will only help in treating the episode but will also help in preventing it. As the stressors in today's lifestyle have increased be it for a student, a person working at home, or a corporate lifestyle everything needs to be tackled in a healthy manner. A lifestyle filled with green vegetables, fruits, exercise, and meditation is what is needed. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improving the state of metabolism by increasing it. The inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. The next thing is going for a head massage, daily at night massage the head with coconut oil and aloe vera gel, this will help in soothing the nerves and reduce the episode of anxiety. Increasing Vitamin B12 and minerals in the diet will help in treating mood disorders. Chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds are a good sources of vitamin B 12. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshen us for the whole day. Early morning walk is recommendable. Even Suryanamaskar will help in treating the mental issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Meditation: Stop using the gadget an hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils, and then with the smell itself, you will start feeling calm. The next thing is to take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes let it go do not resist. Saying the affirmation, I am healthy and happy" release each breath. This will help a lot in calming you. Sleep: Sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.
I wanted to ask all health practitioners, do you recommend vaccination? Why or why not? Kindly present your views.
Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
08:44 PM | 20-08-2019
Namaste Akanksha Sharma I don’t believe in vaccination. My son who is 22 has never had any vaccine but unfortunately my daughter had the ones they give at birth and no vaccines after that as I could not go to the right person to help me deliver my baby naturally. Most of my brothers, sisters and nephews aren’t vaccinated. And we are all doing very well....thanks to my father who was an ardent believer in nature. Reasons why we don’t need vaccines There are germs all around us.... in air, water and soil. They are just other creatures of nature just like us. They do not make our bodies their homes unless we create a very congenial environment and provide with food for them to thrive on. They just keep moving in and out without affecting us much if our system is clean and not filled with toxic wastes. How does a vaccine work? The logic the doctors give for how the vaccines work is they introduce the particular organisms into our body in a half dead state in a chemical based medium which is laden with toxic metals and chemicals which otherwise we would never dare to put into the body of a just born. The body then reacts to the foreign matter and develop a resistance towards that particular germ. There are uncountable germs in the environment which could fancy some particular quality in the toxin in your body and decide to thrive there. So How many new vaccines you would need every other month or year to keep the germs from making your body their temporary homes. The best way out of it is live in sync with nature.... eat species specific food, conserve vitality and keep the germs where they belong. A new born is so clean and pure( if you haven’t started poisoning his system from the day he entered your womb) how could we ever have the heart to inject germs and chemical toxins into it in the name of protecting it, but on the contrary we make him more susceptible and vulnerable. Vaccines have come into existence only since a century or so.... but man has lived happily and healthily since time immemorial...... To me vaccinations are no less than a way to take human beings towards mass extinction. Be happy be healthy always Swati Dhariwal Nature Cure Practitioner

Namaste Sneha, We understand that it must be challenging for you. COVID negatively impacted health in different manners. You can deal with these issues naturally. You can follow these tips to start following: 1. Focus on eliminating acidic foods from the diet like all processed and packaged food items, acidic beverages, tea/ coffee and sodas. 2. Take lukewarm water to sip to bring in some relief. Add pieces of ginger and lemon along with a few pinches of turmeric to your water. you can have it in the morning empty stomach. 3. Steam Inhalation – Inhaling steam for 5 to 10 minutes, by adding a few drops of essential oils like eucalyptus helps in melting the mucus accumulated in the air passages, helping to reduce breathing difficulties. For more guidance, you can explore our e-learning program on Boost lung health & Immunity or come with us for the Diabetes Reversal Personal coaching program with our Doctor-Nutritionist Team. I usually pick salads, fruits and fill myself. In absence of those it’s rice and rasam or mixed rice. I always avoid dairy, sweets, fried, wheat, maida, gravy which can contain dairy creams. Anything that does not fall in this category, I make an exception and have. In cases where I know I won’t find much, I give an excuse that my stomach is upset and I come back home and have or I have and go make an excuse. I pay more attention to my presence there more than me eating some food served in a buffet. Habit of Pleasing People can’t sustain . Its good when you are conscious about health but when it comes to the peak it becomes anxiety. First of all, when you think over and over that time you need to focus on your present. Define the health in good terms don't get influenced by outer environment. you need to manage your time coz it kills ur time also so make your goal n execute that sit in a solitude meditate that will help you to make you calm and stable. Program your mind at the time of sleep. surround yourself with good people. learn to live in the present . accept your self.

From KEVIN HINTON about key principles of Nature Cure:- Nature Cure is "based upon the collective teachings of: - Vincent Priessnitz, Louis Kuhne, R.T. Trall, Sylvester Graham, Isaac Jennings, Henry Lindlahr, Bernarr Macfadden, Hereward Carrington, Herbert M, Shelton, James C. Thomson, Stanley Lief, J.H, Tilden, and Sarma K. Lakshman, etc. The FIRST essential principle upon which Nature Cure is based is that the human organism is a self-healing one. This was discovered by Vincent Priessnitz in 1829. The SECOND essential principle is the nature of disease stated by R.T, Trall in 1880. Trall said that "disease is a process of purification. It is remedial action. It is a vital struggle to overcome obstructions and to keep the channels of circulation free." Nature has not provided any "cures" for disease”. The THIRD essential principle is the Unity or oneness of disease. This was first stated by Louis Kuhne in 1885. He said "There is only one cause of disease, and there is only one disease -which shows itself under different forms." There is only one disease which we call Toxaemia, There is only one cause of toxaemia which we call Enervation. There is therefore only one system of treatment which we call Nature Cure, Naturopathy, etc Here are the principles of Nature Cure as mentioned by late Kenneth Jeffrey. 1. ALL healing power is within your own body. 2. There is NO curative power in drugs, medicines, herbs, foods, electrical apparatus or anything else outside your own body. 3. Nature has NOT provided cures for disease. Nature has only provided penalties for the breaking of some natural law. 4. Return to obedience to natural law IS the only valid method of cure. 5. Drugs cause disease. If they succeed in "curing" one disease, they cause another. ALL drugs have two effects. One is intended to benefit the patient and the other is the side effect, which harms the patient. You cannot have one without the other. 6. Since all drugs are potential CAUSES of disease we should avoid them at all times. 7. Drugs do NOT act upon the body, as taught in medical schools and in medical textbooks. The body reacts to the drug. The body recognises the drug as unwanted material and makes an attempt to expel it. 8. True medicines are materials and influences, which have normal relations with the body. Drugs are all harmful because they are not normal to the body by nature. 9. Nature's medicine chest contains Sunlight, air, water, rest, exercise, correct temperature, natural foods, positive mental attitude and correction of misaligned bony joints. 10. Nature Cure consists in supplying the body with whatever it needs and can use, in the particular circumstances. 11. Nature Cure assists to get well by removing the CAUSES of disease, and by providing the most favourable conditions. 12. Nature Cure is not a one-sided approach to health. It makes use of all non-harmful methods which have as their objective the normalisation of the body. 13. When the body is given its normal natural materials and conditions it maintains health. It will also restore health when it has been lost. NO medicines! NO remedies! NO cures! Only normalisation THAT is Nature Cure Read this series to know in detail by PSY solutions https://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/105/psysolution-series-1-article-1-of-14-introduction-to-the-principles-of-pure-nature-cure Be blessed Smitha Hemadri (educator of natural healing practices)
My son, aged 31 years has anxiety, depression and sleep disorder. He doesn't listen to any body on his health condition. Pls suggest what to do?
Nikita Mishra
10:55 AM | 12-11-2020
Hello, Anxiety, depression are all the indications about our bad mental health which is mainly due to incorrect lifestyle and incorrect eating habits like having a high fatty diet, not taking enough sleep, etc. Sleep disorders also lead to anxiety, depression, etc and sometimes anxiety, depression, etc also become the cause for sleep disorders. But everything can be cured naturally by making just some small changes in the daily routine and eating habits. Here are a few tips that will surely help you: Meditation Meditation is the ultimate key to achieving good mental health. Just like our physical health, our mental health is also equally important and meditation is the best to achieve the same. Give 20 to 25 minutes from your busy day for meditation. Practice it in sukhasana or padma asana and concentrate on your breathing. Daily meditating will surely lead to a healthy and happy mind. Diet Diet also has an impact on our mental health as our metabolism depends on the foods that we have which in turn affects the hormonal secretions. Drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice in it in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to boost the metabolism at the start of the day. Have soaked raisins and other dry fruits to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Eat sprouts, nuts, beans and salads. Include Vitamin C in your diet like blueberries, amla, orange or lemon as they have antioxidant properties. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to eliminate the toxins out of the body and to be hydrated. Avoid dairy products and animal products as they are not meant for the human digestive system and hence it results in the accumulation of toxins in the body. Avoid processed, packaged and preserved foods as they have bad effects on our digestive system. Yoga Daily yoga is very effective for achieving a good balance between the mind, body and soul. Practice suryanamaskar daily. Do bhujanga asana, paschimottan asana, gomukha asana and padahasta asana. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning. Sleep The quality and pattern of the sleep also determine the state of our mental health as it affects the circadian rhythm and in turn the hormonal balance. Sometimes, lack of proper also leads to mental illness. So, take proper sleep of at least 8 to 10 hours daily. Avoid electronic devices like mobiles, laptops, computers, tv, etc at least 1hour before sleeping to improve the quality of sleep. Sleep in a dark room and the place of sleep should be quiet and clean. Thank you
