Sir, you can start by eating healthy, juicing a lot. Once your digestion and assimilation becomes efficient, your body will start gaining weight automatically. When the initial needs of efficient absorption is to clean, then you obviously won’t have excess. A clean body gives an productive output Losing or gaining healthy weight happens when your body and mainly your gut is in a good shape to absorb nutrients or shed the excess. The solution is the same for both the cases. Whatever is the imbalance the body decides and fixes it. High raw whole food plant based meal is your solution. Good sleep , exposure to sun, exercises that help you gain healthy muscles. Fats don’t come because you have nuts or avocado or coconut. Unless your body is ready to act on the food you eat, no food will help. The more the body gets digestive rest from cooked and other wrong foods, it will heal u off the your problems and then build you muscles after u work towards it with weights. You cannot eat fats and gain “healthy” weight . You will gain unhealthy weight Start drinking only fruit and veg cold pressed juices for 10 days. Nothing else. 3-4 lts a day After 10 days eat just stomach full of fruits and greens and occasional vegetables for rest of the month and nothing else. Workout in the gym for sometime if you can manage it on small weights / do yoga daily with regular breathIng. You will lose the toxins that have clogged the body and start gaining. To continue a healthy diet and not lose back after that, the following is a lifestyle you can follow this. Follow this :- Morning on empty stomach Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice/ Green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice Afternoon from 12 :- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone Followed by a bowl of veg salad Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Gluten free, oilfree unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggies Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) along with workout. Focus on weight training See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. Ensure that you are asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep. What to Avoid :- Avoid refined oils, fried food , packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar , gluten , refined oils meat eggs fish coffee tea alcohol , oils in any form Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. Present is inevitable. Future can be planned. Stay happy. Happiness is only inside yourself . The world around you is a better place if you learn to stay happy inside yourself. Reach us if you need more help in this area. Emotional stress can cascade the effects. Thank your body and love it Be blessed. Smitha Hemadri (educator of natural healing practices)
Hi, I am 34 years old male, from past few days, I am suffering from acidity, with high palpitation. Sometime when I sleep, I feel breathlessness, most of the time I feel something around my heart. My bowel movement is not good, I take around 25 to 20 min, also gas usually forms in my stomach. I have stopped oily, spicy food but its not helping me out. I am a regular night shift worker.

Hello Kavish, High palpitation and breathlessness both boil down to the same term which is "heartburn" when the gas in the stomach rises it spreads across the chest leading to a symptom like this. Regular consumption of fatty diet and highly spiced food, toxins are the primary cause of gastric trouble, our sedentary lifestyle also plays a role in this picture. What needs to be taken care of now is the fact that a major change in lifestyle and diet will be the cure of the problem. In digestive problems with the consumption of this kind of food, what is disturbing is from the esophagus to rectum everything is disturbed. The toxins are in the body, call it stomach ulcers or gastritis they relate to the same cause. With a healthy change in routine, what makes a major difference is by changing lifestyles, that we are not only curing the disease at this stage but also preventing future relapses. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: Starting your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Including a fiber-rich food item that helps in adding bulk to the stools, for example having apples, bananas, nuts, etc. which have a good amount of fiber in them. Have one tomato with black pepper in the evening time an hour before dinner. During evening time, take an inch of ginger and boil in two cups of water with half a teaspoon of turmeric, and honey will help in beating inflammation caused by indigestion. Exercise: Sitting in the position of Vajraasana will help in the treatment of indigestion. After your meals practice, this poses for better digestion and easy stools. A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Looking at your schedule what is suggested is that you make sure to complete a sound sleep whenever you get time. Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you Thank you.

Hi Mithu, I had the same problem many years back. Heart palpitations, general feeling of unwellness, digestion issues and constipation and also underwent many tests. Some doctors said there was nothing wrong with me 'organically', some gave nomeclatures like fybromyalgia, IBS anxiety etc. The problem with such names is that the human organism is one black box and hence symptomatic diagnosis of a part does not give you the solution. When you sync with a nature drive lifestyle and make holistic changes, all problems are solved as a 'whole' as the body regains its balance. You can read my journey to wellness here - Being in sync with nature made me illness free You can also contact info@wellcure.com to get in touch with a coach who can guide you step by step. Good luck.

(Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Hello User, The reason you might be getting this type of condition is because of getting low vitamin C and getting exposed to excessive chemical-based products, which cause heat in the body, and skin becomes dry. The tamasic diet of state and adulterated food also causes this state. Here are some remedies which can help in healing skin as soon as possible. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables, which help treating pigmentation. Starting your day with two-three glasses of warm water, which helps in flushing out all the toxins. This is the first step to take for healing your skin. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption. For example, adding lemon in dals vitamin C helps in increasing collagen and results in healthy skin. Have a glass of chia seeds(one tablespoon) soaked in one glass of water with one tablespoon of lemon to get healthy skin. Include one fruit like an apple, papaya, a banana a day to have a healthy GUT; excretion will help in releasing the waste from the body. There are face packs which you can try: 1. Apply tea tree oil on the dry area, which will help in treating the same. Apply twice a day. 2. Massage your skin every night with coconut oil and naturally extracted aloe vera gel, one teaspoon each. Thank you
How can I heal heartburn and ulcers naturally?

04:58 PM | 01-02-2021
Hello Sithembiso, Heart burns is mainly due to acidity. Excessive acidity results in heart burns and in the development of ulcers also. Acidity mainly results due to improper diet and incorrect lifestyle. It is a common digestion related problem that is faced by many people nowadays because of the sedentary lifestyle and wrong choices of food. Intake of a high fatty diet, oily, and spicy foods results in improper digestion which ultimately leads to digestive issues like acidity, burping, etc. Along with a correct diet, the adoption of a correct lifestyle is equally important. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Eat sprouts in your breakfast as they are light in nature and are rich in nutrients also. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Have fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Don't use refined oils for cooking. Instead, use cold-pressed oil for cooking. Have Vitamin C rich diet like include lemon, oranges, amla, blueberries, etc in your diet. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Exercise Physical activities are also essential for good digestion as it improves the blood circulation in the body and also the metabolism of the body. Start the day with a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Do plank for 5min. Perform yoga asanas like bhujanga asana, trikona asana, paschimottan asana and padahasta asana. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Sleep Good quality of sleep is also needed for good metabolism. Sometimes lack of sleep or bad quality sleep also leads to digestive issues like acidity, anorexia, etc. So, proper sleep is required. Take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic gadgets like mobiles, tv, computers, laptops, etc at least 1hour before sleeping for an improved quality of sleep. Thank you

Hi Hobby Crafting Mom, Thank you for sharing your query with us! Elevated levels of cholesterol and bilirubin in the bloodstream can be indicative of systemic imbalance within the body. Cholesterol and bilirubin are interconnected as Nature Cure identifies the root cause of most diseases as TOXAEMIA - accumulation of toxins within the body. While some toxins are an output of metabolism, others are added due unnatural lifestyle – wrong food habits, lack of rest, stress etc. Supporting liver health and promoting detoxification are key aspects of addressing imbalances in cholesterol and bilirubin levels from a nature cure perspective. Here are some diet & lifestyle guidelines to follow: 1. Diet: focus on whole grains, nuts and seeds as these foods are naturally low in fat and high in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. 2. Fruits & Vegetables: include all kinds of fruits & vegetables daily diet as they will help in detoxification and alkalizing the body 3. Wet Pack: Wet packs help in eliminating toxins from targeted body parts such as abdomen Read more about wet packs. 4. Stress Management: Practice stress-reducing techniques such as mindfulness meditation, deep breathing exercises, or yoga. 5. Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to support liver function, aid digestion, and help maintain optimal blood volume and circulation. I am very much worried about my health. I always google symptoms of various diseases, obsessed about my health. I get muscle twitching, chest pain, severe headache, sharp pains in the muscles. I did my ecg, vitamin d, calcium test,h pylori test, rheumatoid arthritis test, electrolytes test, blood test, typhoid test almost every test but don't understand what's wrong with me. I am also suffering from acidity. Can you help please?

All your symptoms and tests point towards one thing which is the start of a healthy diet and regime. Google will give you a generalised answer for everything rather than relying on that you should pay more attention to yourself with a new positive approach. Start your day with some nuts which will give you energy for a good morning walk and stretches. Walk on green grass and feel the fresh air as this will help in relaxing your nerves. The fresh air will be helpful for breathing and relieve from chest pain. The chest pain can also be due to acidity and this you can deal with including fruits and raw vegetables in your diet. Consume tomato and black pepper an hour before your meal to curb down the acidity. Meditating 10 minutes before bed daily helps in dealing with mental issues like anxiety, you can start with affirmation, " I am healthy and full of energy." This will help in improving your body at subconscious level. Thank you

Hello, Diabetes and heart problems result due to a sedentary lifestyle and having fatty, spicy, processed, packaged and preserved foods which lead to accumulation of toxins in the body and ultimately lead to various health conditions. Obesity also becomes the reason for diabetes and heart diseases. It is important to change your lifestyle, indulge in physical activities like yoga or exercise and have a healthy plant-based diet to control your weight and be healthy. Diet Start the day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice in it. This will help to improve the metabolism and also to flush the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Soak the cumin seeds in a glass of water overnight. In the morning, boil the water and add a slice of ginger to it. Strain the water and drink it. This water will be beneficial for reducing fat. Always eat only plant-based natural foods. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibres. Have sprouts, nuts, and beans. Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Exercise Daily exercising and yoga are also important to improve the metabolism and also to improve blood circulation. Start the day with a short morning walk or jogging for at least 30min. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Practice pranayam regularly, like bhastrika, kapalbhati and anulom-vilom pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning regularly for 15-20min. Sleep Sleeping patterns and quality of sleep also matter. Sometimes lack of sleep may also result in weight gain. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am. Thank you

Hello, Mental health is equally important just like our physical health for a healthy body. Anxiety, tachycardia, headache, acidity all these problems of yours are inter-related. The reason for these problems is the accumulation of toxins in the body which is due to the consumption of high fatty foods, high-stress levels and the wrong lifestyle. By making some changes in lifestyle and eating habits, you can achieve good mental and physical health. Diet to follow- Drink 3 to 4 glasses of warm water in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Include Vitamin C in your diet like have blueberries, oranges, lemon, amla, etc. Eat soaked raisins, dry fruits, and sprouts to get them easily absorbable nutrients. Have a fibre-rich diet. Eat salads, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Also, drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibres. This will help in the movement of stool and will add bulk to the stool, so that, it can be removed easily from the body. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Exercise Doing exercise or yoga daily will help to improve the blood circulation in the body and also to improve the metabolism of the body. Take a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Perform pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Do suryanamaskar daily. Perform paschimottan asana, trikona asana, gomukha asana and padahasta asana. Sleep Sleeping is important to maintain the circadian rhythm, it also maintains our metabolism and reduces stress levels. Therefore, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am. Read books before sleeping for a good quality sleep. Thank you
