Hello User, Any disease of our reproductive system is directly getting affected by the overall things happening in our bodies. You call it fibroid they all come from the same group which is our blood and oxygen not reaching our parts properly and this resulting in the stagnation of our body which results in the bulky uterus which is due to inflammation. It is time to treat oneself in nature's way. Many people are now choosing this mode of treatment for the simple reason this is the time to have a long term solution to all these recurrent problems. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way. With taking initiative for treating overall health you will surely reach a cure. Eat: Start the day with having two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out all the toxins from the body. Include vegetable juices in the breakfast which are light in nature. Consume food that is oil-free, avoid any kind of milk products, and packaged food items. Make sure you have two hours gap between your meals and sleep timing Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content which will make the blood supply to the uterus healthy. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon in dals. Include fruits like apples, papaya, bananas in the day to have a healthy GUT. Dear health seeker Kshitija, let me assure you that the disease symptoms of cold and cough, can be reversed back to health quite easily, I too suffered from the same affliction at the age of 20yrs and I used to carry nasal drops in my pocket whole day long, and no medicine of allopathy, homoeopathy and Ayurveda could set it right. it was such a nightmare to me that made me highly depressed/distressed. My personal favorite is to go out in early morning sun Sit and sun gaze with eyes closed ..... Hi Thyroid disorders are commonly seen nowadays due to improper lifestyle. Hypo and hyperthyroidism are the two common disorders. In Hypothyroidism the gland is unable to secrete enough hormone. In Hyperthyroidism the gland is overactive. Hyper Thyroidism occurs due to a deficiency of iodine. Excessive iodine causes hypothyroidism, an autoimmune disease also causes thyroid disorders. Stress and weight gain due to stress also causes thyroid disorder. Stress, Leads to an increase in cortisol which may disturb the proper function of the thyroid gland. To prevent thyroid disorder and regulate the secretion naturally follow and stick to a healthy diet, a good lifestyle, regular physical activities like walking, jogging, swimming, and Yoga, etc. Take more Vitamin B rich food items like peas, sesame asparagus, etc. This helps to prevent tiredness that happens due to irregular thyroid gland secretion. Avoid coffee and tea, caffeine prevents absorption of T3 and T4 secretion. Avoid fatty, fried and preserved food items, which leads to an increase in the acidic level hence improper secretion. Avoid goitrogenic foods, like cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, peach strawberry, etc. Goitrogenic foods inhibit the synthesis of thyroid hormones. Maintain a healthy weight to prevent thyroid disorders. Include gluten-free grains and seeds in diet, brown rice, chia seeds, flax seeds, and quinoa. Take regular sleep of 7-8 hrs. Avoid stress by doing Yoga and meditation. Regular Neck exercise helps for the normal function of the thyroid gland. Alternate hot and cold compresses using a towel on the neck will help to regulate thyroid function. Practice asana especially vipareeta karani, Sarvangasana, sethu bandhasana, Halasana, dhanurasana, bhujangasan, matsyasana, matsyendrasana, chakrasana and Simhasana.
