Hi, The weight does not define health. Yes, your weight is on a higher side. We are not looking at weight loss. Fad diets may provide weight loss for a short duration and it then impacts your energy levels etc. When we eat and live a healthy lifestyle weight is automatically in control. It is only when our lifestyle, which is our food consumption, sleep, physical activity and stress are in balance would we experience a healthy and disease-free life. To help you with this you could consult any of our health coaches onhttps://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/339/nature-nurtures-program-wellcure-your-natural-health-coach. Following lifestyle changes are recommended Include fresh fruits and raw vegetables as a part of your daily regime. All micronutrients are provided which are essential in many biochemical activities of the body. Avoid all animal foods, dairy, packed, processed, oily and sugary foods. They are empty calories. Provide no nutrition to the body. All these create a toxic load on the system and make elimination and absorption difficult. Avoid caffeine and tobacco whether in tea, coffee, alcohol, smoking or even chocolates. They all cut down your appetite and lead to other health consequences. Physical activity is important. It releases good hormones in the body. In a relaxed state, the body is able to function better. Proper rest and sleep are vital. This helps the body repair and rejuvenate. Regular elimination of bowels from the body is essential. Exposure to sunshine and nature. A calm and peaceful mind will have a healthy gut. Regular deep breathing is helpful in reducing stress hormones in the body. Avoid anxiety and worry. This constantly raises the stress hormones in the body and the body cannot perform its functions optimally. Wishing you Good Health Always! Thank you Wishing you good Health Always! Thank you Regards
I am 64 years old male. My digestion system is very weak. Quite often, I have gas and acidity problem. I am taking allopathic medicines for Diabetes Type 2 and BP. Any advice for improving the digestion system?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
04:06 PM | 01-11-2019
Our digestive system becomes very sensitive with age it depends on what your daily routine should be because only a healthy regime can help you. Get up early morning and have a early morning walk on grass this will help in improving your core health. Yoga poses like Bhujangasana and Cat cow poses will help in improving your gut health. The next thing you can do is have bottle guard and ginger juice as your breakfast meal which will provide enough energy for the day with sprouts and a fruit. Make sure you keep two hours gap between your meal and your sleep. Do not drink any liquid after 8 pm. Eat tomatoes with black pepper an hour before your meal it will improve digestion. Warm water helps in developing core strength and improves digestion. Thank you
Hi, am very new to this platform. Could anyone please suggest what should I do to treat polycystic ovaries. Thank you
PSYsolution by Kalyan
08:27 AM | 20-01-2019
Welcome to the platform and congratulations! Let’s understand the meaning of Polycyst to start with! Poly means many or multiple. Cyst is termed to be an abnormal development of body structure. Its development is quite similar to the formation of stone. Now, from where do we get multiple stones inside our body? We definitely do not eat stone, knowingly! We know, how a stone forms! It is a result of years of deposition of soil with a lot of transformation, stone forms. The uneliminated toxins inside the body get transformed into cyst overtime. It is a result of lack of elimination due to the lack of available CONSERVED VITALITY within the body. This can happen for everybody and anywhere in the body. The body decides where to form this according to its structural and chemical disposition. The cysts keep on dissolving also, as and when, the body gets its quota of CONSERVED VITALITY; That happens primarily, through right lifestyle choices* and partly, through environmental supports. Please do not bother much, if you do not have visible and pressing discomforts. You might have been alerted through some scanning for this, I suppose! Take this alert and do not discount yourself for adopting CONSISTENT CONSERVATION OF VITALITY to throw the toxins out of the body. THE VITALITY CONSERVATION happens through these consistent right lifestyle choices* RIGHT FOOD HABITS, BALANCED PHYSICAL ACTIVITY INCLUDING QUALITY SLEEP and STRESS-FREE MENTAL ENVIRONMENT. Hi I am 18 year mbbs 1 year student. I am little worried because I get angry on small things. How to decrease the anger and anxiety?
Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
06:27 PM | 02-11-2019
Namaste Dhruvaj Getting angry and stressed out often is reflection of many things. One of them is a disturbed digestive system. Are you constipated often? Is your digestion healthy? What is your daily routine? Are you well rested? Do you sleep enough and at the right time? You need to look into your lifestyle and food habits to bring about a major change in your self. where do you start? Start with your food. Start eating clean. Remove all refined flour ,oil, processed sugar, white salt etc from your daily diet. Stop eating outside food. Stop consumption of processed and packaged food like stuffs. What can you eat? Lots of fresh ,locally grown, seasonal fruits. You can start your day everyday with it. Have more fruits for lunch. And let your dinner be a large bowl of salad withlots of greens, sprouted grains or soaked nuts. Finish eating before sunset, so that your body gets enough time to digest, assimilate the nutrients and send the waste towards the exit for elimination. If you continue eating late at night the body doesnt get enough time to do its functions properly. Become active. Go for walks, do yoga or participate in some active sport daily. This will also improve your metabolism. Connect with nature. Go out in the sun. Get enough exposure to the suns rays, breath fresh air and do some gardening too. Sleep well. rest well. Look into your life for energy vampires. Do you have a stressfull life? Do you have a stressful job? Do you drink alcohol? Do you smoke? If yes for all then stop and change. These are some more things you could follow: Believe in your abilities. Nobody can believe in you, like you. Nurture healthy, positive and uplifting relationships. Practice healthy habits, eating nourishing food, exercise, sleep, hydrate. Let your personality shine, nothing looks or feels better than being happy from within. Let go of comparison, it’s the thief of joy. You are you! Allow yourself to make mistakes, this is where you learn, grow and prosper. Let go of toxic people in your life. Let go of anger, it will spread through your body like a poison. Forget other people’s opinion of you, focus on your opinion of you. Process your fears, understand them. This can help in alleviating some anxiety. Be happy be healthy always Swati Dhariwal Nature cure practitioner
I have developed stomach anxiety over the years. Why does anxiety affects my stomach and how can i overcome from this? Please suggest.

Hello Vinay, Our stomach and mind are directly proportional to each other and they both have direct effects on our daily lifestyle. The kind of food we eat is directly in sync with the kind of reactions it shows on our moods and affects our mind. Consumption of fatty diet on a regular basis and highly spiced food, toxins are the primary cause of any health issue. What needs to be taken care of now is, that a major change in lifestyle and diet will have to be made to cure this problem. It is not only heartburn, with the consumption of this kind of food, what becomes an issue is from the esophagus to rectum everything gets disturbed. The toxins are in the body, call it acidity or infection they relate to the same cause. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: Start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest. Breakfast should be of the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. The early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water, it will help in flushing out all the toxins. Including a fiber-rich food item that helps in adding bulk to the stools, for example having apples, bananas, nuts, etc. which have a good amount of fiber in them. One tomato with black pepper in the evening time an hour before dinner. During evening time, take an inch of ginger and boil in two cups of water with half a teaspoon of turmeric honey, this will help in beating inflammation caused by indigestion. Fennels seeds after food aids clearing bowels easily. Exercise: Sitting in the position of Vajraasana will help in the treatment of any digestive tract. After your meals, practice this pose for better digestion and easy stools. This will treat acidity. A brisk walk in the early morning sun for 30-45 minutes helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenate us for the whole day. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with, is, breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. Sit crossed-legged on the floor, and say " I am healthy and happy". Repeat it with each breath and imagine yourself to be healthy. This will help a lot in the long run. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you Thank you.

Lichens planus Any skin issues are because the body could not eliminate using its natural path and the lymphatic system trying to push it out of the skin. There are journeys of people who have healed from severe skin issues such as psoriasis in wellcure. Use the keyword and search. Skin issues is usually as result of supression of simple skin issues for a prolonged period of time. You might be able to recall or let us know what skin issues minor or major you had before this became lichens planus It’s an advanced chronic skin condition and it will take few months to heal. If you have had food that’s consistently poor in nutrition and life, how will the skin breathe ? Dominance of neg cooked foods, dairy , meat eggs fish etc will tax the skin. So when body is overloaded with toxins , skin as an excretory organ will be asked to do more work than it can handle. Other channels might either be blocked or sluggish. Hence the skin. 1) wear clothes of loose cotton where skin can breathe and light can enter. 2) remove or avoid touching any chemicals and use chemical fee items http://www.wellcure.com/recipes/455/natural-moisturiser http://www.wellcure.com/recipes/163/healthy-and-natural-hair-wash use this for the body too Take bath only with cold water the head alone in all weathers. And Luke warm for body in cold weathers. 3)Sun bath for 1 hr in the early morning first rays of the sun 4) Avoid all forms of plastic usage in foods , microwave , Teflon aluminium and such things , avoid all forms of cosmetics. Just plain water wash and my body wash will do which is what I do too. I have healed from urticaria. 5)coming to diet - You need to flood your body with tender coconut water / veg juices for all your day if itching is severe. Fast on liquids for one full day every week . Start your day with lemon water or cucumber juice 500ml. raw fruits for breakfast, salads for lunch and a whole food plant based gluten free oilfree dinner made from millets and vegetables. You can choose to have raw foods for dinner and Avoid all forms of cooked and salt for 6-8 weeks for complete cleansing of the system. . I was on juice fasts when my issue was severe. You will continue to get books on your skin when ur on this diet, it’s a sign of junk coming out form the skin. So don’t panic and think it’s increasing. Avoid itching. Switch to liquids when its unbearable. That’s ur mantra on skin issues. You must say goodbye to all forms of animal products - dairy, meat eggs fish , sugar wheat maida oil outside packed foods , fried food etc . So remember you can’t have food in functions when ur healing. Once completely healed , u still cannot have animal products wheat fried and sugar. 6) water enema is a must daily till you heal. Buy a kit and look for videos and do it daily after your morning potty. Consult an expert if needed 7)You can use some coconut oil and apply a wet thick cloth in places where you think u can’t bear. 8) get off all forms of medication. You have to learn to heal with the above only and trust the body. Meds are enemies of the body. 9) you have to develop a positive attitude for veryone around you. You cannot have hatred in your heart. It literally burns u. You have to listen to people like bk Shivani / Sadguru / Louise hay and such people and remove all negativity and burden ur carrying. Learn to live like flowing water. Forgive everyone around you 10) yoga and majorly pranayama is a must to make ur cells breathe You will continue to get leisons on and off if it’s been there for long too. By that time you will know how to manage if it happens. The tank has to become empty to be free forever. Get back with questions if u have any doubts Be blessed Smitha Hemadri ( Educator of natural healing practices)

I am suffering from lean pcos. My sugar levels are unstable. What can I do?
Anju Chhabra
06:38 PM | 19-12-2019
Hi, Both your health issues, insulin resistance, and lean PCOS are due to hormonal imbalances in the body. Lifestyle changes would help you overcome both these issues. Before understanding the changes lets briefly look into the hormonal changes and imbalance which is occurring in the body. Whenever we consume food the body converts it into glucose and the rest is stored in the body as reserves for future use. When there is an imbalance int he body, the pancreas is trying to eliminate the toxic waste and at the same time trying to maintain the sugar levels, it gets too overwhelmed due to either too much toxic build-up or insufficient rest and repair. All this, in turn, will make the levels of sugar become unstable. Similarly, the hormonal levels of the body get out of balance. Let's take a look at that. In mature females, every month the pituitary gland which is located at the base of the brain produces 2 female sex hormones. These hormones work in such a way to create a balance in the body which leads to either fertilization or if not fertilized leads to the monthly menstrual cycle. Estrogen and progesterone are hormones that regulate the menstrual cycle. If there is a hormonal imbalance in the body it leads to PCOS. In this condition, a cyst or an abnormal growth in the uterus develops. This happens when over a period of time, the body is unable to eliminate the toxins from the body and they accumulate and form cysts. The cysts can dissolve when the right lifestyle choices are made. That includes removal of all animal products including dairy, removal of packed and processed, oily and sugary foods. This creates an overload of toxins and disturbs the balance of the body. Include lots of raw vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. They all contain essential vitamins and minerals for the normal functioning of the body. Avoid excess of teas, coffee. This also triggers the production of cortisol. This, in turn, leads to hormonal imbalances. Exposure to sunshine and proper rest and sleep are also of prime importance. They release happy hormones. And in a relaxed state, the body can repair and heal. Manage stress either by some physical activity or deep breathing. This calms the body down. This helps the body to understand that there is no urgency and it can repair and heal. Adequate sleep. The body repairs and heals during sleep. To help you with this you could consult any of our health coaches onhttps://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/339/nature-nurtures-program-wellcure-your-natural-health-coach. Wishing you Good Health Always! Thank you Regards
My husband's Egfr is 20. His kidneys have shrunk. He is on BP medication. Can we improve the EGFR by natural remedy even though the kidneys have shrunk?
Dr.Tokika
03:25 PM | 28-10-2019
Hi there, eGFR is nothing but a test to check the level of creatinine in your blood.Creatinine is a natural waste products from the muscular activity carried by blood and filtered in the kidney which is mostly eliminated through urine. eGFR below 20 indicates a severe decline in glomerular filtration rate of the kidneys which should be taken care of properly. Every possible and preventive steps should be taken to ensure that no further damage is done to the kidneys. A considerable amount of time and effort should be take to improve the lifestyle and eating habits which are the only way to keep the kidneys healthy. • Ensure that the fluid intake is sufficient to maintain a good metabolism for your body. Dehydration can cause damage to kidneys which can further worsen the condition. Try consuming more healthy juice and soups. • Stick with a whole plant based diet which includes fresh fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts. This foods are easily digested and absorbed, providing all the necessary nutrients to keep your body healthy. • Eat more foods which are rich in dietary fibres like whole grains, while bread, fresh fruits and vegetables, seeds and nuts. • High blood pressure is one major factor that can worsen the GFR in your kidneys. Maintain normal blood pressure so that no further damage can occur. • Minimise your salt or sodium intake. • A minimum of 45 minutes daily physical activities or exercise is a must to keep your kidneys healthy. Physical activities improves the metabolic activity of the body, boost your body and mind and keep you in shape. • Avoid smoking, alcohol, carbonated drinks, and every other processed foods.
Any remedy for alopecia?

Hi, I am adding my inputs and experience here -- Eat a lot of fruits DAILY: Yes lots means lots. 2-3 full rounds in morning and a good helping in evening snacks (instead of anything cooked at that time). Now a days at our home, breakfast time means fruit time. Even for Dev, start of day is with fruits and soaked dry fruits. As a rule, his morning and evening snacks are all fruit based! :) Eat fruits alone: Be sure to eat fruits alone not with a meal. Fruits digest very quickly, and when eaten with other food groups which take longer to digest fruits just sit in stomach and fester. So all the goodness turns counter productive. 30 minutes is what fruit needs to digest so 30 minutes prior to a meal or 2 hours after a full meal is good time to eat fruits. Add more raw, live, fresh foods to your regular routine: This would be step by step, but a good habit to build. Raw foods include raw vegetables as salads, or lightly steamed, nuts, seeds and sprouts. veg juices is another option but this is usually a tough one to pull off in a busy life. So a better and easier way to do this is make raw vegetable based salads a part of each meal time (lunch & dinner). Good large hearty portions (Do not add fruits here) . Another way to do this simply is add back Indian, homemade nut based chutneys. So any peanut, coconut or cashew chutney not only adds taste and oomph to meals, it also provides the much needed material for our body to build and repair (Nuts and seeds). If you are short of time just keep these handy in your kitchen cabinet and sprinkle liberally in salads: Roasted Til (Sesame seeds) Peanuts raw or roasted Coconut – are some easy ways to increase your nuts Keep off dairy: You may look at keeping dairy off for 3 – 6 months and see if you feel any difference. If you feel the need, go with nutmilks. Today's dairy is infested with hormones and antibiotics, and has a very significant impact on our body's internal hormonal system. Hairfall is very deeply linked to the health of our endocrine system. Do not do this just because I am saying, explore and read up about dairy more. Look at nature, we are the only species, which drinks milk of another species, the key question is do we need to do so especially in our adult lives?
