Coffee per se will not deter your chances of conceiving.Having said that however, your terrain has to be “clean”in order to sustain life. Have lotsa fruits veggies cold pressed veggie juices nuts seed sprouts .Other than nutrition ,rest exercise sunlight deactivation are also important.Your mental health emotional health perception of life attitude all play a vital role .A cup of coffee here and there wont matter. By the way I conceived after 8 years of marriage.Did whatever everybody told me to do,ate what everyone told me to eat , followed all the “spiritual gurus advice “,used to get my ovulation monitered every month, was totally on bed rest from day one when I conceived twice which eventually ended in miscarriages, Dr Dang used to send his technicians home for my blood samples since I was on bed rest.Nothing worked.I was fed up of doctor shopping .... even went to Anirudh Malpani ... the famous infertility specialist( he was my college mate) Finally I was under Dr Soonawala’s ( from Mumbai )care. I used to meet him every month that he came to Delhi .... had umpteen check ups done .... results were all clear .... nothing wrong with either of us.Tocut a long story short finally when I did conceive I was in my third month climbing 900 steps of a famous temple in my 4 inch heels and not aware that I had conceived. POINT :Que Sera Sera .In retrospect what matters isjust be healthy & happy. Leave the rest in Almighty’shands. A cup coffee kuch nahi bigadega. All the best to you. Btw my kids are 22 & 17 today .Loads of love to them. Gratitude always 🙏

I get suffocated at night and thus not able to get sleep. I feel little bit feel heavy headed with leg and hand pain. How to get out of this?
Vijai Pawar
05:02 PM | 22-01-2020
Dear health seeker Rekha, Feeling suffocated in the night and pain in different parts and organs will definitely be reversed back to health provided you follow the eternal laws of nature governing our organism. Feeling suffocated in the night is on account of eating a heavy meal and that too late in the night. The rule to have a sound sleep is to free your digestion from digesting a heavy load of foods, drinking tea, coffee cola drinks, alcoholic beverages if any. A light repast of fruits and vegetables raw and cooked may be taken in dinner three to four hours before retiring to sleep. A spinal bath for 25 minutes will precipitate a sound sleep. A great Naturopath of West says:-"If your faecal matter is free from odours you will be free from pain and disease. "This tantamounts to saying- that adopt a hygienic lifestyle for all your health issues, thereby consuming 70 to 80% vegetables raw and cooked conservatively without oil, spices, and condiments and fruits rest cereals and carbohydrates, seeds, beans. Please don't have anything to do with the devitalizing of foodless foods like tea, coffee cola drinks, animal products fried, refined processed foodless foods. Go for a brisk walk in the early morning sun availing in the process sun rays to provide you with vitamin D. All your health issues will be over in a short span of time, say15 to 20 days. Dear Health Seeker Chandu, NATURAL CURE FOR ACIDITY, INDIGESTION AND FLATULENCE.[GAS FORMATION] Flatulence is the most common disease that we come across. There are many cases in which drug treatments to this trouble have led to further complications one vital organ or the other. Many readers may not understand the trouble from this name. I shall, therefore, give the meaning of this Latin based name: Flatulence: the presence of excessive amounts of air or gases in the stomach, or intestine, leading to distention of the organs. Many people call it 'gastric' trouble. The term 'gastric' means that which pertains to the gastro or the stomach. So it only denotes that it is trouble in the stomach, but not specify the exact type of trouble. There is another trouble called; gastritis', which means inflammation of the stomach. This is often confused with the 'gas trouble'. Of course if this flatulence stays for a long time, combined with palliative treatments with drugs, it can lead to 'gastritis' also. TREATMENT Never eat when hunger has not matured. [Read Practical Nature Cure by Acharya K. Lakshmana Sharma]. You must learn as to how hunger is born and as to how you can recognise it. Never eat in haste, we work, we earn and do so many things to enjoy our meal. If it is eaten in haste, how can one enjoy the food? When one eats in haste, one cannot masticate the food well. Remember the rule that solids should be drunk and that liquids should be eaten. Remember that there are no teeth inside the stomach to grind it again. Do not have too many courses of food in a single meal. When taste changes, satiation will not appear even if the stomach has become full. Squat in the Indian style for eating. The flexure at the level of the abdomen caused by so squatting helps to limit the quantity of eating. Bend well forward until the mouthful of food put in is chewed and turned almost into a liquid and then drink it. Do not talk while you eat. The Vedic Mantra teaches us that we should eat silently. Do not take too much of chillies Avoid dry red chillies. Green chillies can be used whole removing even the stalk along with vegetables while boiling and removed after cooking. Minimize the intake of salt. The more the salt, the more is the unnatural thirst and the artificial need for drinking water during and after the meal. This will dilute the digestive juices and digestion will be upset Dehusked daals have lost the best part of the whole grain. The remaining part is a very good gas-producing material and there is no wonder that if you take plenty of daals you do suffer from flatulence. If you prefer to have daal in your food, have it in the germinated form. That will help to avoid constipation. Avoid eating if you have no time to rest after the meal. Remember that work and digestion do not go on hand in hand. No one will go weak or get diseased by avoiding eating until he has the right time to eat. Shake off that fear. Never take a breakfast. Breakfast is unindian [Read Eating For Health by L. Ganesa Sarma] Hunger cannot have matured in the morning. it could only have been born. A high protein meal must be justified by a sufficient amount of manual labour. Sedentary worker needs more bulky foods. Last but not least, totally avoid tea, coffee tobacco, alcohol, refined and processed, manufactured preserved, animal origin foods, and protein-rich foods, "Soybeans and Soya products "these are great gas producers Have a gas-free life! First of all the poor health of the skin is responsible in conjunction with poor elimination of toxins by other three organs lungs, bowels and urine. All four organs should optimally work to keep the body spic and span, free from any uneasiness i.e. disease. Drink alkaline juices of either bael Patra, ash gourd, cucumber, carrots Go sun basking and brisk walking, follow up by cold water bath and spinal bath Breakfast of fruits and coconuts or salads and coconuts Lunch of vegetables raw and cooked without oil spices and condiments and no tadaka of onions and garlic, Drink fruit juices or coconut water or any one kind of fruit in the evening. Underlying toxemia or accumulation of toxins are some of the major reasons for anxiety attacks depression, insomnia, fear, and similar issues. Correcting the food habits and living conditions is very important to bring improvement in these areas. Remove all kinds of dead animal products from your life such as dairy from the food; that is meant for the calf and not for humans, meat and fish that is dead and lifeless, Eggs that attract viral activity in the body, refined sugar, refined salt, excessive consumption of grains in the entire day, Consumption of excessive oil in cooking, eating fried food can lead to accumulation of debris in the body which putrefies and rots giving rise to all kinds of viral and bacterial activity that can impact the sleep cycles and cause nervous issues such as anxiety. Everything in the body is based on electrical signals. If there are inflammations then short-circuiting can happen and messages can be misinterpreted by the brain. It could also be emotional to start with which typically becomes a physical issue as I explained above. Switch to a whole food plant-based diet with raw all day to starve the virus in an alkaline diet. Gluten-free, oil-free dinner. Exercise daily, have enough liquids to flush the virus from the body. Expose yourself to natural elements such as the sun, earth. I am working with people with depressions and anxiety issues. If you are comfortable to take this forward in detail with me over a call, reach me on this link https://rzp.io/l/1LR1mH1 Be blessed Smitha Hemadri (educator of natural healing practices)

Hi, Lifestyle changes are important in helping you get rid of your health issues. Excess weight by the body is stored on the abdomen or on the hips. Apart from taking care of the kind of food consumption, other lifestyle factors are also important. They are sleep, stress and physical activity. Wrong lifestyle also leads to constipation and gastric issues. When undigested food is left in intestines and is not evacuated by the body, bacteria from the gut feed on it and release gases. This causes gastric issues. Whenever we consume food the body converts it into glucose and supplies it to the cells to perform various functions. When there is excess food the body converts this and stores in the muscles as glycogen and if there is still excess it stores in the fat cells for later use. This fat is in the form of adipose tissue. When there is a drop in the blood sugar levels and there is no supply of food, the body releases energy from the muscles and fat. All high sugary foods, dairy and animal foods, fried and processed foods alter the ph. of the body. They create an acidic environment. Due to this, the body needs to protect itself from the toxins and thereby produces more fat cells in order to protect itself. When you switch to fruits and vegetables it helps create an alkaline ph. and thereby helps in eliminating toxins from the body. Apart from this, the body releases hormones like cortisol and adrenaline when it is under constant stress. This signals the body that it is in danger and the body stores excess fat for later use. The following lifestyle changes would help. Include lots of raw vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. They all contain essential vitamins and minerals for the normal functioning of the body. They contain fibre which would help you get rid of both constipation and also assist in weight loss. Fibre gives a feeling of satiety and fullness. Avoid all kinds of grains. They are acidic in nature and produce bloating. Avoid excess of teas, coffee. This also triggers the production of cortisol. Which in turn signals the body that there is some kind of stress and danger. Exposure to sunshine and proper rest and sleep are also of prime importance. They release happy hormones. Perspiration is considered to be good as it helps in excreting out the waste from the body in some cases excessive perspiration will definitely lead to problems such as, dehydration which may lead to fainting. Now here we have to make sure we should curb down the excessive sweat to get a physiological life. There are food items which you should inculcate in your diet which will help you prevent perspiration at this abnormal extent: You can try and eat food with fats helps in curbing sweat choosing food like cashews, vegan yogurt, and peanuts. Food high in magnesium like pumpkin and almonds helps in reducing the sweats. Also, consuming food which is high in water content like watermelon, cucumbers helps in keeping the body hydrated for a long time. Sweet potatoes help in reducing the sweat due to the vitamin content. With the inclusion of these food items, I am sure you will be able to deal with hyperhidrosis. Thank you

How pre-menopause symptoms can be cured?
Smitha Hemadri
07:16 PM | 05-12-2019
Menopause is a nightmare to most women majorly because of the hype it has got since ages. The symptoms are getting worse as generations progress isn't it? If there were a standard set of symptoms then you can blame it on the hormones. However, the symptoms are changing. Ladies are also hitting their menopause quite early. Why do you think there is so much inconsistency among people? If it had to happen when the fertility stops, it must happen across people at the same age / the symptoms must be the same. Since it does not, there are some variables across people. What really happens is, since the body works as a single unit, the incorrect lifestyle changes impact their functioning. If all the organs are working in order, then you won't face any discomfort even pre/post-menopause. The body will do what it has to and reduce the flow and stop it over time. You may not have hot flashes, body pains, susceptibility to diseases, etc. The reason why such things happen at the time of menopause is the body would have maxed out its toxins threshold after holding it for many yrs. So, for example, depending on how heated the liver gets to digest fats that are eaten, the body tries to cool itself down with some sweat. So for each of the symptoms, there is a reason for some part of the body not functioning normally. If you have not yet seen symptoms, it only means your body has not maxed out yet and that day is also not far unless you change your lifestyle to a more plant-based high raw that's designed for human beings. follow this lifestyle and overall things will be addressed slowly. You will have colds, coughs, and pains. When it's severe, switch to fruit/greens/ veg juices for the whole day and you will be fine. Morning on an empty stomach: Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice/cucumber juice/ green juice with any watery vegetables like ash gourd /cucumber/ridge gourd/bottle gourd/carrot/ beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice. Ensure for the whole day you drink 2-3 liters of pure liquids from plain water, fruits, vegetables, greens, tender coconut, and sugarcane juices. Afternoon from 12:- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus fruits alone. Followed by a bowl of veg salad. Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with gluten-free, unpolished grains, cooked oil-free. Please take enema for 30 days with Luke warm water and then slowly reduce the freq. this is not a substitute for a daily nature call. Consult an expert as needed. Include some exercises that involve moving all your parts ( eyes, neck, shoulder, elbows, wrist, hip bending twisting, squats, knees, ankles). This will help move the lymphatic system. See if u can go to the morning sun for at least 30 mins in a day. Ensure that you are asleep between 10 pm-2 am which is when the body needs deep sleep. You need a lot of rest to heal your eyes. Avoid a lot of screen time What to Avoid - these foods cause inflation the body Avoid refined oils, fried food, packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt, and sugar, gluten, refined oils coffee, tea, alcohol, and using oils in cooking. Food touching Teflon, plastic, aluminum, and copper. Use clay / cast iron / steel / glass Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. The present is inevitable. The future can be planned. Stay happy, happiness is only inside yourself. The world around you is a better place if you learn to stay happy inside yourself. Hlw Mouth ulcers are caused by various reasons like deficiency of vitamin b, any stomach related problems, constipation, eating of more spicy food, etc These ulcers can easily heal by home remedies which you can easily do at your home like Chew Tulsi leaves and chameli leaves early morning. Drink lukewarm water with lemon. Drink aloe vera juice empty stomach it's good in healing properties. Use aamla powder it's rich in vitamin c, good for the stomach. Have a good amount of water daily. Avoid spicy food, oily items, and outside food items. Use turmeric powder for fast healing. Thanks
