The oesophagus is the tube, which is a part of the GUT, that carries food from the throat to the stomach. Achalasia cardia is a severe health condition that affects your oesophagus. The lower oesophagal sphincter (LES) is a muscular ring that closes off the oesophagus from the stomach. The sphincter gets into action whenever there is a food movement from mouth to the stomach. If you have achalasia, your LES fails to open up during swallowing, which it’s supposed to do. This leads to a backup of food within your oesophagus. This condition can be related to damaged nerves in your oesophagus. It can also be due to damage to the LES. Achalasia usually occurs later part or elderly age group, but sometimes it can also occur in children. Individuals who are middle-aged and older are at higher risk for the condition. Achalasia is also more common in people with autoimmune disorders. People with achalasia have a problem in swallowing or feel like food is stuck into their oesophagus. This condition is also called dysphagia. These symptoms can cause coughing and raise the risk of aspiration or inhaling or choking on food. Other symptoms might include pain or discomfort, weight loss, heartburn or even intense pain or discomfort after eating. Some natural ways to manage it: Don't Overeat - Avoid overeating. In Naturopathic philosophy we say that eat half stomach with solid food, quarter with water/liquids and quarter should be kept empty. Also, make a point to avoid heavy meals and too many oily foods or spices ( north Indian curries especially). Lose weight - Sometimes fat accumulation on the abdomen could push the intestines or abdominal structures downwards and could possibly cause a condition called hiatus hernia. Hence losing weight must be a very important measure to be undertaken if you are overweight. Consume low carbs - Consumption of large quantity of carbs could result in poor digestion in the GUT. It is always wise to consume in less quantity. Avoid coffee/alcohol/carbonated drinks. Avoiding these could help too. Eat less of chocolates and drink less citrus fruit juices. Avoid eating raw onions if at all you have a habit. Give at least three hours of time gap between your dinner and sleep. Keep your head in an elevated position when you sleep.

I have been having intermittent ear pain in and around my ears for more than a month. I consulted an ENT doctor, who asked me to get a CT SCAN done. The report was normal. I was asked to consult a neurologist. He told me that the pain was due to stress and prescribed me mild sedatives following which the pain stopped for 10 days. There are various types of diabetes but the most common are type 1, type 2 and gestational (during pregnancy). नमस्ते इस बीमारी का मूल कारण हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ है। शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करें।खीरा और नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट गर्भाशय पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। किसी टब में पानी डाल कर 20मिनट के लिए बैठें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, ताज़ा नारियल की मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, Ruby प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली शिक्षिका (Nature Cure Educator)

Major reasons that cause obesity are usually unhealthy eating habits, sedentary lifestyle and lack of exercise. There may be other reasons like hypothyroidism etc which may lead a person to be obese or overweight. Following is the advice that I would like to recommend your son which may help him in managing him a healthy weight. 1. Dietary advice: Lukewarm water every morning with honey and lemon has been known to help cut down weight in a healthy way. Intermittent fasting will help him to cut down his weight. Strong control on food with too much fat or junk food, in general, is necessary also a plant-based vegan diet might help him lose an extra pound or two. Controlled portion sizes will help him to not overeat something he loves 2. Physical advice: Walking or any form of a simple exercise followed by gradual heavy exercises or gym will aid in the faster loss of weight. हेलो, कारण -प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा पद्धति के अनुसार शुगर कोई बीमारी नहीं है। ख़राब हाज़मा और ग़लत खान पान के वजह से शरीर इस रूप में प्रतिक्रिया कर रहा है। शरीर को नहीं अपनी आदतों को जाँचे। जब तक प्राण सकती है तब तक शरीर के अंदर का कोई भी अंग जो की निष्क्रिय हो गया वो सक्रिय हो सकता है। सही खुराक जो की शरीर की ज़रूरत है। समाधान - शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाए। दौड़ लगाएँ।सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें। 10% कच्चे हरे पत्ते और सब्ज़ी का जूस बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।30% कच्चे सब्ज़ी का सलाद बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।10% ताज़ा नारियल सलाद में मिला कर लेना है। 20% फल को लें। पके हुए खाने को केवल एक बार खाएँ नमक भी केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने लें। पके हुए खाने में सब्ज़ी भाँप में पके हों और तेल घी रहित होना चाहिए सब्ज़ी की मात्रा 20% और millet या अनाज की मात्रा 10% हो। वर्षों से जमी टॉक्सिन को निकालना ज़रूरी है। किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में पहली बार लें। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।ओ शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।र 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। जो की आपको ज़बर्दस्त फ़ायदा करेगा। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से कच्चे सब्ज़ी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डाले। ताज़ा नारियल मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन छोड़ने से ज़्यादा लाभ होगा। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)
