नमस्ते प्रतिदिन आप ख़ुद को प्यार दें अपने बारे में 10 अच्छी बातें कोरे काग़ज़ पर लिख कर और प्रकृति को अपने होने का धन्यवाद दे कर। मानसिक समस्या भी इसी शरीर की समस्या है सब कुछ इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि हम किसी भी परिस्थिति में सकारात्मक सोंच रखते हैं या नकारात्मक। प्राकृतिक से जुड़ाव आपको सकारात्मक सोंच प्रदान करेंगी। क्योंकि प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली अपने आप में पूर्ण भी है और जीवंत भी है।5 तत्व से प्रकृति चल रही है। उसी 5 तत्व से हमारा शरीर चल रहा है। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। शास्त्री संगीत वाद्य यंत्र द्वारा (instrumental classical song) सुनें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। अपने कमरे में ख़ुशबूदार फूलों को रखें। 3 अग्Iनि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- अपने नहाने के पानी में गुलाब रस या चम्पा रस या चमेली रस या निम्बू रस डाल कर नहाएँ। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें।अब अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग +धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। खाने का एक नियम का पालन ज़रूर करें।ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। अधिक जानकारी के लिए या व्यक्तिगत सलाह और उत्तम स्वास्थ्य सम्बन्धी मार्गदर्शन के लिए मुझसे सीधे सम्पर्क करें। धन्यवाद।

You haven't written much about her food habits. In any case, all conditions are related and they all arise from the same issue. i.e accumulation of toxins in the body due to many years on the wrong lifestyle. Rest assured, once she syncs her lifestyle with nature's laws, she will see great improvement. Whatever be our age, nature has given us all to be in perfect condition. It just needs some discipline and patience. I would suggest these things in the beginning - Quit all animal products like dairy (yoghurt, milk, ghee, chaas, butter etc), non veg, eggs and fish. Contrary to popular opinion, these are complex foods and cause inflammation in the body. Her bad knees are one sign of it. You can find many dairy replacement recipes (like peanut curd, nut milks etc) in the recipe section of this website and also online. Keep trying till you find the recipes you like. Implement the reduction gradually. - Keep off all refined products like sugar, salt (at least switch to sea salt,pink or black salt), maida, white rice etc - Increase raw component in food - i.e switch to only seasonal fruits till afternoon, Add a salad with lunch and dinner. Grains should not be more than 30% of your plate. I would also advise to keep off wheat and switch to millets or starchy veggies like sweet potato, yams etc - Refined oil is full of toxins. It almost immediately causes inflammation and is a major cause of weight gain. Pls help her to cook oil free. It is quite easy and you wont notice the absence of oil - Let her get sunlight..atleast 30 minutes in a day. If she can't go out, she can sit near an open window and expose her hands and legs as much as possible. In nature cure there is no concept like this m. This is the language of the medical field which unfortunately all of us are used to either understanding or speaking. Depends on how bad the kidney has deteriorated at this point . Is it at the level of dialysis - basically acute or chronic. High bp must usually be also a symptom of kidney issues. I would advice anyone to be on full raw without any nuts or seeds. Raw includes only fruits veggies and green leaves in this context. Ofcourse doctors say no banana mangoes etc, but have in moderation. Once a week dry to water fasting Daily 16 hrs fasting - from dinner to next lunch. Kidneys basically needs a break from work to focus on healing. For this to happen fasting is the best mode to heal. Eliminations of toxins will happen, headaches fever cold coughs pains in abdomen etc can happen, but sticking to raw is the best. Ask yourself why did creatinine go down in the first place.. this is just a side effect. Fixing the root cause - kidney malfunctioning, why is kidney malfunctioning, because there is so much toxin and protein in the 1-1.5 gallons of blood which goes through cleansing in the kidney 20 times each hour. The reason for all the health problems is the accumulation of toxins in the body which is due to the consumption of high fatty foods, high-stress levels and the wrong lifestyle. By making some changes in lifestyle and eating habits, you can achieve good mental and physical health. Diet to follow- Drink 3 to 4 glasses of warm water in the morning on an empty stomach. Include Vitamin C in your diet like have blueberries, oranges, lemon, amla, etc. Eat soaked raisins, dry fruits, and sprouts to get them easily absorbable nutrients. Have a fibre-rich diet. Eat salads, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Also, drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibres. This will help in the movement of stool and will add bulk to the stool, so that, it can be removed easily from the body. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Exercise Doing exercise or yoga daily will help to improve the blood circulation in the body and also to improve the metabolism of the body. Take a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Perform pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Do suryanamaskar daily. Perform paschimottan asana, trikona asana, gomukha asana and padahasta asana. Sleep Sleeping is important to maintain the circadian rhythm, it also maintains our metabolism and reduces stress levels. Therefore, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Hello User, Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal disorder which is common in women of reproductive age. Women suffering from PCOS may have prolonged menstrual periods or infrequent periods. The exact cause of PCOS is not known. However, Obese women and women having a family history of PCOS are more prone to this disorder. If it is left untreated, some cysts can decrease fertility. This is common with endometriomas and polycystic ovary syndrome. To improve fertility, treatment of the cyst is needed. Here are some tips to follow for management. Diet to follow- Eating processed and preserved foods may contribute to inflammation and insulin resistance. So, avoid processed, preserved and packaged foods. Add fruits, legumes and vegetables in your diet. Eat nuts, sprouts and soaked raisins in the morning. Add iron-rich foods like broccoli, spinach to your diet. Have magnesium-rich foods like almonds, cashews and bananas. Include turmeric and cinnamon in your diet. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties and cinnamon has positive effects on insulin resistance. Avoid caffeine. Avoid carbonated drinks. Say no to alcohol, tobacco. By taking an initiative in a holistic way you can overall help yourself, that is why by taking a step towards holistic health you can effectively treat yourself in nature's way. Hello User, Both thyroid and cold are co-related. With chronic thyroid problems, I assume "hypo". The answer is with respect to it. Hypothyroid happens due to what we have been putting in our body, which is eating a tamasic diet (adulterated, rotten and unhealthy junk is considered as tamasic).In this case, when we load our body with this kind of food, our metabolism becomes sluggish, "hypo" thyroid happens. Here, our body starts pushing on more to reach an optimal level of functioning. Now as our boy already in a sluggish state, the immunity is weakened resulting in frequent episodes of cold. The main thing here is, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health and reach your optimal solution. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. This causes leaks when they cough or when pressure is high. This is a nuisance and such issues makes natural birth also look bad. As the urethral sphincters become weak with age and bad lifestyle also this happens. If you are frequently suffering from infections, the inflammations and medications that are used to suppress them also make the leaks common because the brain and urethral sphincters aredealing with miscommunications due to viral activity.
