I am a Diabetic for 9 years. Until last Wednesday my sugar levels were quite stable. Fasting was around 130 and PP around 160. Not sure what has changed since diet and exercise remain the same and I had no outside food but the sugar levels have jumped high. Fasting these days is around 220-240 and PP around 275. What could be the reason. Someone mentioned about possiblility of infection in body, not sure. Please guide.

Hi there, We need to under the concept of TOXAEMIA to understand natural health and its problems. The symptoms are termed differently but actually, it is the accumulation of toxin within the body. Diabetic monitoring has got no link to natural health. We need to conserve vitality to throw out the toxins accumulated in the body. I would recommend you to consult with a competent Nature Cure practitioner with your specific patterns of lifestyle and the needed modifications. You need to understand the meaning of natural food and outside or homemade cooked food. Also, you need to understand what is the meaning of infection, as per nature. The misconceptions about health are one of the main causes of the deterioration of health. What I see in your case is the need for understanding the CAUSE of health problems to get rid of the conditioning of focusing on the SYMPTOMS as the CAUSE! Thank you... This response from PSYsolution is in line with the Pure Nature Cure (PNC). In PNC, the remedies are never recommended. In PNC, the causal analysis through VITALITY-EDUCATION is opted always. Hi Prem Kumar Batra, Thank you for sharing your query with us! Bloating after consuming fruits and raw vegetables could indicate digestive imbalance. Due to unnatural lifestyle choices (wrong food habits, lack of rest, stress etc.), there is improper digestion of food and accumulation of toxins. Here are some guidelines that you can follow to avoid bloating: Eat fruits alone. Do not mix them with veggies, nuts or any other food item. Do not mix salt, pepper or chat masala with fruits or vegetable salad. Fruits should be eaten on an empty stomach or 45 minutes before a meal & if after cooked meal take a gap of 2 hours. Avoid raw vegetables until your body gets comfortable in fruits. Do wet pack on abdomen empty stomach for 15-20 min daily. (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Hello Dipa, If we connect all the disease which is from the skin to respiratory to inflammation-causing cervical degeneration. Everything is highly based on the person's diet and regime. The main thing to understand here is the role of immunity which is making our body vulnerable. The reason why our body chooses to go low in immunity is because of our regular diet and low exercise which makes our lifestyle vulnerable to all the diseases. Hence, we continuously get vulnerable to these symptoms and our immunity becomes down to fight all the infections. The main thing here is, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with one tablespoon lemon, boil them for 5-10 minutes. Consume this mixture two hours after the noon meal. This is best for beating inflammation. Start with Vitamin C rich diet like sprouts, sweet potatoes, green pepper, oranges, lemons, etc for increasing your immunity. Fennel seeds after eating meals help in aiding digestion. Take one teaspoon of mulethi with half teaspoon honey, take three times a day half an hour after meals for immunity. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you.

Hi. Hypothyroidism, also called underactive thyroid or low thyroid is a condition in which your thyroid gland doesn't produce enough of certain important hormones. It upsets the normal balance of chemical reactions in your body. While we commonly refer to 'thyroid' as a health issue, it is actually the body’s way of indicating to us that the hormones are out of balance. Our body always works for us to be in good health. We just have to support it correctly & this can be done by staying in-sync with nature. Hence avoid all foods and all products that are unnatural. Chemicals are a key reason for hormonal imbalance because chemicals are hormone disruptors. Where do these chemicals come from? These chemicals come in our food when we eat non-organic food. Chemicals come in packaged food as preservatives & other artificial agents. We unknowingly put chemicals in or on our body when we use toothpaste, mouth wash, shampoos, soaps, make-up, perfumes and talcum powders. Chemicals are also all around us in our houses when we use air fresheners, pest control and cleaning agent. Another cause of hormonal problems is the hormones that we are taking in…in the form of dairy & dairy products, eggs & flesh food. The food suppliers inject hormones in all these animals in our food chain so that they grow faster and yield more. What can you do? Eat whole plant-based foods. Try to eat organic if you can know the source of your food in a credible manner. Say no to animal products. Avoid packaged foods Shift to natural personal & home care products. I'll also suggest you watch this video by Sadhguru - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3VZF-F6LRwU&t=743s I would like to close by saying that thyroid - hypo or hyper - is definitely not something that you have to live with. Give it some time & disciplined effort, you will be healed for life. If you would like to know more, please send me a message one-on-one through my profile.....Best wishes dear!!
Every two months I have a fever and my neck pains. Doctor gives me paracetamol and penmed. With the medicines I get well. Again after 2 months it happens? What is it due to? Is it due to thyroid? Have I got thyroid? Or tonsil or any severe problem? My throat becomes red in fever and I feel irritation in my throat. Pls suggest

Hello User, As you have mentioned all the symptoms are of hypothyroidism if we correct this function of your body then we will definitely help you get rid of all the problems. Hypothyroid happens due to what we have been putting in our body, which is eating a tamasic diet (adulterated, rotten and unhealthy junk is considered as tamasic). In this case, when we load our body with this kind of food, our metabolism becomes sluggish, "hypo" thyroid happens. Now as our boy already in a sluggish state, the immunity is weakened. Our metabolism is surely going to become slow leading to shortness of breath, vision problems, nutrients not reaching the body causes hair thinning reflects everything accordingly. Hello User, Our immunity becomes weak because of external factors like stress, a high-fat diet and a sedentary lifestyle this tends to make our blood circulation and oxygen supply to all the parts of body poor. This allows the fungal infection to enter our body and to this, our body goes into the mode of defence mechanism and starts the inflammatory reaction. Pain, swelling, itching all the signs you might be facing. Taking a holistic measure will definitely help you in treating infections. Our private parts are mostly covered and there are high chances the sweat gets accumulated, in there so practising hygiene is very much essentially keeping the area dry. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake at least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Have one inch of ginger with one teaspoon of honey and half a teaspoon of turmeric in one cup of water bring it to boil for 5-10 minutes. This will help in treating any kind of inflammation. Take one teaspoon of coconut oil, add 2-3 drops of tea tree oil which helps in reduction of fungus. Take one tablespoon of aloe vera gel and put half a turmeric, by mixing this you apply on the affected area. This will be helpful in treating fungal infection by healing the skin faster. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body, practising it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help. Suryanamaskar daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenate us for the whole day. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oils this will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep, by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals thy self. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you Thank you

To make sure you’re getting all the nutrients you need on a vegan diet, it’s important to eat balanced meals that include a variety of healthy foods. For example, you’ll get protein and fiber from beans; leafy greens are great sources of vitamins A, C and K. Swapping out refined grains, such as white pasta and white bread, for whole grains, such as brown rice and quinoa, adds iron and B vitamins to a vegan diet (nutrients that are stripped out when the grains are refined). And, the extra fiber from whole grains will help keep you full, and may even help you lose weight. Semi cooked Sprouts, fibre veggis and fruits and brown rice will keep you full over the day. Inspite of regular tea, go for herbal tea like Mint, ginger, chamomile etc. Thanks.

Hello Ajay, Acidity is a common digestion related problem that is faced by many people nowadays because of the sedentary lifestyle and wrong choices of food. Intake of a high fatty diet, oily, and spicy foods results in improper digestion which ultimately leads to digestive issues like acidity, burping, etc. Along with a correct diet, the adoption of a correct lifestyle is equally important. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Eat sprouts in your breakfast as they are light in nature and are rich in nutrients also. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Have fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Don't use refined oils for cooking. Instead, use cold-pressed oil for cooking. Have Vitamin C rich diet like include lemon, oranges, amla, blueberries, etc in your diet. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Exercise Physical activities are also essential for good digestion as it improves the blood circulation in the body and also the metabolism of the body. Start the day with a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Do plank for 5min. Perform yoga asanas like bhujanga asana, trikona asana, paschimottan asana and padahasta asana. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Sleep Good quality of sleep is also needed for good metabolism. Sometimes lack of sleep or bad quality sleep also leads to digestive issues like acidity, anorexia, etc. So, proper sleep is required. Take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic gadgets like mobiles, tv, computers, laptops, etc at least 1hour before sleeping for an improved quality of sleep. Thank you

Hello Rakesh, Cough and cold is a response of the body against infections and toxins. It may occur as a result of seasonal changes also. The inflammation due to the infection leads to headache and heaviness in the eyes and head. Here are some tips to follow to manage it- Some tips Put 2 drops of mustard oil in both the nostrils in the morning. This will help to remove the excess cough from the nasal passage. Take steam with pudina leaves twice a day. Have herbal tea in the morning. Diet Have a glass of warm water with fresh lemon juice in it. It has antioxidant properties and will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Have only plant-based natural foods in the diet. Hy.. I highly suggest you to first try to rule out the real root cause of the problem, there are so many types of acne which can be due to Hormonal imbalance- pcos, pcod Wrong eating habits. Digestive problems/ indigestion Increased sebum production Decreased intake of water/ dehydration. Try to find the root cause and then solve the problem accordingly. Tea tree oil is an anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory in nature wash your face and apply the tea tree oil on affected area keep it for full night and wash your face in the morning. Short fasting of 2-3 days(Juice fasting) will help in solving the digestive system problems like acidity etc which can be one of the leading cause. If acne is seen on chin and jaw line it can be due to hormonal imbalance then i highly suggest you to follow good plant based diet and exercise changing lifestyle bring alot of changes in correcting hormones. Apple cider vinegar is a great healer for acne. Mix 50% of water with 50% Apple cider vinegar put it in a spray bottle and use it regularly in the night and wash it with water in the morning. Consume and apply aloe vera. Add in your diet as well as an application on the affected area. Thank you, Dr. Ruchika Sharma

Hello Anis, Rheumatoid arthritis occurs when excessive toxins get accumulated in the body. Heavy bleeding may be the result of hormonal imbalance. Following a wrong lifestyle, eating wrong foods, not doing any physical activity, hormonal imbalance, and incorrect sleeping pattern leads to a disturbed metabolism which results in toxin accumulation in the body and hormonal imbalance. Foods to eat- Start the day with a glass of warm water with lemon juice in it. This will help to improve the metabolism and to flush out the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Eat only plant-based natural foods. Include salads, nuts, beans, and sprouts in your diet. Eat soaked dry fruits to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Drink coconut water. Drink plenty of water during the day to eliminate the toxins out of the body. Foods to avoid- Avoid dairy products like ghee, milk, paneer, curd, etc. Avoid animal foods. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid processed, packaged, oily, and spicy foods. Avoid tea, coffee, and other caffeinated drinks. Exercise Being physically active is very essential for good metabolism. Start your day with a short morning walk. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Perform yoga asanas like bhujanga asana, trikona asana, padahasta asana, hala asana. Do pranayam daily, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning for 15 to 20 minutes daily. Sleep Sleep helps to maintain the circadian rhythm and also hormonal balances. Hence, taking proper sleep is very important. Take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid electronic equipment at least 1hour before sleeping for an increased quality of sleep. Thank you
