Please guide me on how to manage hyperthyroidism.

Hello User, Hyperthyroid happens due to what we have been putting in our body, which is eating a tamasic diet (adulterated, rotten and unhealthy junk is considered as tamasic). In this case, when we load our body with this kind of food, our metabolism becomes faster, "hyper" thyroid happens. Here, our body starts pushing on more to reach an optimal level of functioning. Now as our body already in a sluggish state, the immunity is weakened. The main thing to treat this multidimensional illness should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health and reach your optimal solution. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include the consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with one tablespoon lemon, boil them for 5-10 minutes. Consume this mixture during the evening time to accelerate metabolism. High selenium diet which is peanuts, almonds, mushrooms, etc helps to manage the function of the thyroid. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Cat and Cow pose helps in correcting the function of the thyroid gland. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our bodies. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you.

Hello, Eating alot of fruits and vegetables in diet is good but you should make sure those fruits and vegetables should be rich in high fibre content with sufficient vitamin and minerals. I highly suggest you to follow diet rich with high fibre fruits and vegetables and also include some of the herbs which will help you combat this problem. Usually fruits and vegetables which you consume is digested and metabolised easily either it will be utilised in the energy expenditure or it will be stored if you're intake is not sufficient. Firstly when you consume fruits and vegetables make sure you increase your water intake with it as well. It will help in flushing off the toxins and helps your organs to throw waste metabolised products faster without making them stagnant in the body. Include vitamin C, D rich food in your diet like- orange, pineapple, kiwifruit, amla, papaya, lemon juice these food help in boosting the metabolic system. Add high fibre food in your diet like green leafy vegetables such as spinach, beans, cabbage and add beetroot in your diet as well it a good source of all the vitamins and minerals. In grains you can use oats, ragi, bajara, jawar to make roties out of it and can eat with steamed vegetables sabji. Add socked 3-4 dates in your diet on daily basis. Dates are good source of minerals and helps in constipation. Drink atleast 2-3 glasses of water early morning as soon as you get up before going to washroom it will activate your organs and helps in elimination process too. Thankyou, Dr. Ruchika Sharma
I have itchy body. I took tablet over two months and I used antifungal soap. But now I am still having same problem. When I ate citracine tablet itch is gone for 3 to 4 days after it continues. I am totally confused about what is the problem with me?

Citrazine can suppress the itching for few days but that will only cause in more violent itching. What you can do is: At night after bathing apply coconut oil all over the body. Having apple carrot juice is another good thing in improving immunity and helps in treating itching which can be fungal or according to picture you are showing it can be urticaria. Thank you

Accumulated toxins being incorrectly channelled via the skin because the usual routes like intestines are clogged with toxins too. Removal of all chemicals that touch the skin is an added benefit sunbath body temperature water bath or colder and not hot water having a vegan and whole food plant based meal wiith a high raw diet will help this condition over a period of time. Having absolutely no antihistamines will avoid further accumulation. Remember that when the flare ups are severe, stay on a liquid diet for 1-2 days and with ample rest. Things will subside. Skin is the largest organ and eliminations will happen via the skin and slowly subside. apply coconut oil if it’s too itchy. But not having the forbidden foods like animal products are a key requirement for this healing. Hello User, As you have mentioned all the symptoms are of hypothyroidism if we correct this function of your body then we will definitely help you get rid of all the problems. Hypothyroid happens due to what we have been putting in our body, which is eating a tamasic diet (adulterated, rotten and unhealthy junk is considered as tamasic). In this case, when we load our body with this kind of food, our metabolism becomes sluggish, "hypo" thyroid happens. Hello Harvinder ji, Thyroid is a metabolic disorder which is getting common these days because of the change in lifestyle and eating habits. Thyroid patients become prone to other medical conditions also like cervical, arthritis, obesity, osteoporosis, etc because of the hormonal imbalances which result due to thyroid disorder. Sometimes it may also result in stress and anxiety due to hormonal changes. Hence, it is very essential to cure the root cause and for that overall changes are necessary for the lifestyle and eating habits. It can be cured naturally by adopting a natural lifestyle. Diet to follow- Have a variety of fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Eat sprouts, salads, and dry fruits. Have pulses, nuts, and beans. Take antioxidant-rich foods like blueberries, amla, orange, or lemon. Drink plenty of water during the day, approximately 8 to 10 glasses of water to be hydrated. Diet to avoid- Avoid processed, packaged, and preserved foods. Avoid dairy products and animal foods as they are not meant for our human digestive system and lead to the accumulation of toxins in the body. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid carbonated drinks. Exercise Exercising and yoga are very essential for good blood circulation in the body. Perform 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Do pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Do plank for 5 minutes. Take sunrays daily in the morning as it will provide the body with Vitamin D which is essential for the good health of bones, teeth, and muscles. Meditation Meditate daily for 20 to 25 minutes as this will help to keep your mind calm. It will keep the mind healthy and will also reduce stress. Sleep Sleeping pattern is very important for a good circadian rhythm which affects hormonal balance and hence the functioning of the whole body. Hence, it is very important to have proper sleep. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Thank you

Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Cat and Cow pose helps in increasing the function of the thyroid gland. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you.
I'm suffering from bronchitis since 3 years before I don't have any breathing issues. Now I'm taking medicine and inhaler. Is it curable or not?

If you have smoking habit stop it. Remain away from pollution /dust or use a mask when ever you happen to be in that area. A cold pack (wet cloth) around the chest region for 20 minutes in empty stomach may help you. Fasting in juices may help you to clean up the toxins/allergies in the lungs.
My Eustachian tubes connecting my middle ear with nose isn't functioning normally. It's gets heavy as soon as I get exposed to dry air. My head starts getting heavy due to allergy with dry air as dry air irritates my Eustachian tubes which causes all the problems. Kindly suggest me some things how can I cure it naturally with healing power of my own body?

You need to stop eating mucus producing foods. First and foremost dairy, eggs and non veg.. These should be stopped immediately Please also reduce and then stop tea, coffee and sugar. Reduce also store bought oily foods. Switch to whole plant based foods with plenty of fruits and vegetables in raw form. Expose your body especially your ears to early morning sunlight for 1 hour. Try this for 30 days atleast. you will see a great improvement. My son was able to heal his ear blocks with these measures. Good luck
