Namaste, To increase your weight; Take 6 dried figs Take 30 g raisins Soak both in water overnight Eat in 2 doses through the next day Eat protein rich diet, take more sprouts, pulses, nuts, fiber fruits and vegetables. Hi Halitosis or bad breath is a common problem which sometimes causes embarrassment and anxiety. It occurs due to improper oral hygiene, dental issues, any infection on mouth.niose or throat, dryness, chewing of tobacco and smoking etc. Primary remedy is to maintain good oral hygiene. Good oral hygiene helps to ensures avoiding tooth decay and gum disease. Brush the teeth twice regularly, rinsing mouth after every meals also helps to keep oral hygiene. After brushing massage your gums using index finger. Floss the teeth regularly. Clean in between he gaps where food particles remain and cause plaques, stain and bad breath. Brushing/cleaning the tongue also necessary. Drink plenty of water, keep always hydrated. It helps to get proper saliva secretion. Saliva rinses and removes unwanted leftovers from your mouth, helps break down food when you eat and provides disease-fighting substances to help prevent cavities and infections. Digestive Acids 1. Following four golden principles of drinking water is the key to all stomach issues and they are:- (a) Always drink water which is at body temperature, neither chill nor hot. (b) Always sit down before drinking water. (c) Always sip water like a bird, never gulp it down. (d) Drink water 40 minutes before meals and two hours after meals. No water during meals. 2. Always eat 50% of your meal as salad and raw vegetables. 3. Minimum five hours of gap between two meals. Ideal is to have only two meals a day. 4. Dinner two hours before you sleep, best is 7.30 PM. Taking antacids will worsen the problem in long run though momentarily they will provide relief.

Since these years I have had severe acne, what the allopathic Drs. call ACNE VULGARIS, I was having regularly antibiotics and lotions. I used to wash my face 4 times a day with soap. I used to avoid oily foods and used to have fresh fruits juices, etc. But avoiding oily foods alone does not help. I am a 30 year old female. Currently following nature cure principles since two months - sun + plentiful fruit and veg + exercise + wet packs/hip baths when necessary. I'm going through a intermenstrual period two weeks after my regular period. It is with a very heavy flow as well as large chunks of clots throughout the day. I have also noticed dry and irritated skin around the hips. Kindly guide me. Thank you in advance.

Hello User, If we keep on loading ourselves with adulterated things and chemical-based products we are definitely going to be prone to any kind of illness, once the disease enters the body it is the whole body that needs to heal and not the part and this is what natural cure is all about. here it is a good start that you have started with a healthy diet. A disease of the reproductive system starts with the high fat and chemical-based diet that we are loading our gastrointestinal tract with. Any disease can make you pre-dispose to another, because of your lifestyle continuation, if you take care of your lifestyle at this moment than there are definite chances that you get your self treated well and your intermenstrual cycle will cease. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content which helps in stopping the bleeding. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon in dals. Vitamin C keeps our cells activated by absorbing the iron and make sure to constrict blood vessels. Include one fruit like apple, papaya, a banana a day to have a healthy GUT. Apply ice packs every 20 minutes which helps in constriction of blood vessels. Taking tamarind water will help in dealing with bleeding issues, have it twice a day to stop bleeding, two hours after your meals. Cumin water is also helpful in treating the same. Exercise: Sleep on your back, raise your one leg, and start rotating in a circular motion for 5 times and place it back, repeat the same with another leg. This will elevate your uterine muscles. Squats are another exercise to improve uterine health. Do it 15-20 times at one time. Sit and take 10-15 long deep breaths from the abdomen, to release all the toxicity from the body helping us to gain back our normal menstrual cycle. Meditation: While sleeping, take a bowl of water. Put two-three essential oil drops like lavender or orange and inhale it. It will help in calming nerves and automatically our body will start getting the rhythm back. Listen to music for 15 minutes by closing your eyes and deep breathing. Sleep: Sleep should be of 7-8 hours, sound. This will help in releasing all stress and treat all the issues in a healthy manner. It is time to get yourself healthy and wise. Hopefully, these suggestions will be helpful Thank you
