Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients. Hi Thyroid disorders are commonly seen nowadays due to improper lifestyle. Hypo and hyperthyroidism are the two common disorders. In Hypothyroidism the gland is unable to secrete enough hormone. Hi, Lifestyle changes are important in helping you get rid of your health issues. Excess weight by the body is stored on the abdomen or on the hips. Apart from taking care of the kind of food consumption, other lifestyle factors are also important. They are sleep, stress and physical activity. Wrong lifestyle also leads to constipation and gastric issues. When undigested food is left in intestines and is not evacuated by the body, bacteria from the gut feed on it and release gases. This causes gastric issues. Whenever we consume food the body converts it into glucose and supplies it to the cells to perform various functions. When there is excess food the body converts this and stores in the muscles as glycogen and if there is still excess it stores in the fat cells for later use. This fat is in the form of adipose tissue. When there is a drop in the blood sugar levels and there is no supply of food, the body releases energy from the muscles and fat. हेलो, कारण - शरीर में आकाश तत्व की कमी के वजह से ऐसा होता है। आकाश तत्व की कमी से होता क्या है की शरीर ने पोषक तत्व जो पाया आपके भोजन से उसको पुरे शरीर में प्रसार (circulate) नहीं कर पाता है। जैसे की आपके पास पैसे हैं पर आपके लिए जो काम करने वाले लोग हैं उन तक उनकी फ़ीस पहुँच नहीं रही है तो वो काम कैसे करेंगे। ठीक ऐसे ही पोषक तत्व आया मगर शरीर के रक्त, मांसपेशी, कोशिकाओं तक पहुँचा नहीं। क्योंकि उसको पहुँचने के लिए जो (gap) की ज़रूरत है, वो हम नहीं दे रहे है। समधान - शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाएँ। फल के बाद 3 घंटे का gap रखें। सलाद बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। पका हुआ खाना के बाद 12 घंटा का अंतराल रखें। सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ। जीवन शैली - शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। जीवन शैली - आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I दौड़ लगाएँ। सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। पेट पर खीरा का पेस्ट 20 मिनट लगाएँ। फिर साफ़ कर लें। पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें। 5. पृथ्वी तत्व- कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

I am 30 years old and since last 2 years I am suffering vaginal infections which reoccur by time. Doctor has prescribed me all basic line medicines but after few months again it reoccurs and I have done culture examination 3 times in past 1 year. Also my sugar and blood reports are normal only thyroid was 9, but t3 and t4 are in normal range. Also during treatments and as per doctors advise I am not sexually active. Anything to do with the uterus can have many names. They cause its own symptoms and in this case the the cervix and vagina is the lowerpart of the uterus in the human female reproductive system. Whatever may be the names, the causes are the same - toxaemia and which set of organs get impacted is unique for a person. UTI, vaginal itching, rashes and other infections in the Gut is an inflammation of the urinary tract / toxemia across the body and pelvic regions when there is a lot of acidity. When does such things happen ? When our body is toxic with diary, meat and processed goods for a long period. Hello Vinay, Our stomach and mind are directly proportional to each other and they both have direct effects on our daily lifestyle. The kind of food we eat is directly in sync with the kind of reactions it shows on our moods and affects our mind. Consumption of fatty diet on a regular basis and highly spiced food, toxins are the primary cause of any health issue. What needs to be taken care of now is, that a major change in lifestyle and diet will have to be made to cure this problem. It is not only heartburn, with the consumption of this kind of food, what becomes an issue is from the esophagus to rectum everything gets disturbed. The toxins are in the body, call it acidity or infection they relate to the same cause. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: Start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest. Breakfast should be of the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. The early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water, it will help in flushing out all the toxins. Including a fiber-rich food item that helps in adding bulk to the stools, for example having apples, bananas, nuts, etc. which have a good amount of fiber in them. One tomato with black pepper in the evening time an hour before dinner. When the gall bladder is removed, the bile cannot be stored and it moves to the intestine anytime the liver produces it. I think hyperthyroidism is trickier as there is weight loss and if you follow natural lifestyle there are chances of losing more weight. Try taking coriander water in the morning helps a bit . Surgery might be able to remove the stones physically, but her terrain is such that she will develop it again. Repeated surgeries may not help. Instead, understanding why she has such a condition will help and address the root cause. Diabetes by definition means that she has excess sugar in her blood. The sugar ideally is used up by the trillions of cells in her body. However, due to her lifestyle, her cells have already got loaded with enough toxins and fats and hence they have shut their doors for the glucose. Whatever she consumes will be converted to glucose predominantly. So she may not know the art of fasting yet and cannot live like Gandhiji by not eating anything because the body makes glucose. This blood with all the extra glucose is continuously filtered by the kidneys more than 300 times an hour. So the filters of her kidneys become like tea filter that does not get washed daily after filtering a milk tea. Over time they get clogged and start the process of kidney stones. Kidneys are one of the 5 major excretory organs with a vital function in the body. They clean the blood at least 300 times per hr. They excrete the metabolic waste from the blood including medicines and bad food wastes. People who consume medicine stimulants like tea, coffee, tax their kidneys considerably. Wastes like Urea, Uric acid, and creatinine and byproduct’s of metabolic waste from excess proteins, excess salts, excess sugar ( due to sugar or carbs metabolism that did not get used by the cells in cases of diabetes and glycosuria( expelling glucose from urine), excess acids from the blood that was generated to keep the blood alkaline, bad habits like excess water everything is expelled by the kidneys. If we become too acidic because of our diet and lifestyle, we create a condition that leads to stone formation and inflammation. To reverse this, we need to alkalize and make it anti-inflammatory. This will break and liquify the calcium deposits, cellulite and lipid / fat-based stones. You will need a diet rich in raw fruits, and vegetables. If not, you won’t get the alkaline electrolytes to neutralize the acids. Dehydration also compounds the acidosis in the body. Until the stones melt:-Go on a 100% raw fruit and vegetable diet or to make it deeper and faster - go on a 100% fruit diet. Along with this around 2-3 liters of fruit juices and vegetable juices. Long term lifestyle changes:- Avoid meat dairy milk, tea, coffee, curd, ghee, paneer, cheese, butter, sugar. Use jaggery, salt moderately in cooked only. O Outside packaged foods, sweets, oily foods, maida, refined oils, white rice, unpolished foods, wheat, and maida. Start with a green leafy juice mixed with a watery vegetable like cucumber or ash gourd in the morning with ginger and lime- 500ml. Fruits for breakfast till 12. Vegetable salads with lots of greens and no nuts for lunch. Mildly spiced cooked gluten-free, an oil-free meal with 30% grains and 70% veggies.
