Epiphysis which is the round end of the bone grows in the kids whenever they have a good amount of Calcium. The epiphysis consists of the growth plate which is directly proportional to our height. This epiphysis generally happens by the age of 21 years in boys and 18 in girls. After this age, it becomes difficult for the height to grow as our body has got its structural formation completed. Thank you

Hello Saravana N. Due to less healthy fluid intake and indulging in unhealthy beverages, our body goes into inflammation. Also in the background, when we chronically have a high-fat diet and sedentary lifestyle, which ultimately causes inflammation leading to gall bladder problems. Stones up to 6-10 mm can be very well removed with natural methods. To treat this problem we should start with a light diet. In this case, only a multidimensional cure can help you. The main thing here is, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health. As your kid's age is young it is the right time to encourage him to start with healthy and qualitative lifestyle. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with one tablespoon lemon, boil them for 5-10 minutes. Consume this mixture two hours after the noon meal will help in treating inflammation. Cumin water helps in treating the digestive tract. Cinnamon water is healthy and helps in keeping the digestive system smoothly functioning. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practising it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Halasana, Bhujangasana, Dhanurasna, practice it daily before the session of suryanamaskar, this will aid in treating gall bladder stones. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you.

Namaste, The normal range of creatinine in the blood is: 0.6 to 1.2 mg for males 0.5 to 1.1 mg for females First and formost is Cut back on your protein intake as excessive protein intake can raise creatinine levels of otherwise healthy individuals and further increase the levels of those already suffering from it. You can do this by avoiding dietary sources of creatine, such as red meat and dairy products. Up the intake of fiber by consuming more vegetables, fruits, legumes, and whole grains. Avoid your sodium intake by avoiding salty, packaged, and processed food, all of which lead to high blood pressure and fluid retention in the body. Getting enough sleep is essential for your kidneys to function properly, which in turn helps the body to rid itself of excess creatinine. When you feel Thirsty alone drink water Natural treat, Drink Chamomile Tea Daily once in a day. Replace your regular tea, coffee, or sodas with herbal tea Include more carrots, cucumbers, garlic, onion, and foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids in your diet. take care.

Namaste Firstly we need to understand why one suffers from PCOD. Our Body eliminates toxins through various channels like the skin, kidneys, lungs etc. For women toxins also get eliminated during mestruation cycles. With a unhealthy lifestyle and food habit theres lot of toxins being produced and accumulated in the body. the speed of elimination is way too slow than accumulation. So whats happenning is the blood, lymphatic system, etc are getting over laden with toxins. And all our glands too are flooded with toxins. In such a state the body can not function normally and eliminate all that is not needed. Thant’s why one gets issues like PCOD, fibroids, etc. As the body tries to collect the toxins in different sacks or cysts to keep the rest of the body safe. Now that you have realised that the cysts are something that you don’t need in your body you may start working on how you can help your body get rid of them. What are the lifestyle changes that you can make to support the body in its cleansing, healing and normal functioning. 1 Learn pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. The breathing works like a pump on your lymphatic system, by helping move the toxins towards the lymph nodes and further move towards elimination. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. The energy from the sun will help your blood circulation and support in the toxins to move from the blood, lymph etc. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or atleast walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax. Relaxation is very important for cleansing and healing. 4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat. 5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun. Most repairs, cleansing and healing happen only when one is in deep sleep. 6 Be well hydrated. Consume lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well. 7 Get some regular physical activity in your daily routine like walking, yoga or swimming in some natural water body. 8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive. Let go of all that doesn’t serve you. Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health. Foods to be strictly kept off 1 milk and milk products, meat, eggs fish etc 2 white maida, white sugar, white salt. 3 no packaged and processed foods. No outside food too from restaurants. 4 no baked stuff like toast buiscuits etc 5 no namkeens and sweets from shops Foods to be included 1 fresh locally grown seasonal fruits 50% 2 fresh vegetables 35% 3 grains 10% 4 soaked nuts 5% Diet chart 8 am one or two glasses of water with half a lemon squeezed in it Or Hibiscus flower lemon grass and tulsi tea with a slice of lemon 9 am green juice dhaniya pudina curry leaves cucumber as base no water grind filter and add pinch of salt and half lemon 10 am fresh seasonal fruit top choice papaya, if not tarbooz or dragon fruit, kharbooja as much as you want till you feel full 1 pm lunch Lukha fulka with lots of lauki or torai or tinda or beans or gawarfali or balor or tindoli or gilki parwal etc. no or only 1 tsp oil groundnut sesame or coconut oil that too cold pressed . My age is 47 years, at the age of 44 I got menopause, thyroid also. Now I am suffering with psoriasis in four places: Fingers, both elbow, knees, back side of hips. Any remedies?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
05:44 PM | 20-12-2019
The symptoms which you are showing are all in sync together, as psoriasis is an autoimmune disorder our own body immunity tends to be against it. Why does this happen? Because we tend to fall vulnerable to today's toxic lifestyle this happens because the nutritional level is very low and so is the pollutants in the environment. The main things which we need to make changes are in? To start with the diet: The diet in psoriasis should be filled with Vitamin C read this blog for more information. Seeds play a very important role in both psoriasis and menopausal health. It helps in regularising our health a lot. Nuts again should be an integral part have it as a snack. Depending on healthy fats, like cashews, almonds, walnuts are healthy fats which can be depended on for menopausal issues. Tips for psoriasis lesion: Applying coconut oil is really beneficial for skin and helps a lot in the lesion. Thank you
I have uric acid so how to control it and what medication should be taken?
Anju Chhabra
11:10 AM | 18-11-2019
Hi, Uric acid is inflammation of the joints. Mostly affected areas are the big toe or the fingers. This is due to excess protein intake and the body is not able to throw away the end waste product, therefore foods which are high in purine must be avoided. These include all animal foods, alcohol. The body in this state gets acidic, it is important to maintain a ph balance by making it more alkaline. All fruits and vegetables are alkaline in nature. Sometimes if an individual is under chronic stress it creates an internal imbalance and increases inflammation. Consider making the following lifestyle changes. Avoid all animal foods including dairy. High in purine and acidic in nature. Avoid all packed, processed, sugary, oily, foods. Also, avoid smoking and alcohol intake. All these foods disturb the ph of the body making it more alkaline. Consume raw fruits, vegetables and vegetable juices. They are highly alkaline and hydrate the body at a cellular level. Try consuming only fruits and vegetable juices in the first half of the day, till 12:00pm. The body is in the elimination stage. Dip the painful area in cold water or apply a wet cloth dipped in water for atleast 20 minutes. The blood flow in that area would increase due to temperature difference and that would help in healing naturally. Proper elimination is extremely important. Make sure you pass your bowels everyday and your urine is pale in colour. Exposure to sunshine is important. This increases the production of "happy hormones". Proper rest and sleep are important for the body to repair and heal. You could read the health journey below as to how individuals have healed from uric acid. https://www.wellcure.com/health-journeys/99/healing-from-high-uric-acid-chronic-cough-and-migraines-using-a-plant-based-diet Wishing you Good Health Always! Those Children's Parents who are short in height , how and in which way can grow their children's Height naturally till what age?
Prof Dr Srikrishan Sha...
01:16 PM | 09-09-2019
A good height boosts self-confidence. Particularly men who are with short height may feel less confident and may be self-conscious about it. A person’s height is determined by genetics to a great extent, but necessarily, it is not the only determinant. Human Growth Hormone in the body also regulates height. Also known as HGH is produced by the pituitary gland, which is highly essential for the growth of cartilage and long bones. Activation of Thyroid by thorough massage of throat and frontal head is must to release growth hormone. Drinking of Lemon, ginger and Tulsi oil is essential for boosting. Consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! Eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as beans, soy, and nuts, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in fortified foods, helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys. Good sources of zinc include wheat germ, pumpkin and squash seeds and peanuts. Get enough vitamin D. Vitamin D promotes bone and muscle growth in children, and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth and cause weight gain in teenage girls. Modest amounts of Vitamin D can be found in alfalfa and mushrooms, as well as Vitamin D-fortified foods such as some milks and cereals. However, the vast majority of your Vitamin D comes from sunlight exposure. Just 15 minutes a day out in the sun (on average) can ensure you get enough Vitamin D.

Why Do So Many People Have Depression Nowadays?
Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
10:37 AM | 01-05-2019
There’s a saying that goes in Hindi “Jaise khave anna , vaisa hove Mann” The brain just like any other part of the body is fed and nourished by the blood. So the quality of the blood that feeds your brain will determine the health of your brain. If you are eating overcooked, highly processed, preservatives and additives laden food, then be assured that soon the digestive system is going to get overworked and tired resulting in constipation in the guts. This will bring down the quality of your blood. The blood will be very acidic and toxic. The brain, when nourished by such blood, will certainly be constipated in thoughts and ideas which we would call as depression. Our ancestors ate simple food and the number of meals too were limited. And those days depression was not so common. So the cleaner and healthier your gut will be, your mind will be equally clearer and cheerful. Be healthy and be happy always.

Acids (low pH) burn as they leave the body, if they are not neutralized by the lymph nodes before they exit the through elimination channels. Bacteria in the lymph nodes are responsible for breaking down the acidic waste, allowing it to leave the body in a more alkaline, safer, and less painful manner via the kidneys. Once the kidneys are clogged up, the skin becomes a safer route to remove acidic toxins so any skin condition is related to kidney health. When we remove the problem, the accumulation stops, the inflammation and swelling declines, and the body heals. https://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/1/do-you-know-about-the-body-s-acid-alkaline-balance Healthy life changes are as follows- the more the raw the better for your body Follow this:- Morning on empty stomach Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice/cucumber juice/ Green juice with any watery vegetable like ash gourd/cucumber/ridge gourd/bottle gourd/carrot/beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice Afternoon from 12:- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. How to treat diabetes naturally?

The global prevalence of Diabetes Mellitus among adults over 18 years of age has risen from 4.7% in 1980 to 8.5% in 2014 as per WHO reports. This health condition is very much leaned towards the South East Asia Region due to wrong or faulty lifestyles. Diabetes prevalence has been rising more rapidly in middle- and low-income countries. Diabetes is a major cause of blindness, kidney failure, heart attacks, stroke, and lower limb amputation if not taken care of at the early stages. There are various types of diabetes but the most common are type 1, type 2 and gestational (during pregnancy). Type 1 diabetes: here the body’s immune system is not functioning properly and attacks the beta cells of the pancreas that produce insulin. This type of diabetes is often seen in families. Type 2 diabetes: cells that respond to insulin become resistant (desensitized) to it. Insulin is what safely transports the sugar into our cells, so this means that diabetics who are untreated will have elevated blood sugar. Here the inflammation could be found in almost all systems, namely nerves, kidneys, and the cardiovascular system will be the first organ systems to get damaged, but in some cases, it could involve another system too and could be dangerous as well. Here damage to insulin-producing cells due to Pancreatitis is a common feature. Gestational: whereby a woman becomes diabetic during her pregnancy this is more common than you’d think because women often crave sugar when they’re pregnant. The main objective in naturopathic treatment of diabetes is to reduce high levels of glucose in the blood and ensure the overall well-being of the patient utilizing natural therapies such as diet, exercise, nutritional supplements and herbs. Diabetes, as you know, is a metabolic disorder that should be treated with a strict diet regime along with a considerate amount of physical activity or exercises. Following a healthy plant-based diet can effectively help control your blood sugar. • Always go for a whole plant-based diet which includes ample fruits, vegetables, seeds, and nuts. High fibrous fruits and vegetables such as peas, beans, broccoli, spinach, and dark leafy vegetables should be included in one's diet. Also, pulses with husk and sprouts are a healthy option and should be part of the diet. Brans, cereals, oats meals, millets, seeds should be an essential part of your diet. • Omega 3 fatty acids should be consumed as they have a beneficial effect on blood sugar and many other cardiovascular diseases. Natural sources for these are flaxseed, chia seeds, and walnuts, etc. These are also low in cholesterol and are trans fat-free. • One teaspoon of fenugreek seeds (methi) soaked overnight in 100 ml of water is very effective in controlling diabetes. Fenugreek seeds are high in soluble fibre, which helps lower blood sugar by slowing down digestion and absorption of carbohydrates. • You may also consume some almonds (soaked overnight) which is also helpful in keeping a check on diabetes. • Never skip your breakfast. Add whole grains, cereals, along with some herbal tea or juice for your breakfast. • Bittergourd juice; Make fresh bitter gourd juice and drink it two times a day. • Exercise is very important in order to maintain the blood glucose level. Utilize an hour or two on physical activity or exercises daily such as walking, jogging, brisk walk, etc. • Some yogasanas and pranayama recommended for diabetes are dhanurasana, mandukhasana, ardhamatsyndrasana, naukasana, navasana, kapalabhati, ujjayi and bhramari pranayama. Practice them under the guidance of a qualified practitioner.
