हेलो, कारण -लंबे समय तक खराब हाजमा के कारण मधुमेह कि बीमारी होती है और इस बीमारी में जो दवा ली जाती है इसके कारण किडनी रोग ग्रस्त हो जाता है। प्रत्येक किडनी में लगभग 1 मिलियन सूक्ष्म फ़िल्टरिंग इकाइयां होती हैं, जिन्हें नेफ्रोन कहा जाता है। कोई भी बीमारी जो नेफ्रॉन को नुकसान पहुँचाती है, उससे किडनी की बीमारी भी हो सकती है। मधुमेह ऐसी बीमारियाँ हैं, जो नेफ्रोन को नुकसान पहुँचा सकती हैं। (ज़्यादातर किडनी की बीमारी मधुमेह होती है।)जब गुर्दे की कार्य क्षमता धीमी होने लगती है और स्थिति बिगड़ने लगती है, तब हमारे शरीर में बनने वाले अपशिष्ट पदार्थों और तरल की मात्रा खतरे के स्तर तक बढ़ जाती है। ये स्थिति रक्त में हीमोग्लोबिन कम होने का कारण बन जाता है। समाधान - 1. ऐसा खाना जो कि देर तक पछता नहीं है उसका त्याग करें। जैसे दूध, गेहूं, मैदा, रिफाइंड नमक और रिफाइंड शुगर और पैकेट फूड। फल, सब्जी, और कच्ची सब्जी का जूस को प्रतिदिन ले। ऐसा करने से पाचन शक्ति मजबूत होगा और आंतों की सफाई हो पाएगी। 2. सूर्य की रोशनी में 20 मिनट का स्नान सूर्य की रोशनी से करें 5 मिनट सामने 5 मिनट पीछे 5 मिनट दाएं 5 मिनट बाएं भाग में धूप लगाएं। धूप लेट कर लेना चाहिए धूप की रोशनी लेते वक्त सर और आपको किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक ले। नारी मंद होने पर इन्फेक्शन अधिक होता है अतः आप जब भी सोए अपना दायां भाग ऊपर करके सोए। 3. प्रतिदिन अपने पेट पर खाने से 1 घंटे पहले या खाना खाने के 2 घंटे बाद गीले मोटे तौलिए को लपेटे एक तौलिया गिला करके उसको निचोड़ लें और हूं उस तौलिए को 20 मिनट तक अपने पेट पर लपेटकर रखें ऐसा करने से आपका पाचन तंत्र दुरुस्त होगा। अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। तिल के तेल रीढ़ की हड्डी पर घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। 4. हर 3 घंटे में लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें उसको थोड़ी देर रोकें और फिर सांस को खाली करें। खाली करने के बाद फिर से रुके और फिर लंबा गहरा सांस ले। यह एक चक्र है ऐसा दिन में 10 चक्र करें केवल एक शर्त का पालन करें जब आप लंबा गहरा सांस ले रहे हैं तो अपनी रीढ़ की हड्डी को सीधा रखें ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा का बढ़ेगी और ऑक्सीजन का संचार सुचारू रूप से हो पाएगा। सोने से पहले योग निद्रा करें। इससे काफी लाभ होगा। 5. - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ash guard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100 ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें। दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें। 6. एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। 7. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200 ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Dear health seeker Jayasree, Diabetes is a mother of all disease, and India is a world capital of this dreaded disease, not for nothing, our eating habits combined with our socialistic obligations of treating our guests with tea, coffee and snacks at any time contribute largely towards its vast clientele. Diabetes is confessedly not cured by allopathy. To manage the situation, they supply insulin from an external source- an animal product in a state where the pancreas fails to secrete it. In this case, they are at a loss not to pin it down on some bacilli, bacteria, germ etc. Nor do they care to study the cause and remove it. In general, the causes of this can be any or a group of the following;- 1. The pancreas has been so much overworked that it has struck work.- 2. The basic material out of which the pancreas can produce insulin is not available in the body tissues and fluids- 3. That centre in the brain that controls the activities of the pancreas is damaged either owing to degeneration or trauma[ injury] Whatever be the case, our universal Medicine, maybe either Bilva Patra [leaves] or grass. A regular daily intake of any of these or alternatively, the trouble would be totally relieved. Every grain [ whole ] contains insulin in its germ [ger ], but it is lost to the modern eater. Cholesterol increases with increase of inflammation in the body. Identify the cause of inflammation and remove it. Cholesterol is to heal inflammation so please do not take medication to decrease inflammation as the body will bounce back with higher cholesterol to heal inflammation. Food that causes inflammation.:- 1. Dairy. 2. Refined oil. 3. Refined sugar. 4. Preservatives in packaged foods. 5. Smoking and alcoholic beverages. 6. Lot of medication. 🙏 नमस्ते हॉस्टेल के तीखे भोजन के साथ , अगर आप अपनी दिनचर्या में ये चीजें शामिल कर लें तो आपका स्वास्थ्य संभला रहेगा , आइये जानते हैं इनके बारे में- ✔️ आंवला किसी भी रूप में थोड़ा सा आंवला हर रोज़ खाते रहे, जीवन भर उच्च रक्तचाप और हार्ट फेल नहीं होगा, इसके साथ चेहरा तेजोमय बाल स्वस्थ और सौ बरस तक भी जवान महसूस करेंगे। ✔️ मेथी मेथीदाना पीसकर रख ले। एक चम्मच एक गिलास पानी में उबाल कर नित्य पिए। मीठा, नमक कुछ भी नहीं डाले इस पानी में। इस से आंव नहीं बनेगी, जोड़ो के दर्द नहीं होंगे और पेट ठीक रहेगा। ✔️ दालचीनी सर्दियों में चुटकी भर दालचीनी की फंकी दिन में दो बार लेने से अनेक रोगों से बचाव होता है। ✔️ नाक में तेल रात को सोते समय नित्य सरसों का तेल नाक में लगाये। और 5 – 5 बूंदे बादाम रोगन की या सरसों के तेल की हर रोज़ डालें. ✔️ तुलसी और काली मिर्च प्रात: दस तुलसी के पत्ते और पांच काली मिर्च नित्य चबाये। सर्दी, बुखार, श्वांस रोग, अस्थमा नहीं होगा। नाक स्वस्थ रहेगी। ✔️ सौंठ सामान्य बुखार, फ्लू, जुकाम और कफ से बचने के लिए पीसी हुयी आधा चम्मच सौंठ और ज़रा सा गुड एक गिलास पानी में इतना उबाले के आधा पानी रह जाए। रात क सोने से पहले यह पिए। बदलते मौसम, सर्दी व् वर्षा के आरम्भ में यह पीना रोगो से बचाता हैं। सौंठ नहीं हो तो अदरक का इस्तेमाल कीजिये। ✔️ कभी कभी आप एक बार का भोजन स्किप कर सकते है और फल , sprout और सलाड ले सकते है । ✔️ अपने भोजन करने के समय को बढ़ाये , आरामसे चबाकर खाएं । इन चीजों से बचें ❌ देर रात तक जागना ❌ खाने में स्पीड रखना ❌ खाकर सो जाना ❌ चाय और कॉफी का लत लगना ❌ क्रोध में रहना Health is Wealth धन्यवाद 🙏

Hello, Increase intake of fiber, especially fruits and vegetables. An apple or banana each day is helpful. Bananas should be ripe (bright yellow. Have a mid-morning soup, preferably prepared with spinach and tomato. Take daily morning and evening walks for at least 20-30 minutes each. Eat whole grains and nuts. Avoid removing bran from the flour because the bran is an insoluble fiber that clears off the intestines and relieves constipation. Avoid refined foods like white flour, bread, pasta, pizza, white rice, etc. Disturbing psychological factors should be removed. The food should be warm and freshly -prepared, as cold and stale food slows down the digestive power. Soak 3-4 dried figs after washing them overnight in water. Eat them first thing in the morning, and also drink the water in which they were soaked. They should also be taken in the evening. Try this treatment for 3-4 weeks.
My sister always have a low hb%. ,around 6-8. Even after a good and healthy plant based diet,there is no improvement. What can be done?

नमस्तेकारण - शरीर को स्वस्थ रहने के लिए अन्य पोषक तत्वों के साथ-साथ खून की भी जरूरत होती है। खून ही शरीर में लाल रक्त कोशिकाओं का निर्माण करता है। ये कोशिकाएं ही शरीर में हीमोग्लोबिन बनाने का काम करती हैं। हीमोग्लोबिन फेफड़ों से ऑक्सीजन लेकर रक्त में ऑक्सीजन पहुंचाता है। इसलिए आयरन की कमी से शरीर में हीमोग्लोबिन की कमी हो जाती है और हीमोग्लोबिन कम होने से शरीर में ऑक्सीजन की कमी होने लगती है। रक्त संचार में दोष शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता के कारण हो रहा है।समाधान - समाधान - फल, कच्चे सब्ज़ी के जूस और कच्चे सब्ज़ी का सलाद लें। आयरन का अच्छा स्रोत है इसीलिए केले के तने का जूस प्रतिदिन लें। 20g केले के तने को छोटा छोटा काट कर पीस लें। 100ml पानी मिला कर छान कर पिएँ। आहार में परिवर्तन आयु के हिसाब से करना चाहिए। 9 साल के बाद दुध या दुध से बना सामान नहीं पचता है। 20 साल के बाद प्रोटीन के बाहरी स्रोतों से परहेज़ ज़रूरी है। 30 साल के बाद अनाज, तेल घी से परहेज़ ज़रूरी है।जीवन शैली - शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह लें।पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करें। खीरा + नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट दर्द वाले हिस्से पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। सुर्य की रोशनी उसी जगह पर लगाएँ।मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। दोपहर के खाने में ragi की रोटी oil free सब्ज़ी के साथ लें। शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा dopahar के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद। धन्यवाद।रूबी, Rubyप्राकृतिक जीवनशैली शिक्षिका (Nature Cure Educator)

To judge it correctly first start with your checking your basal metabolic rate. If your weight is in sync with your height then no need to be worried about your health but if you are underweight there is a high chance that your immunity is low. But no need to worry about as with right diet we can completely balance everything and you can heal. Start your day with food which is high in carbohydrates like buckwheat flour, jowar and barley rotis which are gluten-free. The main thing to keep in notice here is that carbohydrates give you enough energy for the day. Include proteins in your diet with inclusions of sprouts, soya chunks and dried fruits. The next thing here to keep in check is the inclusion of your raw vegetables as it gives vitamins and minerals for extra growth. Nuts can give you healthy fats for easy physiological functioning of your health. There are exercises like push-ups and pull-ups which help in building muscle power. Thank you

The good part here is after doing so much you haven't got discouraged from the fact and haven't stopped the regime yet. Now there are two things to start with, weight loss is 80 percent of our diet and 20 percent of exercise. What you need to do to correct your weight is to depend on your diet first. Make sure you complete your meal before 8 pm for a simple reason, our body's metabolism becomes slow after 8 pm. We do not absorb nutrition but the food is just stored as fats in our body. To continue having a healthier diet, including more raw vegetables in diet this again helps in easy absorption of nutrients. Muscle building is an important part of weight loss having a high protein diet is what you need for losing out on weight. It depends on sources like soya chunks, dry fruits, nuts and healthy green vegetables for a good amount of protein intake. Exercise though 20 percent it is crucial to include exercises like crunches, squats, pulls up and push-ups and Surya namaskar sets for overall toning of the muscles in the body and continue the regime for 45 minutes. Our body contains 70% of the water in it, so you can image how much water is essential. We have 5-6 litres of blood to be purified daily at the same time if we give an individual approach to it, then you can do this calculation. Convert your body weight in pounds divided by 2= Water intake in (oz) Remember the units are in pounds and oz, you can convert the oz in litres, a simple calculation to get accurate water intake. It does vary from your physical activity, as this shows for average activity water intake. Thank you
Too much of walking like 5k or 10k run or walking and too much of exercise are not good for health? Because I heard if in case you leave all this then you will get legs swollen and all other kidney/liver problems and many more is that true? Plz tl me what should I do?

Namaste, Please get into the practice of listening to your body. And not your mind. Just learn to observe your self and you will know what your body wants at that moment and go ahead , do just that. Your body has its own intelligence and it knows its wants and needs. Just learn to listen to it and respect it. All the confusions and disturbances start only when we start listening to our mind, othres suggestions, advertisements, propaganda,etc. But what your body needs only your body knows. I’ve been reading natural foods articles, some excellent health journeys and recipes. Frankly I was struggling with same old no milk-no calcium and no animal based diet-no protein. Hello there! Remember its a step by step journey. In my case I struggled for the same. At one point of time I was having 2 glasses of milk daily! If I was hungry, but busy, milk would be an easy thing to just gulp down. But once I understood its close association with all lifestyle diseases (esp diabetes and cancer), how today's milk is actually being produced , and that we are indeed the only species drinking milk way into adulthood, I made the switch. Now to your question of making the switch step by step, here is how I dealt with it: It was easy to give up the milk, as the impact on my health was immediate I was not much ofa paneer eater in any case, but enjoyed the occassional palak paneer and panner tikka! Over the years, at times I still eat it. However the focus has been more on addition vs. deletion / depriving myself. So instead of palak paneer, a lot of times we do palak corn, palak gobhi, palak aaloo varieties. At parties, I still dig into paneer tikkas, knowing that next day I will balance it out :) Cashew cream is a great addition - its whole nuts, body absorbs it well, and with a wholesome diet which includes fruits and veggies, weight is also not a challenge. It just goes wonderfully well as a dairy replacement in all your curries, daal makhani, soups and even as a topping on home made pizzas. Check out in recipe section cashew based dips Cheese - well its a lot of salt and additives/ preservatives & a fibreless food. If you like it, satiate your mind by having it once in a while. As you progress on your journey, you will eat with increasing awareness, and reach a point, where you wont crave it any more In you weekly meals add some cheat meals - food which indulge your mind. So occassional pizza, paneer dishes are fine, balance it with lots of raw fresh foods and home made juices next day - your body will work easily to eliminate the harmful impact Yes, as advocated by everyone Peanut curd is a saviour! It will help reduce family conflict too. One week make usual dairy Kadhi ...other week try peanut curd based kadhi. Slowly every one will switch over (or atealst eat what you offer at the table!) It wil take some time to get into the routine of making peanut based curd, but I was amazed how one cannot at tell the difference in most dishes All the best!
