You need to stop eating mucus producing foods. First and foremost dairy, eggs and non veg.. These should be stopped immediately Please also reduce and then stop tea, coffee and sugar. Reduce also store bought oily foods. Switch to whole plant based foods with plenty of fruits and vegetables in raw form. Expose your body especially your ears to early morning sunlight for 1 hour. Try this for 30 days atleast. you will see a great improvement. My son was able to heal his ear blocks with these measures. Good luck
