Hello User, We can definitely understand any problem related to the body is capable of giving you anxiety because it is not about getting a part hampered but our whole body is at stake. If we follow the main pathology behind IBS, it is hypersensitivity. This hypersensitivity occurs when our immunity becomes vulnerable to the disease, this hypersensitivity will not include our body but also our mind. The main reason behind IBS has been identified as our long term chronic eating habits and some part of it is also contributed by genetic intervention. In IBS we have to make sure that we avoid food which is packaged, has gluten and milk products as they have been found to be one of the causative factors. Even our posture which does not support a healthy way for food to reach our stomach also becomes a cause. With the following advice, we are sure you will be able to treat everything in a holistic way. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients. Massage 3-4 drops of peppermint oil on the abdomen by mixing it with one tablespoon of coconut oil, massage in a circular motion for 10 minutes, this will help in dealing with colics. In the morning, empty stomach, consume one piece of dates, this helps in keeping the digestive tract clean and healthy for the whole day. The next thing is, two hours after a meal, consume a spoon of flaxseed oil, this will be helpful in giving fibre. After meals consume fennel seed one teaspoon this will aid in digestion. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshen us for the whole day, it stimulates our system and strengthens our immunity. Early morning walk is recommendable for our mental health too. Practising Vajrasana after the meal will help a lot in dealing with any issue of the digestive tract or inflammation. Practice Chakrasana, Pawan Mukht asana, and Balasna will help in digestion issues. proceeded by Suryanamaskar. Suryanamaskar will help in treating the health issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Meditation: Stop using the gadget on hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils and then with the smell itself you will start feeling calm. Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful. Take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes, let it go do not resist. Say the affirmation, "I am healthy and happy" with each breath. This will help in curbing all your issues even in the long run. Communicating with people who are suffering from a similar type of problem is helpful to understand their symptoms and dealing with anxiety. Sleep: The sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. Acl tear was also because of the weakness of the muscular and skeletal system due to the lifestyle you are leading. I have recovered from ACL successfully and I a lot of exercises that involve the muscles of my knee. I have had muscular atrophy after my wrist fracture 6 months ago after an accident and surgery too and I don't have 100% angular movements in my wrist yet, but I have progressed a lot in the last 1 month. From a diet perspective, you have to first focus on increasing your hydration to 3-4 lts coming from pure juices, natural sources and water. Increase your raw intake all day and stay on cooked only for dinner. The cooked must be free of any animal products like dairy, meat eggs fish. Must be free of oils and gluten. You must stay away from processed and refined junk like refined sugar. From a fitness perspective, start focusing on functional exercises that slowly build your lean muscles in the leg. You can consult a functional fitness expert for this. Your ligament issue will take time to heal.. give it few months of consistency. That would have build itself. The muscles are the ones that bother after the recovery. You need to make it work from scratch. You will also have to move all the parts of the body and strengthen your muscles. Pains are good. Dear health seeker, your health issues gurgling sound and noise is on account of poor digestion and loss of tone, The food loads eaten are not assimilated in the system and undigested food load has been converted into toxins. All your endeavours should be to improve general health in accordance with the laws of health. :- RESTORING STOMACH TONE There is absolutely no short cuts to regain the tone of the stomach that has been lost on account of dietetic sins. The living stomach is made up of living cells. The quality of the stomach is conditioned by the quality of its constituent cells. These cells are continually subject to wear and tear and, what is even more important, they are continually being replaced, by newly formed cells taking the place of old ones which die and are cast off. So that this process of renovation continues without hindrance, we need three things (a) ready availability of the needed nourishment (b) prompt removal of toxins which are the end products of cellular activity and (c) time for rest and recuperation. The most common cause of nausea is having low hemoglobin which can be easily managed. To start with a healthy lifestyle you should include things like, 1. More green vegetables you can use them in the form of juice and manage it with vegetables also. For example, Peanut palak vegetables. 2. प्रीतपाल जी नमस्ते 🙏 घरेलू उपायों द्वारा , कैसे हम दाँतो को संभाले । दाँत के रोग सड़न व कीड़े लगना । दाँत साफ न रखना व भोजन के बाद कुल्ला न करने से होता है । निम या करंज या पीपल या जामुन या अमरूद का दातुन करें । अदरक नमक के पानी से कुल्ला करें । अमरूद के पत्ते लौंग अजवायन के पानी से कुल्ला करें । निम्बू के रस में लौंग पीसकर मिलाये व दांतों पर मले कीड़े बाहर आ जाएंगे । दाँत दर्द दाँतो की सफाई न करने व पेट मे कब्ज व वायु रहने से व अत्यधिक icecream खाने से होता है। रुई के द्वारा लौंग का तेल या जायफ़ल का तेल या बरगद का दूध लगाने से । अदरक व तुलसी के पत्तो का रस लगाये । हींग के पानी से कुल्ला करें । नमक लगे अदरक चूसने से । हरे पुदीने के पानी से कुल्ला करें । लौंग के पानी से या हल्दी के पानी से या फिटकिरी के पानी से कुल्ला करें । मूली का नियमित सेवन से या प्याज के रस से मसाज करने से या मेथी के पानी से कुल्ला करने से दाँत व मसूड़े मजबूत होते हैं । दाँत को साफ करने के घरेलू उपाय जो व्यक्ति पेस्ट करते हैं उन्हीं के दाँत सबसे ज्यादा खराब है और उन्हीं के दांतो में बीमारीया भी अधिक लगती है इसलिए ये उपाय अपनाये । सेंधा नमक, हल्दी पाउडर तथा सरसो का तेल तीनो को मिलाकर दांतो पर सफाई करें । अंगुली से दाँत को साफ करने से आपके मसूड़ों की मालिश होगी और मसूड़ों की मालिश होती है मसूड़े मजबूत होगे तो दाँत भी मजबूत होगे तथा भविष्य में दातों की बीमारी नहीं होगी ।यदि आपके आसपास नीम, बबूल, किककर, जामुन, अमरूद के पेड़ हैं तो आप इनमें किसी भी पेड़ की दातुन कर सकते है । 🙏 धन्यवाद

नमस्तेकारण - परिवार का इतिहास - माता-पिता या तनावपूर्ण जीवन घटनाएं - यदि आप दर्दनाक या तनावपूर्ण घटनाओं का अनुभव से भी ऐसा हो सकता है।अन्य मानसिक स्वास्थ्य विकार जैसे चिंता, डिप्रेशन, मादक द्रव्यों का सेवन से ऐसा हो सकता है।अन्य मानसिक स्वास्थ्य विकार - ओसीडी अन्य मानसिक स्वास्थ्य संबंधी विकारों से संबंधित हो सकता है, जैसे चिंता, डिप्रेशन, मादक द्रव्यों का सेवन भी एक कारण हो सकता है।समाधान - प्रतिदिन आप ख़ुद को प्यार दें अपने बारे में 10 अच्छी बातें कोरे काग़ज़ पर लिख कर और प्रकृति को अपने होने का धन्यवाद दें।मानसिक समस्या भी इसी शरीर की समस्या है सब कुछ इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि हम किसी भी परिस्थिति में सकारात्मक सोंच रखते हैं या नकारात्मक।प्राकृतिक जुड़ाव आपको सकारात्मक सोंच प्रदान करेंगी क्योंकि प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली अपने आप में पूर्ण भी है और जीवंत भी है। पाँच तत्व से प्रकृति चल रही है और उसी पाँच तत्व से हमारा शरीर चल रहा है।जीवन शैली - 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। वाद्य यंत्र शास्त्री संगीत (instrumental classical music)सुनें।2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।अपने कमरे में ख़ुशबू दार फूलों को रखें।3 अग्Iनि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।4 जल तत्व- 4 पहर का स्नान करें। सुबह सूर्य उदय से पहले, दोपहर के खाने से पहले, शाम को सूर्यअस्त के बाद, और रात सोने से पहले स्नान करें। नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग +धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ।लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ।इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा।सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।धन्यवाद।रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

I am shivam ND my age is 24 years old I'm suffering from short breath from last 3 years and and I changed many doctors homeopathic alopathic Ayurveda but did not cure my asthma after this I have a major gas problem in stomach and anxiety depression also my digestive system are slow if I eat little bit of heavy food I have a gas in whole body many time I suffered from panic attack I cannot sleep plz help me suggest me I m in big trouble.
