Dear Nikita, Tea not only hinders in the absorption of vitamin iron but in nature cure parlance it is called 'Vitamin Thief since it contains sugar, chemicals like, thien, tannin, caffeine, milk and some exotic varieties contain condiments '.It is a stimulant giving a sense of deja vu , a temporary sense of kick to start the day. नमस्ते शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता के कारण कफ, पित्त और वात का संतुलन बिगड़ जाता है जिससे गले में संक्रमण पैदा हो रहा है। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। शरीर को यह ज्ञान है कि ख़ुद को स्वस्थ कैसे रखना है। हम इस बात से अनभिज्ञ हैं। जब हमारी प्राणशक्ति हमें ऊर्जा दे रही होती है तो वह स्वास्थ्य की स्थिति है। जब हमारी प्राण शक्ति हमारे शरीर के अंदर विषाणुओं (toxic) को साफ़ करने में लग जाती है तो वह अस्वस्थ होने की स्थिति होती है। इस बीमारी का मूल कारण हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ है। शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है। नीम के पत्ते + खीरा का पेस्ट अपने गले पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। 5. पृथ्वी तत्व - कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Gerd is definitely curable. Due to an incorrect lifestyle, accumulation of toxins would have become the breeding ground for a lot of bacteria and viruses in the body. This weakens your gut and weakens the liver which becomes a storeroom for the pile of toxins. Anything that does not belong to the category of fruits veggies and greens goes to the list of toxins - bad smells, chemicals medicines anything. Overtime bile becomes less potent and this taxes the stomach and strength of HCL in the stomach become less. As that becomes less, this can increase the acidity of the stomach due to other bad acids and bacteria that are thriving. So the acid reflux happens. You should also create all kinds of fried food and oil in your cooked food. 3) drink 500ml of pure cucumber juice on empty stomach daily morning 4) next hunger 500 ml of ashgourd juice 5) tender coconut for whole day 5) repeat this 4,5 for 3 days and stay on only juices. If u feel like vomiting, it’s fine. Don’t worry. That’s expected. Continue juicing. Continue to keep a wet cloth all day 3 days . Rinse every 1 hr and continue to drink and rest all 3 days. Expose your bare torso to the morning sun for 1 hr . If u can continue juicing for next 3 days adding juices of veg greens and fruits, it’s the best to continue for 10 days. U will see things falling in place already by then. If not, After 3 days, do the same juices till 12 and then next hunger fruits that are juicy like watermelon. Continue only such fruits and juices for next 3 days. Keep your stomach as less busy as possible without any solids but flooding with liquids as this helps your bad acids clear up. Namaste Rakesh Kumar There are a couple of very simple solutions to the dharan problem. It is the displacement of the solar plexus nerve. Resting and relaxing is the first requisite. As it can be helped to move back in place only when the stomach is completely empty. 1 In the morning after morning ablutions you may take an empty steel cup or katori and place is exactly under the belly button and lie on your stomach. You must do this on a hard surface like the the floor on a mat and not on the bed. turn your face to one sine. Lie down and relax. Every time you breath out you relax further. And slowly after a coupke of breaths you can start hearing your heartbeat on the katori. when this happens it will mean that the nerve has moved back into its place. slowly turn on your back and get up with support and bend forward and touch your toes (paschimottanasan) Do it a couple of times, get up slowly and drink something warm to help the nerve to stay in its place. As you say the nerve doesnt stay in place for long, repeat this activity for atleast three days consecutively. 2 Another thing we can do to shift the Dharan in place is to hang from a bar at a good hieght so that the whole body stretches very well. let the full body weight pull at your hands. Let the legs hang loose from the body. dont bend them just let the stretch . This too has to be done early morning empty stomach. This you can start doing adter three days of the katori excercise. keep on doing it for as many days as possible until your dharan stops moving out of place. * Daily morning jogging or fast walking for 30 mins followed by situps * daily 6 rounds of surya namaskar * have adequate amount of fluids daily * Avoid having junk foods, sugar * Consume more fruits n green leafy vegetables. Thank you !

I do a rotational shift and don't get proper sleep and hence, get angry fast and get irritated easily, reduced sleep. Its all affecting me and my husband's relationship. Please help.

Hello!!! thanks for your question. Sleep depravity can definitely cause chemical imbalance. You need to first at least allow your body to rest for 6-7 hours. Once you are able to get proper sleep I am sure you will not react impulsively or become sensitive. Secondly, you need to eat well..So make sure your body is not only hydrated but you get the good nutrition that your body needs to keep happy and calm. To add on please do take peppermint and chamomile tea for calming effect on Mind. Thanks

Hi I am 38 years old male haveing pancreatitis and taking the enzymes orally. Due to this I am suffering from diabetes type 3C. I have loss weight around 20 kg for last 3 years. Namaste Ankur Body weight is something that you needn’t worry much about. Leading a nature based healthy lifestyle will result in you having the right body weight for your bone structure. The sugar levels are a result of faulty lifestyle. The inflamed pancreas too would get some relief.
